My group and I had a below average experience here. The beginning went smoothly, we got sat at a booth pretty soon after checking in for a reservation. We noticed the menus were put directly on top of the plates which we felt was unsanitary. One of our plates was also not clean. We wiped down the plates. I ordered the peach boba breeze which was tasty though lacked popping boba. There were just a few. We ordered the Chef's 3 course meal which includes soup/salad, an appetizer and an entree. I thought the salad was tasty and I liked the wontons on top. The appetizer came out quickly too, but I didn't like the taste of the filling for the vegetable spring rolls. I wish I tried something else. Next, my group shared all the entrees we requested. The Mongolian beef had a burnt taste and the portion was lacking for this one. The firecracker shrimp had quite a fishy taste which made it feel perhaps expired. I liked the crispy honey shrimp, though my peer thought the breading was stale. The brown rice was fine and we felt the white rice was undercooked. Unfortunately the service was also not ideal as he did not come by to refill our drinks. There were a lot of tables around us celebrating birthdays. The booth right behind us too. Unfortunately the bubble machine (used by staff) felt obnoxious and bubbles floated towards us and got in our food. My peer did not want to eat his soapy salad as a result. I expected this place to be average coming in, but it fell short. I would not come again.

More debris/grime around the bottom edge of the glass cups. These glasses are NOT getting cleaned properly!

First and last time to P.F. Chang's. I have to say the ambiance is nice and the service was good. I didn't know what to expect or how the food was so we ordered different menu items to try a variety of dishes. I was not impressed with their food. The rice was dry and firm, the meat was dry even with the sauce added and the salmon looked like a white frozen hash brown from McD's with some sauce added to it for flavor. Their Wonton Soup was actually good and plentiful but lacking flavor. The Sushi Rolls had to be the best out of everything both tasty and filling. First time came here, very good experience. I order mangolian trio , and spicy chang's , it was delicious. Basically the Mongolia trio, there are fried shrimp, chicken , and beef. It was pretty busy. Good service!! Hasha .I really like the vibes in this place. It almost same like Yard house, but it's better. Place is huge , clean, and fancy! I saw some people having birthday parties and they give them candle , bubbles, and celebrate it. It was so fascinating. I would come back soon! Would bring some friends or family to celebrate birthday here! Price also affordable.

I've been here several times, and the service is always excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome. The vibe is laid back and casual perfect for a relaxed meal. The chicken lettuce wraps are always a favorite, with the perfect mix of tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and flavorful sauces. The lo mein was spot on too, soft noodles with great texture and perfectly cooked meat.

The service and ambience is still pretty awesome, but I have to say all the flavours are missing. I don't know what happened if there was a resume change to the shafts or the organisation of chefs and their protocols but it did not taste at all like I had remembered it For example we ordered pan fried noodles with vegetables pretty simple and it seemed like they just put vegetables over crispy noodles and teriyaki sauce no flavour at all second example is there lettuce wraps used to be super yummy crunchy full of flavour this time it just taste like there was soy sauce on it there was absolutely no flavour Thank God the Mongolian beef was still pretty good. I'm pretty disappointed in General though not looking forward to going back to any of these chains anymore I'm sure there has been a change in the management I believe They are corporately owned

First time at P.f. chang's and I was quite impressed with the lettuce wrap! The others were also good but some tasted a bit over sauced. Our waiter was really cool and worked well with our party of 10 for a birthday dinner! He even last minute took out the birthday candle and bubbles which was sweet!

Honey chicken was very good. The white rice was exceptionally dry. That's an understatement.

5/30/2025 @ 12:00 PM. Party of 3. Our server Drea was exceptional. The food was not good. ! The white rice was so DRY ! Honey Chicken was moist and good. I couldn't eat the ribs. The kung pow chicken was very spicy. My husband said and delicious.. We will not be back. My sister-in-law went home and got very sick. I didn't eat the ribs she did. . My sister-in-law had the fried rice, chicken and shrimp. She said hers was delicious.. Thank you to our server Drea for being absolutely amazing !

Food is delicious and consistent of this restaurant chain, clean and healthy eating options appetizing portions and combo options. Ambiance is more favorable for dinner over lunch. With 10-15 minutes wait time you can expect to be seated but service is exceptional so it makes up for the time. Upkeep and maintenance of the property is state of the art and one reason among others is its part of Victoria gardens. Good luck in your search for parking spots closer to the restaurant. If you do you're lucky.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DISGUSTING FOOD. NEVER COMING BACK. our server was absolutely horrible the food runner came by refilled our drinks, checked on us. our food was absolutely horrible not one of us had a single food thing to say about anything. it was my birthday not a single "happy birthday" no dessert. the HAIR? on the side of the dish? how unclean. WE SENT BACK THE GARLIC NOODLES BECAUSE THEY TASTED LIKE IRON AND THEY CHARGED US. we also asked to replace a side we had chosen then proceeded to charge us for soemthing we didn't even ask for. we were sat IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT. mind you we were a party of 8(6 adults, 2 kids) poor kids had to ask the server themselves for a refill. we felt like we asked for so much but in reality if service was ontop of it we wouldn't have had to ask for additional things. will never return. thanks p.f. chang's !

I have always been a big fan of PF Changs, and this restaurant at Victoria Gardens is excellent. Love the architecture and design as well of the interior. Our waitress was Hasha, and she was great. Very attentive to our order, filling the ice teas, and recommending dessert. My friend and I ordered the sesame chicken, with added shrimp, and the orange chicken. We got steamed rice, and she had a boba tea. For desert we split the banana spring rolls. Delicious. We loved all the food. Large portions and even lots to take home. Thank you for a great dinner. Thank you Hasha.

Do they have a happy hour menu?

I did not see one when we were last there

    Happy hour days and time?

Monday through Friday from 3pm to 6pm. The Bar has an extended HH till 7pm.

Does the Chinese chef cook the food or American chef cook the food?

Why should that matter? If the chef is experienced/trained and know’s what they are doing, it’s irrelevant what nationality they are.

    Is there any coupons?

I've never heard of coupons for P.F. Chang's but their prices are very reasonable, they give you a lot of food and it taste great. Wonderful staff as well.

The Beijing duck comes with the duck like shredded so I'd be aware of that. I still found it to be really good tho and to have a ton of meat. The scallop and shrimp dumplings from the dim sum menu were solid. Nothing special but they were good. Chicken dumplings had a good filling to wrapper ratio, but the filling needed way more seasoning. It just tasted like wet, mushy stuff inside, and drowning the dumpling in chili oil barely helped. And the two fried dishes weren't flavorful either--they weren't dredged very well, so they just tasted like oil. This was especially disappointing for the scallion pancake, since it looked nice...but didn't taste of scallions at all. Overall, really disappointing. I might give it a try at a different location if the opportunity comes up, but with the menu being rather small, I'm not even sure it'd be worth the time.

There's lots of traffic so be weary of the cars that pass by and when we went there were tons of people. We walked in and they took our name and phone number and about a 40 min wait. This place can probably fit 40 people, it's so small. We tried a few items such as their beef roll, wonton with chili sauce, their seven grams xlb, , fried mini buns, noodle with scallion oil sauce, and potato string shrimp. Their seven grams xlb was disappointing, the broth and meat inside didn't have any flavor to it IMO. The mini buns were sweet and heavy, and we split one and didn't touch the rest. The noodle with scallion sauce was just okay...again, not much flavor. I didn't like the potato shrimp at all, too doughy and hard. The beef rolls were just okay to me, again kinda bland without dumping it in shoyu and vinegar). The best dish was their spicy wontons. It had a nice kick to it and we saved the sauce to dump everything else we ate in it lol.

I cant justify any of these dishes making me want to consume bowls upon bowls of rice. That's what spicy Szechuan and Hunan food is supposed to do....it should make you awaken your taste buds, with the power of their chilli peppers, Szechuan green & red peppercorns, and the umamis derived from MSG. Nope, I didn't crave the Lazi Chicken...nor the Hot Oil Beef Mix... Not the Cold Noodles, and I left with a $122 receipt in hand for 2 more takeout items on top of the 4 main dishes I've shared.....and I felt pretty empty. Empty in a sense, I could DO BETTER at home mixing my own Szechuan Cold Noodles, with Home Made Chili Oil, Sesame Paste, Sugar. Chicken Bullion, Minced Garlic, Vinegar, and Cilantro. I almost felt robbed here.....either every dish was lacking peppercorns and numbness, or it was missing Umami, Alot of it...so I leave anyone who wants to challenge my opinion otherwise and prove me wrong that the food here indeed belongs in a long list of top notch Szechuan Hunan Restaurants in Los Angeles. Even if this place opened up in Phoenix, I'm sorry, it's going to rank in the lower end of the bell curve. It was a hot day.
