My group and I had a below average experience here. The beginning went smoothly, we got sat at a booth pretty soon after checking in for a reservation. We noticed the menus were put directly on top of the plates which we felt was unsanitary. One of our plates was also not clean. We wiped down the plates. I ordered the peach boba breeze which was tasty though lacked popping boba. There were just a few. We ordered the Chef's 3 course meal which includes soup/salad, an appetizer and an entree. I thought the salad was tasty and I liked the wontons on top. The appetizer came out quickly too, but I didn't like the taste of the filling for the vegetable spring rolls. I wish I tried something else. Next, my group shared all the entrees we requested. The Mongolian beef had a burnt taste and the portion was lacking for this one. The firecracker shrimp had quite a fishy taste which made it feel perhaps expired. I liked the crispy honey shrimp, though my peer thought the breading was stale. The brown rice was fine and we felt the white rice was undercooked. Unfortunately the service was also not ideal as he did not come by to refill our drinks. There were a lot of tables around us celebrating birthdays. The booth right behind us too. Unfortunately the bubble machine (used by staff) felt obnoxious and bubbles floated towards us and got in our food. My peer did not want to eat his soapy salad as a result. I didn't know what to expect or how the food was so we ordered different menu items to try a variety of dishes. I was not impressed with their food. The rice was dry and firm, the meat was dry even with the sauce added and the salmon looked like a white frozen hash brown from McD's with some sauce added to it for flavor. Their Wonton Soup was actually good and plentiful but lacking flavor. The Sushi Rolls had to be the best out of everything both tasty and filling. Well we decided to give it a try , went on a Saturday evening around 4pm, packed of course , we did not want to wait so we decided to dine in the " lounge" . We ordered the Mongolian Beef , sesame chicken , cup of won ton soup, and veg eggrolls, everything was pretty basic . Visited for the third time for a birthday gathering (group of 7) on a Sunday, and it was quite disappointing. The wait time management was very poor. After waiting for 40 minutes, we checked on our table status and were told we had been assigned to a table where guests had already been seated for over two hours--with no clear estimate of when it would be available. Eventually, they managed to arrange another table, but the experience didn't improve much. While the food was as good as usual, there was another issue: the soup cups provided were unclean. The reason given was that they were running out of cups, which is not an acceptable justification. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the server to replace them after the soup was already served. Overall, despite good food, the poor service and lack of basic hygiene made this visit a letdown. read more

Food is delicious and consistent of this restaurant chain,clean and healthy eating options appetizing portions and combo options. Ambiance is more favorable for dinner over lunch. With 10-15 minutes wait time you can expect to be seated but service is exceptional so it makes up for the time. Came tonight for dinner made a 5:30 reservation we got sat quickly when we arrived. Dinner was great we did the chefs special and everything came out hot and full of flavor. Very attentive to our order, filling the ice teas, and recommending dessert. My friend and I ordered the sesame chicken, with added shrimp, and the orange chicken. I treated myself to happy hour last night, and I was definitely disappointed with the service and with the quality. I was hoping that the bartenders would be a little bit friendlier and at least in an attentive enough to ask for refills to offer silverware and to clearly identify the prices on the menu. They have a $21 Prix fixe menu that is bursting with value. We opted for that and got soup, an appetizer and an entree each! The food portions were generous and we were each full. They made a mistake with our soups because they forgot to bring them out early on so they mitigated the situation and were so nice about it. I'm relieved to see that despite how popular PF Chang's is, they still care about their customers. I've been coming to this restaurant for the last twenty years and I look forward to twenty more. My wife and I drove over to Southern California from Arizona to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary at P.F chang's. Everything was amazing! We did family style dining on Father's Day weekend at PF Changs... and our experience was okay. We didn't get very many plates for family style dining for literally 10 people. They also messed up our order but we just let it go because you couldn't find anyone. And the portions were small for the prices honestly. In addition, our waiter was always disappearing, along with the rest of the staff. It's almost like everyone was hiding in the back because the dining room was full of parties trying to stop anyone they say because no one was attending tables for checks, serving food and drinks, or anything. Maybe because it was Father's Day they were slammed and busy... but I still don't think that allows a basic experience. Honestly I leave it 3 stars and not lower just because I have had worse dining experiences, and I'm too off that... you're paying for the location of this PF Changs. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET SICK!! My company ordered from this location for catering and 3 people (including myself) AND COUNTING all came down with some kind of stomach upset. Dishes that were ordered: Veggie Spring Rolls, Lettuce Wraps, Pork Dumplings, Mongolian Beef, Chang's Spicy Chicken, Crispy Honey Shrimp, Mongolian Tofu, Fried Rice, Lo Mein. One of these dishes had to have been made with expired ingredients. I had severe stomach pain and ended up leaving work early. As I was driving, I ended up feeling nauseous and threw up everything I ate WHILE DRIVING. Other co workers said their stomachs were hurting and had to sit on the toilet for hours. I never usually go to PFchangs but this solidified I will NEVER eat from any of these establishments ever again. Horrible that this place is over priced and boasts themselves to be higher end Chinese food but I can get better Chinese food from a mom and pop down the street. The PF Chang I had the experience was at the Rancho Cucamonga location. Sometimes I like coming to this location for lunch for the nice ambiance, but today was a miss and it saddens me because I didn't have any problems before but I won't be back. I was a party of one and was seated immediately, but my server Drea was preoccupied with her table of 5, I guess a party of one wasn't that appealing. So the manager named Alex must have been watching from somewhere and he came right over and got my drinks and food order. He was super nice and attentive. So finally my server Drea came over an said "oh, he didn't tell me he had gotten your drinks and order already". She brought my eggroll to me. Once again the manager (Alex) repeatedly made sure I had everything I needed. He brought my food when it was ready, he was very attentive, I really appreciated him. I know some servers might frown on a single customer oppose to a big party, but I deserve to treated just like anyone else.
