I always come to this Waba Grill when I'm on my lunch at work. The place is always clean and I'm greeted upon entering the front doors. The food here is always fresh and delicious and the staff is always sweet. I mainly wanted to write this review because after I picked up my online order, there was a customer who was super rude to Erika after she dropped what she was doing to come take this lady's order and this lady didn't even have the audacity to get off her phone and be respectful.. so in case she decides to call corporate and make a false complaint- I was here, I seen it and If this woman wasn't in lala land on her telephone call she would've seen that Erika followed proper handwashing procedures before preparing her order instead of assuming she came from the restroom without washing her hands because she wasn't even paying attention to her surroundings. Thank you, Erika for handling the situation with kindness and respect even though she was being rude to you and thank you for always remembering me and my order!!! So I finally got tired of being short served on the food that this Waba grill produces. If you notice where the rice line is on the bowl that they advertise, It is nowhere in comparison to what they actually serve you. I cannot believe trying to gyp you on rice is appropriate. When I complained about it, they frown at you. I went today and purchased the two chicken bowl special. They advertise it on the window. When I saw the lady behind the counter, she filled the rice bowls to less than 3/5 of the container. I complained because that is not what the picture shows, you can't show one version of a rice bowl and then skimp on the amount of rice that you're serving and then also skimp on the chicken. I've gone in there and had a 3/5 of the way filled rice bowl so they're cutting 40% off what it should. So for every 2 1/2 chicken bowls at 3/5 serving size they have enough rice to make another short filled rice bowl. Thats what like an additional 8.00 profit. Shame on them. You don't want to get a false advertising claim with somebody taking pictures of what you guys are producing and then matching it up to the pictures on the window do your jobs fill the balls right and have customers that will return it's rice basically water Shame on you franchisees that can't follow the proper procedures . They have ads about kids get a free mini Bowl with any entree purchase and the girl at the register seeing i have my little 8 year old niece with me didn't have the courtesy to say hey she can get a free bowl with your entree!! To whom it may concern: Today I went into this Wabba Grill. For starters I should have known something was wrong with the place. The person before me was requesting a refund because his number had been passed several times. Instead of the manager trying to help out or come to a solution. She just gave him his money back and as he walked away she gave a snarky comment of "you don't have to be rude about it". Where I come from, the customer is always right regardless and for her as the manager to say that, shows a lack of professionalism. But I thought, ok it's just one customer complaining I'll still order food. So I ordered my food, and didn't have to wait too long. However, once I got to work I opened my bag and container to see that they gave me the completely wrong item from what I ordered. With my food receipt in the bag. Do they not double check the food and receipts. I usually don't complain but because of the fact that I saw the manager handling a customer the way she did, and then my food being wrong, I felt that I had to reach out and get some form of answer to this.
