So I finally got tired of being short served on the food that this Waba grill produces. If you notice where the rice line is on the bowl that they advertise, It is nowhere in comparison to what they actually serve you. I cannot believe trying to gyp you on rice is appropriate. When I complained about it, they frown at you. I went today and purchased the two chicken bowl special. They advertise it on the window. When I saw the lady behind the counter, she filled the rice bowls to less than 3/5 of the container. I complained because that is not what the picture shows, you can't show one version of a rice bowl and then skimp on the amount of rice that you're serving and then also skimp on the chicken. I've gone in there and had a 3/5 of the way filled rice bowl so they're cutting 40% off what it should. So for every 2 1/2 chicken bowls at 3/5 serving size they have enough rice to make another short filled rice bowl. Thats what like an additional 8.00 profit. Shame on them. You don't want to get a false advertising claim with somebody taking pictures of what you guys are producing and then matching it up to the pictures on the window do your jobs fill the balls right and have customers that will return it's rice basically water Shame on you franchisees that can't follow the proper procedures .
