Absolutely pissed off by one of the employee's. I came in with my mother-in-law, not expecting rude behavior from the Subway employee. I have always had good experience and good customer service from other subway's, but this location specifically, was completely out of hand for being rude. She saw more customers and told us we "need to hurry up with our order BECAUSE I HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS behind you". I understand when it's a lot of sandwhiches, but it was 3 foot long sandwhich's and there was a family of 5 and a couple behind us. Beware when ordering online at this location. Every time that I do it's a problem. Then, you'd think you would get an apology for wasting your time-no. This last time, I was sitting out front and waiting for someone to bring my order out and nothing. The app said it was ready, but nothing so I called them and they were just starting to make my order. I was running late now for an appointment because of them and I was upset. I went inside to ask to speak to a manager who never seems to be there. A young kid employee told me that I needed to come back and interjected himself into the conversation. I told him that I wasn't coming back. Why would I waste anymore of my time? I wanted to call by phone and wanted to know when that person would be there. This place is disgusting! I had went into this subway a couple weeks ago only to immediately regret it. The bread was hard and crumbled, you could tell it has been sitting there for ever. I had ordered the Italian, and the meat was stale as if it's been old. The main manager Maggie, was rude and unhelpful, and the lady who took my order did not speak any english and it was incredibly frustrating and hard to understand her and for her to understand me. Got a foot long spicy BMT. The girl making my sandwich was nice but the portions were kinda skimpy (lettuce,onions and jalapeños). I asked for it to be toasted ,she did put it in there but when I ate it ,it didn't seem toasted at all and I live 3 minutes away. Some of the ingredients didn't look super fresh some of the lettuce was wilted and the jalapeños were rubbery . I also noticed the sandwich wasn't wrapped in that white paper it was just wrapped in the typical colorful paper . The location itself was clean, and the two girls there were patient and explained menu changes to a customer who was ordering before me. Don't place an order pickup from this location. They will not make it until you show up and still make other sandwiches from the line before you. What's the point of order pickup if you still have to wait in line? What's sad is, it's not the employees fault. It's the managers fault. These employees are always by themselves and noticeably overwhelmed. I hope they make some changes here. I eat here on my lunch multiple times a week and won't if this continues. read more

I love this Subway because it is open later, we love to go after my Granddaughter's basketball practice. The employee that made her sandwich tonight was absolutely awesome. Dirty and unsanitary location. I could not believe my eyes. The Lobby, doors, windows, floors, tables, counters and restrooms are disgustingly filthy and accompanied by a horrific stench--all amidst COVID. The careless lack of sanitization makes you wonder about the condition of things unseen such as their food prep and food storage areas. The employees appear to care more about rocking out to their favorite music channel rather than the condition of this place. Needless to say, they have lost my business for all eternity. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This subway location has been horrible, I only stop by occasionally because it's nearby. The male employee with the braids and arm tattoos was so rude, & made the incorrect sandwich than proceeds to make it seem like it's MY fault...when I specifically asked him for the special or the day "the turkey breast sandwich". This employee was agitated the entire time helping me, was rude to the customer infront of me, & was rude when I asked for ranch on my sandwich. I walked out and didn't even take the incorrect sandwich. Whoever hires for this location...horrible horrible job. I'll continue to drive to the further location for better service. read more

I live so close to this subway and I forgot why I didn't go here and when I came I remembered why. Employees look so miserable they don't even make eye contact with you they just look past you. Came in here with my girls. One girl making sandwiches as a other girl talked with another girl at The cash register. Laughing about something on her phone. I went over and said " excuse me" she the rolled her eyes at me and give me a min. I told her I'm sorry we were hungry. She was back on her phone at this point. And told me her friend was about to pay I needed to wait my turn (with attitude) I then asked her to speak to the manager she then with cocky attitude told me she was not there. She didn't have a name tag on so I waited till she was done at the register, Which by then both my 12 and 14 year old both said we should leave because she was totally rude.
