I noticed there is a special offer for $5 off $10+ at Jollibee. This Jollibee is right at entrance of Seafood city supermarket, you won't miss it. I ordered 2 pc chicken combo mixed with pineapple quencher (sweet, iced and not overly sweet - kind of refreshing). It comes with a small fries and small gravy sauce with 1 spicy chicken and one original. Upon picking up order, I was greeted by a young worker and they are friendly even in a very fast and busy environment. The store is not too small, or big. It is a fast food chain, and vibe is bright with 2 order kiosks, fountain drinks. Overall the chickens I got are tasty, crispy on the skin, very flavorful; I can smell maybe white pepper and marinated well. Meat is juicy! I usually only taste them thru potluck. Try to eat the freshly made ones and eat on the spot is highly recommended. Fries is just so so. I would recommend order other sides. read more

Jollibee has the best fried chicken! I've come to this location quite a few times and they've always been pretty quick. My last visit I placed an order online and went inside to pick it up. Unfortunately I didn't notice that I was missing one of my drinks until I had already left. I'm not sure how it was missed on their end too because they weren't busy at all when I got my order. Their food was still as good as I remember though. I love their spicy chicken with the rice and gravy sauce. Such a delicious combination! Definitely recommend trying their spaghetti too. It's a bit different than your traditional spaghetti because they include hot dog pieces and the sauce is a bit sweet. But it's one of my favorite menu items. And also make sure you grab their pineapple quencher, it's basically pineapple juice - but nonetheless - it's delicious! Hopefully next time I visit they don't forget one of my items. That's the only reason for four stars instead of five! read more

After I had Jollibee in Alhambra, it became my first choice for fried chicken. I won't have other fried chicken if Jollibee is nearby. I was on a short vacation to Las Vegas and needed something to eat on the way. I checked the map and found a Jollibee in Rancho Cucamonga, not far from the I-210. Just before transitioning to I-15, there are not many restaurants along the way to Las Vegas, so this was the last chance for a good meal. I followed Google Maps and it guided me to Seafood City. There are two big Filipino supermarket chains in Southern California: one is Seafood City and the other is Island Pacific Supermarket and Seafood. Seafood City always has a Grill City attached, while Island Pacific has PhilHouse. Both are Filipino fast food restaurants. I had PhilHouse twice at the Rancho Cucamonga location--very authentic and with good taste. Unfortunately, that location was closed, but fortunately Island Pacific has more than 30 locations, all attached with PhilHouse. Jollibee is inside Seafood City, which makes sense since Jollibee is also a Filipino fast food chain. This time we had a Bucket Treat A, which includes a 6pc Chickenjoy Bucket, and I selected Spaghetti and Mashed Potato for the two sides. The Chickenjoy Bucket had 3 pairs of legs and thighs, as good as always--crispy shell, tender and juicy chicken. By the way, remember to get the spicy one instead of plain. I had both, and the plain one was just flat and normal, but the spicy version had much more flavor. I mentioned in the review of the Jollibee headquarters location that the mashed potato was not made from powder but from real potatoes, so you can taste the potato chunks--very good texture. The Jolly Spaghetti was very cute. It contained several tiny sausage pieces, and both the sausage and the spaghetti were sweet, but a bit too sweet. As a Shanghainese, I really have a sweet tooth, but still couldn't stand that sweetness. By the way, I didn't find any ground beef--maybe this side doesn't include ground beef in its ingredients? Anyway, it was still a very good meal. Then I got back on the road and headed to Las Vegas. read more

Either you like Jollibee or you don't. Have nothing to do with the CLEAN environment or FRIENDLY staff who makes your order super quick. It's always hot and fresh! And this location is linked to huge store with lots of Filipino products and food court area. I think I've tried everything on the menu at this point. I love their spicy chicken and adobo rice. And I do like their twist on the pasta. My favorite is the mango pie. It is to die for!!!! I might have to go get one right now! read more

I went in to get mango peach pies for a quick and easy dessert. The process was easy and wait time was short considering my order and it being a busy holiday time. You can order and pay on the kiosk, that spits out a receipt with your order number. There is a monitor showing pending and ready orders. A friendly human still calls out the order number when your food is ready, then you pick it up at the counter. Brought the yummy pies home, warmed them up, and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! Mission accomplished. read more

Tried Jollibee, and honestly...the 3-star average makes sense. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, but also very greasy. Flavor was decent, but after a few bites, the oil really starts to take over. The price is reasonable, which I'll give them credit for. Now the famous spaghetti -- it was okay. Definitely on the sweet side. I didn't hate it, but I also didn't love it. Overall, nothing was terrible, but nothing wowed me either. I'd eat here again if someone suggested it and paid for me, but I'm not going out of my way for it. read more

Finally got to try the infamous JOLLIBEE! Are they delicious? Yes. Worth the hype delicious? No. I ordered online and was only 10 mins away. Arrived sooner than the expected preparation time, so I thought I would have to wait. My food surprisingly, was ready! The pie and chicken were fresh and delicious, but the fries were trash. Hard and barely warm. The gravy tastes like KFC gravy, TO ME! For my drink I upgraded $1.50 for the mango coconut quenched. That drink needs to be served with a Boba straw, because every sip, my straw kept getting blocked by the mango chunks that are resting at the bottom of the cup, it was so frustrating. I do want to try the spaghetti and Korean BBQ chicken they have. read more

Jollibee's spaghetti remains exactly the way I remember it--comforting, nostalgic, and consistently delicious. Their sweet-style sauce and generous layer of cheese never disappoint, though I do wish the meat sauce portion was a bit more substantial. Even after bringing it home, the pasta was still piping hot, which is always a good sign for takeout reliability. The new Korean BBQ Chicken was a different story this time. The flavor leans heavily salty and noticeably spicy, which I normally don't mind--but the biggest issue was the temperature. For some reason, it arrived completely cold, not even lukewarm. This was surprising because when I order the regular crispy chicken with no sauce, it's always hot even after the drive home. This batch felt like it had been sitting out. I called the store and they processed a refund right away, so I'll give them credit for solid after-sales service. If you plan to order the chicken fresh at the restaurant, expect around a 15-minute wait, which is why I usually place my order online before driving over--timing normally works out perfectly. Overall: Jollibee remains a reliable comfort spot, especially for pasta lovers, but the new Korean BBQ chicken might be hit-or-miss depending on how fresh it is when you pick it up. read more

Decided to have dinner here after grocery shopping at Seafood City. They had a special advertised- 2 Chicken sandwiches with 2 fries and 2 drinks for $17- so my dad and I ordered this to share. We were there around 730pm Friday 10/17. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and probably the best part about this Jollibee's. Unfortunately- the restaurant itself was dirty- tables not clean, trash on the floor and not really the place to enjoy a meal. The food itself was just ok. The chicken sandwhich lacked flavor and the fries were soggy. I will give this place a try again in the distant future. Hoping their chicken meals are better than the chicken sandwhich. read more

Jollibee - Chicken Sandwich - Chicken Shop Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

A friend of mine was telling me I needed to try Jollibee. My daughter ended up ordering it a couple weeks ago without her sister and I and she liked it! So we opted to give it a try again when we were all together. My kids ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich combo with a lychee iced tea and an original chicken sandwich combo with a root beer. I opted for the spicy fried chicken and an ube pie! The girls enjoyed their sandwiches, my oldest loves their lychee iced tea. I found the chicken to be good, very flavorful and juicy. I was a little disappointed in the spice level, but as I ate more, the heat intensified. The show stealer for me was the ube pie. I love Ube, and this did not disappoint. The crust was flaky and crispy and the filling was not overly sweet. read more

Jollibee has always been nostalgic to me. Grew up with Jollibee back in the philippines. The place is always crowded, just like how it is back in the philippines, but the food is always awesome. I came back to the Rancho location after a while! Between the Ontario and the Rancho location, I actually prefer this location as it gives you a full restaurant service and plenty of seatings. The staffs are also more friendly and efficient. The chicken is always available! I ordered the joy bucket which came with 6 pieces of chickens that could be mixed with spicy and non spicy, came with 2 sides: french fries, and mashed potatoes, and we upgraded the drinks to 2 pineapple quenchers. The chickens were so crispy and delicious. I love dipping them in the gravy. Actually the gravy just goes with everything on the table. It's good with the chicken, fries, and mashed potatoes! The food came out quickly and the drinks were given right away after the order was placed. The table turn around was also quick. There will always be a table that opens up. and if there isn't, there are so many tables just outside the Jollibee area, within the Seafood City Supermarket food court. The staff here are always busy taking care of orders, you might have to wipe down your own table/chair. BONUS: they have high chairs for the little ones! The ambiance is casual, restrooms available inside. read more

This location was attached to a Seafood City in Rancho Cucamonga. Was pretty excited and surprised to see that there was a location there. Admittedly, I'm not very familiar with the Rancho Cucamonga areas so I'm not really sure what I would expect to find to be honest. The ambiance is what you would expect if you've been to another location before. If you haven't, it feels just like any other well run fast food spot. The people here were friendly and helpful. I'm a big fan of fried chicken from this chain. This location is consistent. read more

The chicken was really good and the gravy. They give you on the side, get it with some flavor The ubipie was very generic. It's not worth the calories. The pineapple juiceIt was delicious but felt like mainlining sugar. The spaghetti was unusual.I wasn't expecting the hot dogs. And the other spaghetti dish that was rice noodles was my favorite. Excellent service, but food nothing to write home about. Two 2-piecemeals fed three people. read more

My go-to chicken franchise. I'll devour this chicken hot and cold; Mild & spicy. This is a Philippine favorite and the service is usually cheerful and friendly. Typical Jollibee. This one opens pretty early though. At around 8am, it's already open. It's located inside a seafood city. It also had it's own door to the outside. There's plenty of parking as well. Of course compared to Manila, the prices here are expensive. A meal would cost around 15-17 dollars. The spaghetti is the sweet kind. Typical Filipino version. Everything is okay. But you go here for the chicken. Crispy and juicy, there's 2 version. Spicy and regular. Personally, I go with the regular. You get a cup of gravy that as Filipinos, we mix it with rice as well. Another must is the Peach mango pie. The texture of the crust is spot on, Service wise, most of the staff are Filipinos. There's someone there that could speak Tagalog if need be. Basically, it reminds you of home. That's it. Usually go here early in the morning to avoid the crowd. read more

This Jollibee is located inside Seafood City, right by the entrance of the market and next door to Red Ribbon. Since I was shopping at Seafood City, I decided to make a quick order at Jollibee since my husband has never tried it (I have had Jollibee a few times in the past). I ended up purchasing: 2 Piece Chicken Joy w/ Spaghetti, $10.99 prior to tax- If you wish to order this meal with a drink, it cost $13.99 prior to tax. A side of gravy comes with either meal choice. I had ordered the chicken as original but you can also order spicy. You can also do a mix if you want too. The chicken was nice and crispy, not too oily and quite flavorful. My husband enjoyed the chicken. The gravy is a nice added sauce to have with the chicken. The spaghetti is sweet (but that is how Filipinos like it) and the portion size is quite a lot, which was filling. There are sliced hot dog pieces in the spaghetti (because well, you guessed it, Filipinos also like hot dogs). My husband thought the spaghetti was okay and would pass on that on the future. Peach Mango Pie, $2.99 prior to tax- Ordered 2 of these and ended up sharing one with my husband and am saving one for my mom to try. This hand pie is fried and absolutely delicious. The peach mango filling is flavorful and that sweetened fried pie shell is just perfect. ------------------------------------ (Total= $18.29 after tax) There was a wait to order this evening, when I walked in around 4:45 pm. After ordering, I was given my receipt and a pager. After 15 minutes, it light up and buzzed, letting me know that my order was ready. Food was good and would consider coming back if I was in the area. Would love to try the new ube hand pie on a future visit. read more

Jollibee was the happening place upon my visit. Lots of people were in the mood for chicken including us. I think the crispy chicken bug hit us all at the same time in the evening. Chicken sandwiches were popular and had a 30 min wait. Decided to skip it for this time and go for mango pies instead. We enjoyed our crispy fruit filled pies nice and warm filling. Restaurant area with tables and chairs, most were full. Clean and organized. Located inside the seafood city supermarket around the corner from Valerio's and red ribbon. read more

They opened a shop in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca, right off Foothill/Milliken the old Route 66. Customer service is friendly, store is clean. The food is affordable: I tried the traditional 2pc Meal Deal Spicy, with Adobo Rice $1.50 more, Peach Mango Pie, and a soda. They added a small Chickenjoy Gravy on the side. Overall I paid $13.47 after tax which is an excellent price for the quality of food. The Food itself: the chicken was definitely crispy and cooked thoroughly, thus the quality of the meat was the same as Popeyes or any other franchise. I expected a certain texture that will distinguish Filipino flavors from the other big franchises. If you are coming with expectations you might be disappointed at the subpar choice of how they fry chicken. The rice was just rice. The gravy was gravy and the pie was runny with a lack of flavor or fruit of a true peach. 3/5 check Jollibee's out! It's good but easily forgettable as flavor is king and they chose mediocrity instead of wow factor. read more

Stopped here last Sunday to pick up dinner to go after running some errands. The restaurant was very busy, with a steady stream of customers. I ordered a bucket of chicken (10 pieces for 19.99), along with a side of adobo rice. I also decided to get the new mango pineapple quencher to try, and omg it was so good and refreshing! If you like the original pineapple drink, you'll love the mango pineapple one! It's a bit sweeter but the flavors of both mango and pineapple are present. Also, when ordering the fried chicken, you can opt to get a mix of original and spicy, just let them know how many of each type you want! read more

The food was fresh and hot. Food was came to us fast, no longer waiting. Definitely would love to go back.

What a great chicken sandwich - moist and not greasy - love their frozen drinks strawberry bliss is the bomb

I will say the spicy chicken is beyond amazing and the only chicken they have that actually has flavor. However, the original is absolutely overhyped, as well as the gravy. Influencers really got the best of me, but this place is mid. The chicken tenders were drier than the Sahara desert. read more

The food was great, and the cashier was friendly and helpful -- no complaints there. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for one employee (seemed to be in her early 20s) who was unnecessarily rude to my mother. The tables were clearly dirty -- used napkins, crumbs, and grease everywhere -- and my mom asked if someone could clean them. Instead of just doing her job, the employee told my mom she'd only clean it if she "asked nicely" and said "please." Sorry, but maintaining a clean dining area isn't a favor -- it's part of the job, especially when people are spending money to eat there. Later, I asked for lemon juice. I was given one, and when I asked for a little more, she claimed it was "one per customer." I had just spent nearly $100 on food for our group -- hardly someone trying to scam the condiment station. After I asked to speak to the manager, she suddenly gave me more without issue. It's frustrating when someone takes constructive feedback personally and decides to take it out on customers. If you don't want to clean or interact respectfully with the public, food service might not be the right job. Simple as that. read more

So around a few weeks ago I bought a 10pc chicken bucket meal with half spicy and half original. I was initially excited to share and eat it with my family until when I reached home and opened the bucket, the bucket was only filled with all original which made me sad, what further disappointed me was there were a couple of chicken pieces missing which is a bummer considering it was a little expensive about $40+. Fast forward to now, I passed by this location to buy another bucket, I bought and paid for my food and everything but before I went I called for the supervisor to just let them know the incident from 2 weeks ago from the last time I bought the bucket. I didn't expect any compensation, I was just there to let them know what happened and before leaving I was making sure what I ordered was complete. To my surprise the supervisor was really nice and insisted to compensate for the missing chicken from two weeks ago and gave me 2 additional chicken and a bonus pie. It was really nice of them, and I really appreciated it. Would continue to buy jollibee from this location. read more

Horrible. I asked for a wing a breast and a thigh and they gave me 2 legs and a thigh. With all of the money spent including the tip to get my food delivered, they took it upon themselves to just give me what they wanted to! Horrible customer service. I'll never order or go there again! read more
