Buffalo ranch chicken fries, jr size.
Jennifer I.

First time here. Came for the car show and to try this place out. 1. Get the wings on their special $10 for 10 wings. You can mix the sauces. The wings are a good size, cooked to order. Came out hot, and well sauced. 2. I got the happy hour jr (small size) buffalo and ranch chicken fries, they were ok but for the price I wouldn't get it again. For 10 wings, a jr size chicken fries, a water and a soda plus tip was over $30.

Came here on Wednesday and it was $1.00 wings! No line so I was able to order at the self kiosk right away. They had like 15 sauces to choose from, it's my first time so I kept it semi mild. Good music playing if you eat in but I took mine to go. And it's ranch with my wings or... something someone else

Okay so... not terrible, not amazing... just kinda there I've seen this place RAVED about on IG for the longest, so my expectations were definitely up there. I ordered the honey garlic shrimp & steak, and my friend got the buffalo ranch chicken. First impression: portions were actually pretty good for the price, so I'll give them that. BUT... everything tasted like it came straight out of a grocery store freezer aisle and was just... assembled Also when we walked in, the girl upfront yelled from behind to use the kiosk, we waited for a bit for her to come to the front to help us because we actually ordered for pickup & the food was still not ready at that point. The honey garlic sauce was watered down, The buffalo ranch was cold and the fries were fighting for their life... hard and not in a good crispy way. Honestly, I feel like I could've made both dishes at home with more flavor and a little extra love Would I come back? Probably not. But if you're curious... it's worth trying once just to see where you stand

As the name suggests, Mr. Fries man is all about the French fries paired with something else, like ranch-seasoned chicken, shrimp, and more. It's for sure comfort food; rich, indulgent, and unapologetically over-the-top. I'd recommend sticking with their traditional buffalo ranch chicken with fries. We got a Jr. which was pretty filling. I was adventurous and got the lemon garlic crab and shrimp burrito. For being almost $26, I expected more. The burrito wrap itself came out burnt, fragile to hold, and oily. Did appreciate being greeted when walking in and having the menu options explained to us. There is a large menu on the back wall and then smaller menus that contain pictures by the cashier. It felt a little muggy inside but it was a warm day. There were two tvs playing but wish the place had music on. No worries about parking, lots of spots, even with a Starbucks next door.

Small little place but huge flavor! Inside isn't nothing special but the food speaks for itself. Homeboy behind the counter was super chill and easy to talk to. The hello sauce has a good unique flavor. I'll be back for the Wednesday wing deal.

I want a refund

Flavor was there but almost all my wings had feathers or was deformed looking it's a no for me...

The food is just like the service, phenomenal ! Best spot for chicken & fries. Great customer service in addition very fast time I was served. I arrived on a Wednesday around 2 o'clock environment wasn't too busy, a few customers was in & out , still able to enjoy my food while watching rush hour on the big screen lucky me I arrived on wing Wednesday , so wings are only 1$ . I got a 10 piece of lemon pepper with steak & shrimp fries my mouth is salivating even typing this it was worth every dollar! 1st time here & most definitely not my last. This place is a gold mine!

First time at Mr. Fries , and honestly, I won't be back. I asked for my wings well-done, but they came out soggy. The flavor was actually on point, but the wings were very fatty and looked overly injected. The texture just wasn't it. I also ordered the garlic shrimp fries, and those weren't my favorite either. Overall, it felt overpriced I paid about $57 for 15 wings and regular fries with toppings. Service was mixed. The guy at the front was friendly and professional, but the young girl didn't really offer suggestions or guidance when I asked what was good. The slushie machine is out . Overall: decent flavor, but soggy wings, too greasy, overpriced, and not worth coming back

A lil sweeter than anticipated but so flavorful and delicious, almost an Asian influence with this honey garlic sauce. Stacked plate and not greedy with the protein either. Me and my man split this plate and still had a little left over, so while as it is a bit pricey it's definitely worth it when sharing. Server was a chill dude and the shop was clean with plenty of seating. Will definitely be back to try the wings and more sauce combinations!

The food isn't what is looks to be. We got 10 wings and Buffalo Chicken loaded fries. The cashier can't count money. I gave her $40.00 and she gave me back $28.27, my total was $26.73 Thumbs down , no dressing comes with the wings and the cheese not melted on the loaded fries. No refund policy because it's not worth the cost or the taste.

Nothing comforts like a buttery potato, but a Lemon Garlic Crab & Shrimp loaded potato Now imagine that buttery comforter with Cajun creole seasoning, real crab meat, shrimp & cheese. I'm definitely in my feelings about this dining experience. This was my first time and it did not disappoint. The experience started with a tour of the menu, by JoRon G. who was very attentive to me from the moment I came through the door.

I am deeply saddened by the service a group of teens received at this Ontario location. After finding a beard hair in their food, they politely asked for an exchange. Instead of help, they were met with hostility and accused of planting it themselves. The situation escalated when staff began insulting these minors and threatened to call the police to force them out. No apology, replacement, or refund was provided. It isn't about the $20; it's about the total lack of basic respect and hospitality toward young customers. We just wanted to talk to the owner to escalate this matter, but none of the employees was able to connect with them, again refusing to be helpful at all. The place does not seem like customer friendly.

Fix your open times. Arrived more than 30minutes before the stated closing time to order some takeout but was turned away from the door by employees saying that they were closed. The employees were out the door by 8:32pm when the restaurant says it closed at 9 ‍ on Tuesday evening

The fish tacos were great - hot, crispy, and huge! The drive through location for some reason seems to have fish pieces half the size, always messes up modifications for toppings, and never gives chilis without having to specifically ask. We decided to give the location near vineyard a shot bases on much higher Yelp reviews and being done with Rubio's from too many bad experiences. You would think this is a totally different company based on the service and quality. They should just close down the other store and stop wasting everyone's time! Even though we are farther away from this location, the tacos traveled better taking it to go than they do when the drive through location is about a mile from my house. I don't know why it's been getting harder to find good fish tacos. Like I said Rubio's is dead to us, La Bufadora has gone so far downhill it's not worth the drive out to South Ontario, and the drive through Senor Bajas seemed like a last resort as the best of the worst. No longer! I'm so sorry we slept on this spot, but this is now our go-to for local fish tacos!

Mind you, they want $11.29 just for 2 mahi mahi tacos. Then, if you want a side of canned beans, some rice, and a super small drink, it's an extra $5.99. You're looking at $17 to $20 for two skimpy tacos, two mediocre canned sides, and a single, solitary delicious pepper that's salted and peppered. No thank you. We will not be returning.

The prices were comparable to other similar places but this place also offers all you can eat (except holidays) but we did not do this as we did not have the appetite. Plenty of parking and close to Ontario Mills. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant could use a facelift in some areas like the restroom but overall relatively clean. We ordered 2lbs medium spice house seasoned whole shrimp with corn and an egg, cucumber salad, and Cajun fries. The cucumber salad has a soy/vinegar sauce. We ordered it mainly to cut the butter/salt from the other stuff, it was decent, there was a little bitterness from the cucumber. The shrimps were nice and plump, only 1-2 were overdone at the bottom of the bag. The flavor was tasty, though I would have liked chunks of garlic in the bag to enhance more flavor. The basil was different than most places we've frequented, a welcomed surprise. Although we ordered medium spice, I think it was more on the mild side. The Cajun fries had a nice bite to them, but were simply fries with seasoned salt/Cajun seasoning on top...I've had better but they went well with the shrimps. Corn was sweet and egg was fine.

Sam did a great job taking care of us throughout our entire meal. He regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, including refills, extra lemons, and pepper. The service was excellent from start to finish! My wife and I ordered 2lbs. of shrimp at $17/lb, with add-ons including corn at $1.95 each, potatoes at $2.95, and 1/2 sausage for $8.95. We also had a soda for $4.50 with free refills. Our total came out to $59.05, including tax. We chose the house mix with the spicy flavor, and it was delicious! The shrimp was flavorful, and we were completely satisfied with the both the food and the service. We're definitely adding this place to our list of go-to spots and will be back again!

Our usual order is 1lb of shrimp and 1lb of mussels, and we've always been happy with it. This time, we decided to try the Combo #2 because we wanted to add crab legs. We ordered three combo bags, each with shrimp, mussels, and crab legs. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like there was anywhere close to 1lb each of shrimp and mussels in the bags. I can't prove it, so I can only share our experience, but it honestly felt like there were fewer than 15 shrimp in the bag. For the first time ever, we finished our meal and were still hungry afterward. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend ordering the combo bag. Not only did it seem like there was significantly less food, but with all the ingredients piled together, some items ended up overcooked. We were really disappointed because we've had consistently good experiences with multiple locations here over the years. Hopefully this was just an off day, but we'll be sticking with ordering the seafood separately next time.

The sharpie graffiti all over the walls seemed cute at first but all of that visual clutter conditioned me into thinking that the place was dirty. No offense meant to management but my son started smelling phantom smells usually associated with graffiti'd areas in DTLA. You can't underestimate the power of suggestion. Prices are comparable to Kicking Crab and Boiling Crab with a few differences. This place doesn't offer crawfish. Neither do they offer noodles as an alternative to rice. Nor do they offer broccoli or any type of vegetable. Service is friendly but with only two servers, there is a noticeable wait. But their wonderful can-do attitude offset it. When we got our crab and lobster, it was unfortunately dry. Not sure how long they cook the seafood for, but in my experience, if you let the crab or lobster steam or boil too long, the flesh tends to stick to the shells. It wasn't easy to get the meat out. We had to scrape the meat off the exoskeletons. The lobster tail was halved prior to cooking, so this step may have contributed to the dry meat. Typically you should only split it once it's been cooked. The sauce barely adhered to the seafood, so you have to dip the seafood into the crab boil sauce to get some flavor on it. The hush puppies for happy hour are a deal at $6 but there was practically no potato in it. You get breaded, fried flour. Wasn't very happy with this. The calamari was great - minimally breaded, seasoned well, and the flesh was juicy. Loved the marinara sauce that came with it. It's also on the happy hour menu, and for $6, it was a good portion. Hopefully management can make the necessary corrections to improve the customer's experience. The fixes shouldn't be problematic because they're simple enough. Adjusting the cooking time should do a lot to improve the juiciness of the seafood, and I'm certain patrons will notice the effort.

They also prepaid for drinks from the bar so folks could order from a bartender. Only a few dishes were ordered (since there was other food from an outside catering vendor) and I only got to try it after it was cold so I can't give a wholistic review on the food they serve, but I really liked the leaf wrapped beef with Banh Hoi (vermicelli sheet) and the mango salad! My one complaint is the women's bathroom. Two (out of 3) of the stalls can't lock so the girls had to help each other hold the doors closed. However, it was mostly clean and had toilet paper in stock. +They offer takeout containers for leftovers from the party. +Very kind and accommodating staff.
