We had a fantastic time at Topgolf in Ontario last night! We were assigned a bay super quickly upon arrival. The bay itself was extremely clean, and there was a great selection of golf clubs available right at our station. Our server was top-notch--incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on us, and making sure our drinks were refilled right away. We ordered The Smokehouse Burger with tater tots, and the food was delicious and full of flavor. Topgolf can definitely be a bit pricey, but we bought the Summer Pass, and it has already more than paid for itself! Absolutely zero complaints. WORK ON CONSISTENCY. The service is overall great when you know when to come. I've been greeted with many servers a few I can name that have been great are Octavian, Mia, Matt and a few others I can't quite remember but they were also great. Food is great from what we've had examples being "katsu sliders,cheese fries , tater tots, wings and beverages are all great with the exception of "Mixed drinks" You can tell it depends on who you get and many servers tend to let you know the usual working hours so you can come back and enjoy consistent service. I'd say overall Mornings have been proven to be the most consistent with staff being very attentive and making sure needs are met even if they aren't specifically assigned to that area or bay. At nights it's not as consistent and you get more of a " let me get your server type of feeling " but the management seems to be great on the floors so I'm just confused on where the complacency from some employees has came from. Place is always full has great lighting , fan and heating options decent food as well as a 3/5 staff onsite. Random experience but I use this parking lot for Facebook marketplace meet ups haha amazing location near main roads and the 10 freeway. The parking lot is large and has people come and go at all times. Great meet up spot for safety when in similar positions. The establishment itself is Top Golf so they're all great and fun to attend. The best spots are on the higher floors (though no offense to people loving the bottom floor). Try to find some deals for coupons when you can since play could get expensive depending on the party and time. read more

So this is long, you'll see email that confirms I went on 5/10. For being Mother's Day.m, this place was busy! And even though that was the case service was great as walk-in. I wish I remembered her name but our server was for bat 124. She was friendly and detailed with info as first-timers. She told us the easiest and funnest game was probably going to be sonic if we just wanted to swing around, which we did & after trying two other game types we went back to the silly little kid one of Sonic. Food wise she gave us a recommendation of the hot honey pepperoni pizza, which my niece and I want to go back for. We got boneless garlic parm wings which we would skip next time, not terrible just would rather stick to pizza. My niece really enjoyed her strawberry hendrick's mule and on a hot day it was the perfect refreshment. I got a couple of Hamilton's beers. Service was quick and didn't feel like we had to rush food within our hr of play time. Although it was busy, the atmosphere was pleasant not too loud/crazy. Never swing a real golf club before except for the ones at miniature golf. So when I heard of this golf place, I had to check it out. We went here with a group of seven. My friend made the reservation. We all met here at our scheduled time. Check in was simple. Once it was done, they tell us which bay number to go to. There are three levels here. We got the one on the first level. This place is huge. Plenty of parking and it's free. The lobby was nice. They have a gift shop inside. They have a bar on the first floor with a gigantic tv screen to enjoy sports. I didn't get a chance to check out the other upper levels. Maybe next time. I'm pretty sure it is also nice like the first floor. At the bay, they have staffs that come and take your food orders. We ordered a couple light snacks and drinks to enjoy while we each took turns swinging that golf club. There were different type of golf clubs and different length for different height. We had a great time! I thoroughly enjoyed it since this is my first time trying out a real golf club and not the ones at miniature golf. We all left very happy. read more

This place is decent. The environment is nice. Service was pretty good. The food is decent. Would have received a higher review but unfortunately we couldn't be moved to a different pit on the same floor although there were several open. They said that they were for upcoming reservations. Keep in mind they are all pretty much the same size. The workers said they pre-assigned the area so it couldn't be switched which really doesn't make any sense if the party is not there yet. This was my first time, but not my parties first time.. I had a good time.. but from what my friends were saying was that service wasn't great. Staff didn't come and give us the run down of how to play or anything until after we were well into our first almost second round of playing. I knowing nothing had no idea. But nonetheless, our party had a good time.. when we ordered they came semi at a good time. Maybe a 8-10min wait not sure if that's normal or not.. As far as the experience goes we had a great time.. not sure why there's only enough room for 4-5ppl to sit when 6ppl could sign up to play. I wish there was more seating especially if your party is bigger than 6 when other people are not playing, perhaps an extra chair or something? First time trying Topgolf and it was so fun! It was cool to be on the 3rd floor, gives the field a different view point. Our server was nice and helped us figure out how to use the machine and how to order food using mobile ordering. The menu had a variety of food items. We ordered the shrimp tacos and a margarita. The margarita was ok, the strawberry flavor was too salty for me . Shrimp tacos were pretty tasty, it came with 3. We only booked and hour but it was fun. We've been to this Topgolf location many times, and it continues to be our favorite. We live in Ontario and have visited the Montclair location and a few others, but we always enjoy coming back here because the service has consistently been much better. This visit started off a little rocky, as the hosts at the front were somewhat dismissive and not very welcoming. Thankfully, everything changed once we were seated. Our server was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He checked on us multiple times throughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. After initially declining extra game time, we changed our minds and asked if we could extend our bay. Even though there was another reservation coming up, our server went out of his way to speak with the manager and helped make it happen. Shortly after extending, our game experienced a bit of lag while the system was being fixed. It wasn't a major issue, but the manager still offered to remove the charge for the additional time. That level of consideration was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely exceeded our expectations. We've unfortunately experienced rude treatment and even moments that felt discriminatory at other Topgolf locations, so it's refreshing to visit a location where we're consistently treated with kindness and respect. Great customer service goes a long way, and team here especially our server and the manager made this visit memorable. We'll definitely continue coming back! read more

Overall, the experience was frustrating and far from what I expected. Unfortunately, the issues with the technology and the delays took away from what should have been a fun experience. This was my first time at this location, and honestly, if you've been to one Topgolf, you know what to expect. The experience is pretty consistent across the board. I came for a birthday gathering where our party reserved two bays, and as always, I had a great time. Topgolf is one of those places I enjoy whether I'm out with adults or spending quality bonding time with my kids. My only critique (not really a complaint) is the service. It wasn't bad at all, just a little slow at times. Our group had to flag down waitstaff several times to place food and drink orders. I understand they're doing their best to manage multiple bays, but it might be helpful if Topgolf considered adding ordering directly through the bay screen or an iPad option to make things smoother for both guests and staff. I've been to this location probably 50 times by now. I love top golf!! I've gone during the week when it was super cheap, I've gone with big parties, during NYE event, at night, during the day, morning, golfed at every floor... you get the point. The NYE event was pretty fun. If a red ball dispensed you got a free gift! My dad won a gift card, pretty cool! They had a buffet with food but it wasn't that great. The games changed which was a bummer not really a fan of the new ones but still fun!! They have foosball on the second and third floor inside and on the bottom floor they have merch. I purchased a super sick golf glove because obviously I'm a pro now ‍ I would rate Top Golf higher if there was consistency. The customer service is either there or not there and most of the time it's not there. It takes a really long time for the server to come back and they usually get the order wrong. Not everyone is polite. There have been a few wonderful servers with upbeat personalities and that's always appreciated!!! I once told a server I liked his BLM bracelet. He took it off and gave it to me!! Super nice! That does not go unnoticed. Lack of customer service could be from understaffing, kitchen issues or how they hire. No idea. Came out here for a friends bday who was visiting from Canada. You are NOT able to make a reservation the day of, but you can previous day. Even if they look wide open, they fill up pretty quick and would highly suggest a reservation. We showed up and had a 2 hr wait! We decided to go eat before returning. Once we got the message, we were led to our table pretty quick. They have gold clubs right there for right handed people. Left handed ones are in the back. We were not in the mood of drinking and we had already eaten so our server was full MIA. the place was pretty clean and it was really fun. This is a family friendly place, but keep in mind that lots of drinking also happens and some people might have too much. Watch out for flying golf clubs and balls going the wrong way. 4+ this location would be the second location of Topgolf that I've visited and both occasions have been for work / corporate events. So it's definitely a great time when you're not paying. But by the same token, I don't personally have an opinion or insight on the value of this place. We also booked the upstairs private room and had a lunch catered for us. I would say the food is solid. Your pretty standard fare (beef, chicken, potatoes, some broccoli/veggie mix, salad and dessert). The dessert items were barely touched so they brought them out and left them out by where we were hitting balls after so we had a snack. They were the donut holes where we got to inject our the filling ourselves. You get to pick different games that cater to all different skill levels. Most of us were beginners so we still had fun without having to hit the ball hard or straight, haha. All in all, great group fun. First time golfing from a stationary spot but don't worry, even if you don't get to experience the joy of walking to where your ball landed, its still fun with the interactive games. I would say the start of my reservation was frustrating. Walked in, was greeted and let them know my bay number (it gets texted to you around your reservation time). I was directed to the second floor. None of the "bay workers" approached us or gave an intro. Okay, i guess I can figure it out and went to the tablet. Since I qualified for a discount I was trying to figure out how to apply it. They had an option for coupons but no discount on the screen. Searched for a bay worker and they told me I had to go to the front desk. Alright, walked downstairs. Front desk told me that the bay workers are the ones who can assist me since they don't do any charging down there. Its not a far walk but it was a hot and humid day (around 90degrees) and we are now 6 minutes into our reserved time. My question is why is staff not on the same page with how to proceed. When I got back up, i spoke to another bay worker and they informed me, it will be deducted after the game concludes. Alright so back to the screen where we figured out how to play. Luckily, someone in our group had gone to the top golf in Vegas. When a bay worker came to our bay to put in drink orders, we requested clubs for the leftie in our group. Honestly, this whole set up process would be more seamless if they ensured groups were greeted at the bay at their reserved time. The Highlights: The games were fun once we got the hang of it. Six people per bay feels like the sweet spot. Online it says groups of 7-12 can be in adjacent bays, though it's unclear whether everyone can play the same game. My guess is no. Prices were fairly average: $5 for a Coors Light, cocktails between $12 and $15. The Drawbacks: Accuracy of the shot tracking seemed a bit off. Don't expect to land a "birdie" even if you're hitting clean. The food and drinks were mostly overly sweet and forgettable. I'd recommend eating before or after. The service was lacking. We were told the discount would be applied, but it wasn't clearly shown on the receipt. Even as i write this and look at my receipt, the discount isnt clear.. I'd give Topgolf another try because it can be a fun group outing, but probably not at this location. read more

Went to the Topgolf in Ontario, CA, with our daughter and her boyfriend. Overall the experience was a lot of fun. I was the only golfer out of the four of us, but it didn't matter. You can select different "games" to play, so it's not necessary to be an experienced golfer to have a great time. The atmosphere is comfortable and family friendly. The layout of the tee box with the tables and screens immediately behind them make conversing and heckling equally convenient. You can bring your own clubs if you want, but they provide a complete range of clubs, including a "Sure Thing" driver with a very ample sweet spot. Any chance I get I try to visit all of their locations--who else gets a dopamine spike when golfing? Just look at the ingredients of the venue: drinks, food, and vibes! I like to be on the bottom floor to give that realistic feel as I perfect my golfing precision. They have clean bathrooms and bay areas are cleaned after each use. Honestly, I don't think my review will matter or that the company cares--you can see it in the way management just ignores customers and moves on to the next one. I'm not saying all the staff is bad; I did notice some waitresses trying their best. But the reason I'm writing this is because we were basically ignored for over an hour. We got there at 8pm, placed our order right away, and got our drinks, so I thought everything was on track. Then our waitress told us she was being switched out, and after that, we never saw her again. By 9:10pm, still no food. I had to go find a manager and explain the situation, and all she offered was, "Sorry, we can either remove the food from your bill or extend your time so you can get it." Basically, I was expected to either leave hungry or spend more money to sit around waiting even longer. I could've made a scene like some people would, but it's not worth it. What bothered me most is the manager didn't even try to make it right--no real apology, no attempt to fix things. For a place like this, I expected more. Fun combination of driving range meets darts meets a bar. This is a three story driving range equipped with ball trackers, tvs in each bay, a place to sit and socialize while a person is taking their turn. The atmosphere is a louder, social experience instead of the calmer, quiet courses and drive ranges. Each bay has a set of mens and womens sized clubs so you don't need to bring your own (but you can if you want). The ball tracker keeps track of where the ball went and whether it scored points in the "dartboards" on the course. The experience is pure fun regardless of skill level or age. The only issue was the food. Overpriced and average quality. The menu doesn't dare tell you drink prices. Just know that it will not be a cheap night. But when you try to book 3 bays in advance they force you to do a buffet option and charge you 1400 dollars for 2 hours of golf on the app (gratuity included). If you try to go through a live agent the best they can do is 980 before gratuity. When I priced out 3 bays 2 hours and 4 trays of food it comes out to 750 plus tax and gratuity. They are forcing you to use their overpriced "event" gathering they stated it is an event fee for hosting a bigger party. We are just a few families trying to get together and play some top golf. Also they stated they can not reserve 3 bays for you in advance you would have to chance it and try to do walk in. As a member I don't get what's the point of offering reservations without trying to get gauged with their ridiculous pricing. read more

They texted me that my bay was ready then it was not ready when I got up there and took them ten minutes to get me set up when I had already had a reservation and even got a confirmation text. Last time I was here it took them 30 minutes to bring us out waters and we had to ask three times and they don't allow you to bring in your own water bottle it was completely ridiculous. First time and had a blast. We went on Veteran's Day and made reservations the day before which is always recommended! Everything is super easy as they send you a text when your Bay is ready to go sit and enjoy playing. The waitress was on top of everything as they constantly come around for refills or anything you need. We had someone who needed golf clubs as they are a lefty and she brought the clubs right away. Destiny made this experience not only unforgettable but an experience that makes us want to return again. She was energetic, fun, attentive, and had one of the best attitudes of any server I have ever experienced anywhere. She did not skip a beat when it came to food, Drinks and checking on us, and she treated the birthday boy and his friends loke royalty, and made them feel so celebrated and loved! Very disappointed with my experience at this Topgolf location. We arrived around 9 AM and this was not our first visit. A server started explaining how everything worked, and I told her directly that we had already been here multiple times and did not need the introduction. One thing that already made us uncomfortable from the beginning was how some servers constantly stand around the table waiting for tips. The atmosphere felt very pressured and uncomfortable instead of relaxed and welcoming. Later, I briefly used a vape in the outdoor second-floor area. There were no visible signs stating that vaping was prohibited there, and after being reminded, I stopped immediately. The real issue was how management handled the situation afterward. Assistant Manager Chelsea approached us in a confrontational manner and accused me of "talking to her employees like that," even though I never used offensive language or disrespected anyone. We were trying to file a complaint regarding Chelsea's behavior, but manager Bryan was extremely rude from the beginning. We were not yelling or causing any problems, yet he immediately told us to leave instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. I later went to the front desk simply asking for Bryan's business card and the names of the employees involved for complaint purposes. Instead of professionally providing the information, Bryan threatened to call security and have me removed from the property. As we were leaving, Bryan also aggressively questioned whether I had paid the bill while holding the bill folder in his hand, even though I had already paid through the app. His attitude felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. What made the situation even worse was that my 10-year-old child was present during this entire incident and was emotionally affected by the aggressive behavior and threats from management. No family should have to experience that during what was supposed to be a normal outing. This was extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Managers are supposed to de-escalate situations and help customers, not threaten customers for requesting complaint information. A formal complaint has already been submitted to Topgolf corporate regarding Bryan, Chelsea, and the handling of this situation. read more

I came with coworkers for our Christmas gathering, and about half of our group was there for the first time. I was excited to share this activity since our coworkers span different age groups, and Topgolf is a great option that's fun, active, and still easy for everyone to participate in. We did the $40 per hour, per bay option for up to six people and played for a total of two hours, which felt like a good amount of time for our group. Our server, Mac, was extremely friendly and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing I really appreciated was that Mac took the time to explain how Topgolf worked and walked everyone through the rules and gameplay step by step. I didn't get that level of instruction during my first visit at a different location, so it made the experience even better. The only thing worth noting is the $6 first-time player fee required to register for a membership. While this is listed on the website, it would be helpful if staff mentioned it at the counter as well. Luckily, some members of our group already had memberships and knew about the fee, but others weren't expecting the extra cost. I went today with my fiancé to play golf and eat. We got the 50% of deal and played for 90 minutes and ate. The golfing was fun and we had enough time to play a few rounds and practice rounds. The environment was not too loud and you can play comfortable. Each floor either has tables or sofa. I prefer the sofa.. We got the hot honey pepperoni pizza, wings, and donut holes. The review is four stars because the pizza was honestly a 5/10. The rest of the food was good but they need to make the pizza more flavorful not dry. The staff was nice and attentive.
