Today was a very good day! I got back from taking some riders to Brawley, and I worked up quite a big appetite when I got back in the area. My daughter called me and wanted me to pick up food that she would order us online so we could eat together for her 30 minute lunch break. This Wendy's was very clean, including one of the restrooms I used. The cashier guy was very friendly and made sure my order was totally correct. My daughter ordered 10 chicken nuggets, a baked potato with sour cream, and a raspberry lemonade for herself. She got bbq sauces for her nuggets. She ordered me a chicken sandwich, French fries, and a Sprite. I had ranch dressings that I dipped my fries in. Both combos were great tasting and plenty of food. As a small dessert, she ordered a tiny chocolate frosty. When she ordered all this, she was able to spend over $25 on the app and received a $5 discount. Overall, this was a wonderful visit here. We appreciated the food quality, speed of service, and excellent service from the employees. I highly recommend and will come back here again soon!!! read more

This was only my second visit to any Wendy's since I don't eat fast food often, but we stopped by because they were offering special Krabby Patty meals in celebration of SpongeBob's 25th anniversary, something my kids and I couldn't resist trying! I find it very frustrating not to get a hot hamburger. The last two times I visited this restaurant the hamburger's were cold and dried out like they were under a heat lamp. The sandwiches were really good. Wendy's has always had great flavors and their meats are cooked very well. Everything I've had from any Wendy's has always been delicious. With that said. I understand that veggies start going bad. But as the food worker, it is your job to make sure that you are not giving the customer a piece of vegetable that is on the verge of rotting. It doesn't take a genius to look at a piece of lettuce, see that it is brown and know that it is no good. Honestly guys. I understand the process could be tedious but as a customer it sucks to find rotten veggies or pieces of them that normally one wouldn't eat (very ass end of the tomatoes). Visited Wendy's back in September (sorry, I know this post is late). I ordered through their mobile app only because there was a deal for something free. The app crashed on me several times while trying to process my card. It finally went through though after charging me and refunding me 2x. When I arrived at Wendy's there no sign indicating where to pick up mobile orders so I waited in the regular line. When I got to the front, the manager (I think) told me where to stand next time, which was just to side of the main cashier. Also, while there, I witnessed a couple in front of me get shorted their change. They politely told the cashier (young blonde girl) and she had an attitude!! She was so rude. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Sign indicating where to pick up Mobile Orders. (Maybe you all have one now, I have not been back inside since September. 2. Customer service training for employees. On another note, my sister and dad were in town visiting me in October and they visited this Wendy's, they waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes and to top it off, their order was wrong. I really hope there is a management change at this location. I feel like they were better than this years old but have went downhill since. :( read more

I have been to lots of Wendys and this is the worst. I had been here years ago and had a much better experience. First of all, we saw random ants on our table. Secondly, they are super slow. We waited at least 20 minutes for our order, and it wasn't busy!!!! Plus, we were missing items in our order. One person working the line. We had to go back and ask for our drinks that they forgot to give to us. The dining room was not dirty, but the tables defenately needed a good wipe down. Only 3 people were working, and they moved at half speed while taking orders. I am not happy that they changed the policy on including frostys with their kids meals. My kids used to look forward to that special treat everytime. It made their kids' meals worth the price. Overall, not a great experience. We will not be returning anytime soon! read more

We went thru drive thru at 11:15 pm on 6/8/19. The cashier was friendly but the food was awful. We ordered 3 burgers, 1 no onions. The no-onions had onions. All 3 were cold, and not just lukewarm, COLD. The cheese didn't melt whatsoever, the meat felt like almost just out of the fridge. The fries were soggy and half of them were cold also. They only gave us 2 napkins and no ketchup. My hubby says it felt like we were late to a BBQ and had to eat the last, measly leftover burgers that nobody wanted. Unfortunately, we didn't notice til we got home and we were starving so we ate them. I tried calling twice but they didn't answer. I went to complete a survey online to complain but they didn't give us a receipt so we didn't have their store number.
