However, I did not receive the free Chickfila sandwich in my app, as promised. I contacted this Chickfila as well as Chickfila customer service multiple times. No one with Chickfila, who I spoke with, was willing to honor the offer. There was no explanation given to me by anyone, as to why the free sandwich did not load in my app. It loaded just fine in February, after the Ducks/Oilers game, so it's not my phone. Due to the unwillingness of them to honor this promotion, I am very disappointed in the entire Chickfila company. I seriously can't even tell you how many times this CFA has helped me out while navigating busy "mom life." It's a win with the teens, and it's a win with me. In a pinch, I'll order via DoorDash for delivery, but I honestly love ordering through their app directly because they have a good rewards program. I also love how involved they are with the community and the app even allows you to participate in fundraisers they may be holding for local schools and organizations. They remodeled this location not too long ago and it's very nice. We rarely dine in, but the food pick up area is large and comfortable with seats provided. They have a screen now to check the status of your order. Parking can be interesting as they wind their drive thru line through some of the parking spaces. I try to steer clear of that area and park on the side of Ulta. The food is always good and ready quickly. The employees are friendly, helpful and welcoming. read more

I've given Chick-fil-A multiple chances, and unfortunately the quality has been consistently disappointing. One particular issue is the chicken sandwich. The patty has repeatedly been extremely thin and noticeably small--far from what you'd expect, especially for the price. It feels like you're paying premium prices for a subpar portion. At first I thought it was a one-time issue, but after several visits, it's clearly a pattern. Consistency is what keeps customers coming back, and that's just not happening. Man, I can't say a single bad thing about this place. My spicy sandwich was absolutely perfect, and they hooked me up with all the sauces I asked for -- plus even offered a few extras to try. Jordan was such a polite gentleman and made sure my daughter and I got our meals fresh and hot. You've been to one, you've been to them all. This location had an exceptional staff that was attentive and kept the line moving quick while also helping those returning for drinks and other items. This location also excelled because the staff came by and checked to see if we needed anything frequently, and they let us know that they would be cleaning the bathrooms and to just ket them know if we needed access and it was no issue. The food and service were excellent, but what made this particular visit memorable was the operator, Osar. He came and sat among us and interacted with our family. He was so kind and genuine and it truly made our day. Chick fil a was always meant to be more about family than food, and Osar truly exemplified that. Never usually leave a review on fast food places but I felt inclined to share my experience. I had gone through the drive through to order 4 chicken tenders and was told to wait in the parking lot stall when I got to the window because they had to "fry up the tenders." After seeing 6 cars park next to me and get their orders (all of them being behind me of course) and 30 minutes later, I decide to go into the restaurant and ask about my order. I was told that they never received my order and after some fuss and showing them my transaction history, they finally remade my order which came out 5 minutes later. Forgetting about the wasted time, the fact that I was not even offered an apology and just slipped a free chicken sandwich voucher for my troubles was incredibly disappointing for an establishment that prides itself on great service. Great experience! Took the kiddos there for lunch and playtime 7/31/25, around 12:30 and restaurant was clean, food was fresh, kids enjoyed themselves and as usual great customer service! Call me crazy but when we pulled up there was a bush a bit overgrown that I had to maneuver around to get one of the kids out and when we came back out, I swear, that bush had been trimmed down! I couldn't even get Burger King on Haven Ave. to take my order! Only recommendation would be to have staff wipe down the kids area and floors in the kids area more often during the day. Service is good, sandwiches are consistent, and the ambiance is easily seen from the outside (ambiance of chick-fil-a on day creek = sometimes clean fast food joint with drive thru lines that consume the parking lot). Well this week, thanks to the Angels winning me a free chicken sandwich, I drove into that terribly long drive thru once again to get some fries, a sandwich, and a watermelon mint lemonade. i love that this particular CFA always serves my fries cooked exactly how i like it, and they don't even take requests for fry preferences. They make the fries just a little overdone to where they are perfectly crispy even after a drive to get home. I don't think they are too salty either. The only issue is that they're a little stingy with the quantity of fries they put in the large. Now the sandwich I got was pretty good. These go down easy. Very consistent but also this is one of the saltier items on the menu. Now... The watermelon mint lemonade is actually amazing. I would choose this before most other restaurant beverages. The mint + lemonade in this drink is well complimented by just a hint of watermelon. The first time I had this it was amazing, but since then, I returned and it tasted like bubble gum. I think the key here is to be pretty discreet about the watermelon flavoring. So if any CFA workers are reading this: focus on mint and lemonade first! Anyway there's my honest chickfila review. This location perfectly and consistently fries their fries (I can confirm because they've done this several times and my sister also told me that they always do this). Definitely try that lemonade if you like mint lemonade. It's great. I just wish it wasn't limited. 4 stars because at the end of the day, Chick-fil-A overly salts their chicken, lacks consistency with things like that lemonade(doesn't help that it's limited! The food is fresh as can be and made quickly. Service is great. The last time I came to this one, was last week. It was super busy for a Wednesday evening. The lines were wrapped around the building and through the parking lot. It looked like a maze. But Chick-fil-a staff were very professional and managed the lines efficiently. They had two lines for taking orders, that then merged into one line for the pickup. With the huge lines, I think I only waited about 15-20 minutes in the line. Not bad considering how many cars were ahead of me. I was craving their macaroni and cheese, because it seriously is the best when it comes to fast food mac. It's creamy and cheesy. I had to drive all the way back to pick them up, wasting extra time and gas. When I arrived, the staff just said "we're sorry" with no offer to make up for the inconvenience -- no replacement meal, drink, or even a small gesture like a free fry upgrade or water. I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but this visit was really disappointing. Mistakes happen, but good customer service should make things right when they do. read more
