There are some seating areas on the patio area to enjoy the fresh air with your food. Wish there was some speakers with some music, but its not needed. Its been a hot minute since I went to chick fil a but when I do, they never disappoint. I passed by this location in Ontario and tbh, didnt know it was here. Its a walk up location and the associate who assisted me was very friendly (of course) and mentioned if I download the app, I can get a free chick fil a chicken mini 4 count. I did and it was very easy and his customer service is (as i expect all chick fil a associates to be). I also ordered this 10count chicken mini and it came as a heart shaped container. Very cute. Now if I can just get a Valentine to share this with... anyway, if you happen to be in the area, passed by and check them out. I feel like most people don't review fast food unless it's a bad experience. However, I am sitting here eating my waffle cut fries and thought that every time I've been to this location it's been superb. My fries are fresh and crispy and the rest of my food is also super solid. The service is always great and no one seems to name me feel like they hate it here. Will be back! The girl Ashley gave me the wrong order and when i told her she gave me attitude and she was just so rude as if it was my fault the order wrong. Chick-fil-A has always been a "my pleasure" customer satisfaction resturant. Well I just finished leaving this particular location in Ontario and the experience has not been that. Sorry to say even with this location being one of the newer ones service from the team members has lacked. Sad because when they first opened they were the best and now after the service I just received in the drive thru I will not be back. Great job! The person at the drive thru was rude, bad attitude and never smiled. Made me feel like I was a bother as in I am done with you service. Great hire there Chick-fil-A. Customer service was definitely lacking. There are too many other fast food locations in the area that welcome their customers with a smile and are glad to help. I would have gave no stars!!! The girl actually told me when she brought my order out she will not do it next time. I advised her there will not be a next time. You lost me as a customer. Her response was they are busy. Drive thru and mobile order drive up experiences. Drive up: when there is someone standing there... I had an experience with a stoic worker which is not something you're used to at a chick fil a. They say your stuff is all there when they hand you the bag only to come home to missing sauces and fries. The mobile order drive up: is great! They're quick and efficient. I've also had mistakes made on my order when I got it here so I let them know and they fix it right away. The food is always cooked week and it tastes delicious ! No complaints there. I went through the drive-through and they forgot a few of my items when I tried to call and let them know the manager had straight attitude with straight disregard towards the situation really rude and could've had went about things a different way. I don't know how they hire someone like this. Today was my first time at this location. Bummed to find out there's no an indoor seating area as it was pretty hot so I had to eat my meal quickly. But the 5 stars and the review is only for Jessica who assisted my husband and I today. We were totally drained and in a not so happy mood yet she kept her happy mood and complimented both of us and continued with small talk. Hoping somebody higher up might see this and make some corrections. Id like to preface this by saying there was nobody in line but me. I had a young man help me place my order, I asked if I could have my patty well done and he said that the patty's come as they are, at every other chick fil a I order it well done and it's never been a problem. But I was like okay whatever, then I asked him if I could have them select a smaller patty out of all of the patties ready to be served, which is never a problem at every other chick fil a, (I have a hard time biting into thick chunks of meat cause it ruins my appetite. ) and he looked away from me avoiding eye contact and said "no... just no.. sorry but no" I just kinda smirked at him and said okay, he wouldn't look at me in the face lol. Seemed like he just didn't wanna accommodate. I love things a certain way and I know I'm not the only one, and I also understand how it can be working or being at the end of your shift and wanting to go home. I know customers can be annoying and I've been in that position before too, but still, I love to be good to my paying customers. Hopefully this can be addressed! Sending love and light. read more

Very disappointing experience due to poor customer service from the shift manager, MYRA S.!!! After an ordering mistake was made by the restaurant, Myra approached the register to process a refund and immediately stated that she needed the hash browns returned in order to issue it. I explained that the employee at the counter had already apologized for the error and told me I could keep the hash browns as a courtesy for the inconvenience, and that the charge would be removed. Myra responded, "I'm sorry she told you that, but that is not true. I cannot refund you if you do not return the hash browns," despite acknowledging that the mistake was made by the restaurant. Her tone felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering her employee had already attempted to resolve the situation in a courteous way. Rather than continuing an uncomfortable interaction before heading to work, I chose to leave. For context, I had clearly requested a Berry Parfait as a substitute for hash browns when placing my breakfast order. When I received the incorrect order, I politely brought it to the counter. The initial employee handled it kindly and professionally -- which made the shift manager's response even more surprising. Chick-fil-A is known for exceptional customer service, which is why this experience stood out in a negative way. As someone originally from Georgia and familiar with Chick-fil-A's culture and values, I expect a higher standard -- especially from leadership staff. After finally receiving my food they forgot my drinks (waste of time), so I check my bag just in case only to find out that they missed 2 of my food items and did not include my sauces.
