You typically know what you're getting when you go to fast food chains. So I really just hope for consistency and love to see kind hard work working folks. The vibe at this location is a little bit more frenetic or are you gonna see a little bit more foot traffic because it's located in a busy strip mall that's anchored by a Trader Joe's. People here are friendly and efficient. I ordered from the kiosk, but there are people there to assist you if you needed. I came out because I'm a sucker for promo meals, and I wanted to get the K-pop Demon Hunter meal. So fun! Haha. It was basically a 10 piece chicken nuggets with fries where they give you a bag to shake the fries in with ramyun spice pack and two dipping sauces for the nuggets. You also get a picture card and something that you scanned for a later date. I'm a fan of the fries and chicken nuggets so the meal was enjoyable. And it was fun being festive. I also got the Derpy McFlurry which was tasty and included.. I want to say blueberry boba? I was just happy that the machine wasn't broken down. I also got the Saja Boys breakfast meal which was basically a spicy sauce in the sausage McMuffin with egg along with a few fun giveaways. Ordered online and it is extremely slow. Waited for over 30 minutes. From the time I ordered. I was in the parking lot. Of all things, they are out of apple pies. The workers working at 11 today were incredibly rude to my friend and I. We went through the drive thru and they forgot our fries so we asked nicely inside to reorder. They gave an uncalled, petty reaction in saying "Ugh they're inside now," and they rolled their eyes. I live near this location, and it is by far the worst McDonald's in the world. There is no such thing as fast food here. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids, with no other cars in line. I get to the window, and she asks me to go park and they will bring the food out. I simply stated the order couldn't be much smaller. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went in. They seemed to forget about the order, but there is no one to talk to at the front counter. Finally got someone and they seemed bothered. All I ordered was 1 McFlurry, when I got to the window I already got a weird vibe from the older worker couldn't tell if she's the manager at night, but she was talking down on a worker then goes to the window and asked what I got. So I smiled at her and said I just got a McFlurry then she rolled her eyes and walked away so I thought she wasn't going to give me my order.
