I was surprised by the low reviews because I have never had an issue with food from this location. The chicken strips are the usual choice we go with and have been consistently prepared each time. The man working at the window was prompt and ask what sauces I would like and provided everything to our satisfaction. He was polite and cheerful considering how late we were there on a Sunday night. We frequent this location on a regular basis. Well over 100 times in the last 30 plus years we have lived in this area. Went through the drive thru again a couple nights ago and as always the food and service was beyond satisfactory. in fact, the young Man that assisted me was more then beyond friendly and professional. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and they still put lettuce and double fried my taco so now it's trash . This place is 50/50. Since it is the closest location, we tolerate this bad service. As a previous employee m, I remember the corporate standards, so I assume this location is a franchise. There is NO WAY corporate would allow the substandard service. The food is usually hot but, my family has waited over 15 minutes for our order. After sitting 5 minutes in the drive-thru, they tell us to move to the front cause our food is not ready, mind you there is no other cars ahead or behind us. The few times I had been fed up, I would walk in and they said they were almost done. The interior is clean but the restrooms are not clean well. Went through the drive-through right now. The woman handed me my soda and the cup was busted so when she hand it to me like exploded in my hand, you can tell when they're trying to put on the lid they damage the rim. I asked if she would take the drink back and give me a different cup. She said you can keep that cup. After I ordered a shake and a chocolate cake they said they didn't have any chocolate cake. When I got to the window to pay I added another shake and the older tall man was so rude and told me this is why we're taking long because people like you like to add more at the window. This store is the most poor functioning I've ever experienced. The last two times I've come I haven't gotten my correct order or they forget to give me a fork or straws. This location is super fast specially once you order at the drive thru. I was amaze about it. I order chicken nuggets and egg rolls. Once in a while eat bad things before work to sweat. Actually it was good. Hot egg rolls including chicken nuggets have good taste. I really like this place super fast service with a friendly face welcoming the customers. I had to pee because we were in the drive through for 23 minutes and i downed a liter of water because a brotha had to hydrate.
