This place has been consistently good - bacon cheeseburger with an extra patty - mushrooms, pickle, lettuce, tomato and onion - dry. We took it home so I didn't want it to be soggy - so no condiments. We shared a large cup of Cajun fries generously overflowing. Made my own burger dipping sauce - A1, Lee&Perrins and good old Tabasco. Mixed it up and spooned it in every bite I took. What a treat! Washed it down with a cold can of A&W. Service was great- got the order right, packaged with Order#'s. No confusion during the food distribution. Thanks! Place was clean- Kitchen well kept. Came by recently the staff super nice and attentive.... My meal came out pretty quick .. my buns were a tad mushy and the onions still kinda on the raw side .. the flavor of the meat was good with cheese and all the extra sauces they offer which was pretty good. Only thing I really didn't like the parking lot .. it's on a super busy shopping plaza and ppl have no common courtesy and I feel like the employees there should put some kind of regulation on all the kids from a near by school walking in and not buying anything and grabbing all their free peanuts for patrons and filling their cups with refreshments .. This location truly delivers on the Five Guys promise of fresh, customizable burgers and fantastic, generously portioned fries. I ordered the Bacon Burger, fully loaded All The Way and added a few custom toppings like Jalapeño Peppers and Green Peppers for an amazing, fresh kick. The burger was perfectly cooked--incredibly juicy, hot, and piled high with toppings that were clearly fresh. The flavor combination was outstanding and definitely satisfied my burger craving! The Little Cajun Fry was the perfect side. True to form, the bag was loaded up well beyond the cup, ensuring I had more than enough of those perfectly seasoned, crispy potato slices. The Cajun seasoning was spot on. Beyond the food, the dining area was clean, bright, and spacious. My go too for burgers. The fresh fries are delicious and the peanuts as we wait just make it so much better. A bit overpriced but the quality is good. I haven't been to a five guys in well over a decade, but consider me a new loyal customer. While it was busy during the time I came, my food was made in a timely manner and was fresh as can be. The bun was nicely toasted and the fries were crisp and flavorful. Five guys has a reputation for being a pricey fast food restaurant but the portions and quality were great and worth every penny. The employees were busy but the one employee who had facial piercings, I did not get a chance to get her name, did check up on our table and made sure everything was to our liking, i assume she is the manager. This is the kind of experience I hope to have again at my next visit at this Five Guys. read more

So this review is based off one experience and one item...a Vanilla Shake. A plain shake with no mix ins and no whip cream was $6.00! Wowza!! My dad wanted a shake so I got it. It was really runny and not very big. Maybe 12oz? BUT, Dad really liked it so I was happy. The server was friendly but then he asked, "Do you want it now?" Uhhh, when else would I want it? I didn't order anything else. Strange question. I don't eat beef so I would never stop in for anything else and defiantly not for another $6 runny shake. I had mentioned to the person that was taking my order that I have a gluten allergy and he did everything possible for me not to get cross contaminated! I believe it was the manager that helped me but I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to ensure that there was no cross contamination. You can dine in at this place, but we usually order takeout. I haven't been to this particular one in several months. This place is clean and they have a relaxing ambiance with an upbeat music playing while you eat or wait for your food. My family loves Five Guys! They love it because it's juicy and they grill the fresh burgers when you order. The meat patties are fresh and not frozen. Our order: Little beacon cheese burger all the way (1 patty) Bacon cheese burger plain (2 patties) Cheeseburger all the way no pickles (2 patties) Large fries with Cajun on the side My husband didn't like that his burger was cold by the time we went home, but unfortunately this place wasn't close to our home. Fries - way too salty!! My family only ate maybe two fries so they threw it out. You can't eat fries when it's way over salted. It's better if they put less because a customer can always add more. Disappointed because this is the first time ever that we got too salty fries from Five Guys. Employees here are friendly. Hot dog was on point. Yea grill guy! Everything else needs help, Manager. First, the girl on the phone who took my order. Her voice was low and she was attitudinal. I had to circle back and give her my toppings versus her asking me for them. It seemed like she was almost at the end of her shift and I was holding her up. In that case, don't answer the phone. Upon arrival I saw the restaurant was clean. People were eating at tables, guys were at the drink station, the couple was in line, the peanuts were plentiful. Then, I saw the restaurant wasn't clean. See picture. I don't know what was going on in the kitchen, but there was soapy water all over the floor along with food particles. And there are three employees cooking and milling like they don't see what their sloshing around in. Then there was the guy I had to pay. He was friendly enough, but turns out, he's also the fry guy. From the cash register to the fries, he did not wash his hands. He nervously bounced until the fries were ready. Then and he put extremely too much Cajun seasoning on the fries so I could not even eat them. I didn't discover this until I was on my way home in the car. When you get off work, you just want food shower and bed; I didn't feel like turning around. But I will never go to this location again. read more

Upon entering I could feel the smiles and soon after there was that pleasant greeting from all the employees. I initially came in for 'extra large' banana shake but was unable to- so I got 2 regular banana shakes made expertly and deliciously by KATELYNN . I also ordered small fries and baby burger. Shake was deeeeeeeelicious , got one with whipped cream for home but the first one I drank while driving and eating my yummy fries. The only reason I gave this location one star is because you have to in order to continue with the review. First of all of no one acknowledged me when I came in. The young man did get the fries right, but my little bacon cheeseburger was horrible!!!! I heard there was trainees on site, but clearly no one was managing them. There was relish on BOTH sides of the bun which rendered the bun useless because it was soooo wet. Oh and the bacon that I paid, for was no where in sight. This Five Guys is trash!!! Great juicy, sloppy, all over your face burger! Order a hamburger and it comes with 2 handmade beef patties( like 1/2lb burger). You have a list of about 20 condiments you can add to really customize your burger. The cajun style fries are just as good as the burger and when you order a large they overflow the container filling the bag. When you go inside to order or dine-in they have all the free peanuts you can eat. If you just want a regular 1/4lb burger you have to order the little hamburger. Usually have young kids working so maybe 1st jobs to some of them so that might explain the lax service. Man, if they trained their employees like In-N-Out they would dominate the burger world. Went in yesterday to find a group of people not wearing masks. They have a sign on the door that says masks are required and they will give you one if you do not have one they need to do a better job "asking" people to wear masks and not ignore them.
