I came specifically here specifically for the deal on Tuesdays - 4 tacos for $6. Ended up getting birria ramen as well because I saw photos online and wanted to give it a try. I was given a lot of lemons and radishes. Birria Ramen - The ramen was a little soft for me and the broth wasn't as hot as I'd prefer. You definitely get a good amount of ramen ($9). The broth was a bit salty for me but the flavor was there. They weren't stingy with the meat either. Would I get it again? Probably not. Birria tacos - I got a taco and it was pretty good. The meat is on the leaner side so I didn't get any fatty pieces. I liked how it wasn't greasy either. For someone that eats pretty spicy food, their hot sauce has a quick burn that goes away quickly. Parking is very easy since the truck is parked in a large parking lot.

I originally wanted to order two asada, two al pastor, and two birria tacos, but the person working told me they only had birria available. So I went with four queso birria tacos. The biggest issue for me was the price, it came out to $30, which is extremely expensive for four tacos. They charge an extra 4% if you pay with a card. For what I paid, I expected a little more meat in the tacos. Besides the high price, the queso birria itself was good. The tacos came with onions, cilantro, cucumbers, lemon, and radishes, which was nice. But overall, because of the cost, I don't think I'll be coming back.

I've seen this truck for a while and have always wanted to try it…read more There is only one person working so it took a few minutes before he was able to take our order, which is fine since he was cooking. My husband and I ended up ordering the same thing. We got the New York steak entrée with fried rice and no vegetables. We both ordered our steak medium well and I was pleasantly surprised. The meat was tender and the fried rice had great flavor. The serving size was also decent. I think next time I will have the included vegetables because I ran out of meat pretty quickly. With the entrée you get two sauces. My husband chose the Smoked Teriyaki sauce and I chose the Agave Chili sauce. We both enjoyed our sauces and would get the same ones again. Once we placed our order, the wait time was approximately 15 minutes so we decided to get our drinks at the Carl's Jr. They do sell drinks but we wanted fountain drinks. The guy told us that we can pre-order next time using Chow-now. You can locate it by searching for Flamebachi and going to their website. He did state that he has a phone, but he's so busy and he doesn't have time to answer. The best way to order ahead would be through Chow Now. There's really nowhere to sit because it's parked on the curb on a main street. So the best way to eat your food would either be in the car or take it to go. I give them 4 stars because the food was pretty good and although pricey, I would get it again.
