As my man stated, the problem came when they didn't want to remove the charge for the Jalepeno Tempura Roll when 1. We didn't like it & 2. We didn't eat it. We first asked the waiter if it could be removed, we thought it was a mistake that they didn't remove it. He told us no which was completely absurd. So we asked to speak to the owner. She came out with one word and said " problem ? " which is extremely unprofessional & rude. My man expressed that he seems it's unfair that the charge won't be removed since we didn't like it and didn't eat it. He expressed how he's been coming to Zip for 14 years & the owner always sees us there. We were loyal customers and all she tried to do was rebuttal with us which was very disappointing. Eventually they took the charge off but my man was very upset that we had to go through that. I wish the owner would've realized a $12 charge wasn't worth losing a loyal customer. My man simply would've left double the amount in tip for the inconvenience as he always does.
