I didn't receive my item from them . I ordered on DoorDash .I called the store and they diddnt answer

Ordered lunch while the cashier, Anthony, was non-engaged and not paying attention to the order. While I asked questions, he bluntly explained the menu. Upon completion, he did not read the order back as its normally done when coming to this establishment. When we received our order, two burgers were missing, and one was incorrect. Normally employees of this 5-guys have demonstrated outstanding customer service. That was not the experience we had today. Went there yesterday got very bad service they put mayo on my burger I pointed it out to the young lady that my burger had Mayo and I specifically asked for no mayonnaise. I told her the burger just needed to be remade . she wanted to argue with me so I told her somebody could've had a allergic reaction she argued are you allergic to mayo I told her we might not ever come here again I felt so unwelcomed. Tasty burgers at decent prices. Their fries are super addictive. It makes me smile every time they put extra fries into the bag. Why don't more places do that? The staff is always friendly. Their shakes are great, and the staff doesn't mind when I ask for extra chocolate. I think the Inn-n-out burger patties have much more flavor but Five Guys toppings make up for it. read more

Was kind of let down, but I prepared my mind for it. First off, I think it is way overpriced. The guy at the counter confused us when we wanted to order fries. Ordered a large cajun fry and expected a mound of fries for the price. There were three of us, and was just a cup of fries and then the guy threw a few in the bag. Burgers were ok, got a bacon cheeseburger. $6.50? For the price the size was not up to par. But it is what it is.....don't think I'll be back ever. I compare this place to George's, in and out, and fudruckers, and Five guys is far behind when it comes to those places. read more

The comparisons between this restaurant and In and Out are inaccurate as they are too different. It's not a bad cheeseburger and I respect the cleanliness of the restaurant but this is just burgers and fries in a bland little storefront. Johnny Rockets type food without the "kitsch". I had the bacon cheeseburger, he had the double cheeseburger, we shared a fries. Okay, diner burger. Plenty of bacon and lots of fries, both good, not great for the price. Overall: over-priced. I found a dead fly in my protein burger luckily I always inspect my food before, also the burgers were too watery it kept running down my arm. My 2 times eating here have both been above satisfactory. The people who work here have all been extremely pleasant and helpful. I get the little cheeseburger all the way. That just means a single patty ( normal size burger) with all the toppings. I love that while you are waiting they have peanuts to munch on and considering the food isn't frozen,the food comes out pretty fast. The fries are among the better fast food fries. read more

It's no in-n-out.. But really there's no comparison. Like previous reviewers, I was suckered in to trying this place. The first time I tried it (Rancho location) I was not impressed.. And with the $50 plus price for a family of 5, I was not impressed. It was nowhere near the quality of what I expected for the price. That being said, this location opened secretly about a month ago and because we live less than a mile away we figured we would try this place again. This is the secret to a great 5 guy burger. When you get your burger, immediately open it and put salt and pepper on it. Then close it up and consume. I ordered (reluctantly) a regular cheeseburger with mayo, mushrooms and bacon and it was friggin delicious! The Cajun fries are bomb.com/awesome and I will order them again. This location used to be pretty decent. Service was always okay, but burgers were on point (both flavor and juiciness). Not today. The girl that called my number literally threw my order (which was bagged) onto the counter without another word. Okay, fine. I'm hungry so as long as the burger is good....nope. I've never eaten a more bland, overcooked, DRY burger before in my life. It tasted horrible! Mind you, this used to be one of my favorite local burger joints to eat at. I've had day old burger from McDonald's that tasted better. Much better. The last time that I ate here was over 6 months ago and it was good at that time. I don't know if the quality has gone downhill overall at this location or it was just a one time fluke, but it was bad enough for me to never want to return to this location again. Yuck, don't waste your time or money on this food. Go down the street to In n' Out. The only good thing here are the fries. The place is filthy, due to peanut shells and other debris all over the floor. The tables were also not clean. I DID see the employees try to clean up a big spill over by the soda machine and tables while I was waiting, but it has to be hard for them to stay on top of the mess due to the peanuts. Also, the burger was so incredibly bland. DO NOT get the mushrooms - they are slimy and gross. The sauteed onions are flavorless and mushy (unlike In n' Outs yummy sauteed onions). I love five guys. The food is really good. The burgers are on point. Their cajun fries are so good and plentiful might I add. I normally dont like wide fries but the cajun stuff they put on theirs are so good. They have a huge selection of sodas too so I can get diet caffeine free soda here. It is totally worth it. Staff is always friendly. Most times I come in it is pretty clean too. Which is about all you can ask for in a fast food place. Love it here. I really really love it. I also recommmend getting a side of A1 sauce to dip your burger. So good. Great job five guys. read more

This should be a 5 star review!! I love the burgers, that's why I keep coming back. If they ask what you want on your burger, you would think they would put on what you ask for. Not really how that works here. I have had them get my order right twice, every burger, with everything requested. Usually 3 burgers and a large fry to share. 7 other times, 1, 2 or 3 of 3 missing items, at least they get the fries right (a 50% shot) regular or cajon? If only the burger was as good as the concept.. To sum it all up, pick your burger size, choose from a pretty wide list of unlimited toppings, and add fries and a drink. I like to order the little hamburger with lettuce, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, grilled jalapeños, ketchup, and mustard. The only difference between the regular sized burger and the little is how many patties. Little has one and regular has two. I noticed that the past couple of times I've been here, my burger falls apart and becomes really messy. I don't like that, especially when my patty breaks apart. GET THEIR CAJUN FRIES. They are soooo good. I don't know how they measure each size, since they fill up a little cup and pour some fries into the bag, but honestly their fries are the only reason I come back. They are okay burgers. Like, I wasn't necessarily impressed by anything. Burgers are a good size, cajun fries come in huge quantities, and are good, and the drink selection is obviously good. Service is okay, place is dirty, thanks to peanut shells and dirty tables...not bad, not great. read more

I love the burgers here...I have the option of adding grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and bacon on top of regular hamburger toppings. The ingredients are always fresh, the place is clean, and I've yet to encounter one unfriendly employee. People are always comparing this place to InNOut, but they're simply not the similar enough. The taste is absolutely different but not better or worse. It all depends on your personal preference. The fries are the reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars. They're just not up to par with the rest of the food. Soda machines are cool, except when they are all out of the good soda flavors. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Alright, we've ordered from them in the past and haven't had an issue. We were craving good fries and we knew their Cajun fries were what we wanted. I'm not sure what happened today but the food was AWFUL. They didn't give a ton of fries like normal and we got a large fry. I love five guys! Everything here is simple and good and grilling the toppings is literally the "cherry on top." I order my fries with light Cajun. The employees at this location seem nice; they all look so young (or I'm getting old). I avoid the peanuts but they're free if you're into that. Pricier than other burger spots but I believe you get what you pay for. read more
