One positive thing I can say about this location is how consistent they are. They consistently get my order wrong. If you want to order for instance a Ketchup and Relish and Onion and Mustard Dog with a Pretzel Bun and a non all beef dog, then what you do is order an ALL-Beef Ketchup and Relish Dog. Then you will get your order right, but if you want to order an ALL-Beef on pretzel bun ketchup and relish dog, ask for the manager and get permission to go in the back and make it yourself, because this has happened so many times now that I have run to Yelp. In 2025 you can't call the store direct because that is no longer an option, so I left a message. They also give you ketchup packets where a third of them have been opened, and your hands get sticky from them. I have been to this weinersnitzel in the past, but during the daytime. The food was really good. This time I came on an evening and was not so good. I went inside to order, and I counted about 4 workers. I saw the cook preparing chili dogs not wearing gloves. I'm not sure if that's supposed to be mandatory now. The food took about 15 minutes to come out. I saw the drive-thru was more of a priority. I tried the chili dogs and it seem the bun was not fresh or a warm bun. The fries were soggy and needed to be cooked more. The corn dogs were harder than usual. It was definitely a disappointing experience. This place needs to improve on food quality and wait time. I ordered 6 items from the menu in the drive-thru. The person working the drive repeated the order back to me. Once I got home I noticed there was an item missing. So I went back to the restaurant and decided to go inside to get the item that was missing. I walked on everyone seemed to be relaxed and talking as if they weren't in a work setting. I told the employee that bagged my order that I missing the item, no apology, and didn't even seem like he cared that I had to come back for the item. Another employee went to go make the item for me, but it looked like he was working the drive thru window prior to him going to the kitchen area to make my item. I was shocked because he did not wash his hands, and didn't have on gloves. I can appreciate him for trying to expedite the process, but not at the expense of food safety rules. Once he brought the item to me I confirmed what I just witnessed and he didn't seem to see the problem in his actions. I immediately asked for a refund. I won't be going to this location ever again. No one wears gloves and they lack compassion. read more

Terrible experience last night. Pulled up to buy two sundaes for my granddaughters. There was four young men working there that looked shady as you know what. They each took turn looking at my wife and I with a suspicious up to no good look on their faces. The last guy peeked at us from around one of the machines wearing a hoody with a sinister smirk. Where the heck was the manager to keep these youngsters in check. When I pulled away I told my wife, "I'm not giving my girls this garbage." She said, "you felt it two."
