I got my two tacos locos this morning they open at 9:00 a.m. close at 11:00 p.m.

Great tacos good friendly service, Free cup of BEANS Okay! Most importantly, a reasonable price. I get the taco's locos, the tacos are big and full of meat and flavor unlike king tacos , small and with little flavor, not that I don't like king taco but this isn't a review of king taco anyways try it for your self and taste taco greatness! And disestablishment is bilingual so don't be intimidated about going in there. Enjoy your tacos!

You can see the meat is old and burned. Asada was not edible. The quesadilla, and papa were the same problem.

Food was horrible!!! Just went today meat was old and burnt was not able to eat my tacos very disappointed. The free cup of beans was not the best either they tasted watered down. The "papa Loca" was not good it was reheated and hard . Definitely not worth what we paid. Not coming back

Tacos and street dog

Was expecting to love the tacos (they were basic, nothing fantastic) the show stopper was the bacon wrapped hot dog. My fiancé and I loved it!! And that man is hard to impress with food

This was my first time coming here and I was interested in trying this place out because I heard a lot of good reviews from friends. Upon entering on a Friday night around 10 PM, there were two other customers and the restaurant was practicing COVID-19 guidelines. I ordered a huarache, (4) four vampiros, and a sope. I mixed it up with al pastor and carne asada, which I think, I would've stuck with the al pastor. It was more tasteful than the asada, which was chewy and not as tasteful. The huarache was hard and in my culture, we usually eat it like a big flat soft tortilla, but the vampiro is as good with the cheese and green salsa provided. Also, the sope was really good, I think this was one of the items I enjoyed the most. I tried a bit of everything just to see what I liked most. Cost wise, I spent $35 to feed three people including two drinks, which is a bit pricy in my opinion. I think I'll return, but recommend the vampiro and sope. Also, they do have a cheese taco, which is keto friendly and I will most likely get this item too.

I had a Chile taco, a quesataco de pastor and a taco de suadero. Están llenones so you're bound to get full off 2 or 3 tacos. The cashier was really nice and friendly. She was sincere and even recommended us on what not to get. My mom had a taco de pastor and a taco de asada. She got home with a real pain in her stomach and she's feeling nauseous. I was a bit disappointed in this little hole in the wall. The place looked a bit unclean and torn up. The frijoles charros did hit the spot though.

I cannot believe I have never written a review for El Chilitos Mexican Restaurant. It's our go-to…read morefor Mexican take-out and yes, we order take-out once or twice a month, which in our house translates to "no cooking." What I always order (and I'm boringly consistent) is Two hard shell shredded beef tacos with rice and beans. The tacos always arrive with the perfect amount of meat, crisp lettuce, and a tasty amount of cheese. The shell stays crispy and never turns into a soggy tortilla which is a win! Rice is fluffy and well seasoned. The Beans are creamy, savory, and basically soul-warming! I can never finish the beans the portions are good. The Hubby gets the carne asada burrito, which is so huge it could double as a pillow after a long day. He swears it's delicious and I've "sampled" a bite and yes, the flavor is there, very satisfying. Chips and salsa come complimentary even with to-go orders! It's around $32 for my taco plate and the carne asada burrito is a bit more but you're getting a lot of goodness for your bucks. We always order take-out, and somehow - somehow - the food lands back home still warm. Magic? Maybe! We've never eaten in so I can't speak to the dine-in vibe. Reason being it is a tiny restaurant but it always looks clean and has a sitting area for to-go orders. My only tiny gripe when we call to place an order, there are moments where I'm on hold while the staff seem to have a full-blown conversation. Ten minutes later, they remember I'm on the line. It's not a deal breaker, just a "huh, okay" moment I file under "worth the wait for the fix." Bottom line: Expect satisfaction from El Chilitos. It's my dependable, no-surprises, "I'm craving comfort Mexican food" go-to. Consistent quality, reliable flavors, and a taxi-cab of a burrito. My pictures are horrible but I promise to eat there again and share more!

Went in on a sat afternoon and had some amazing food and service. We will be back very soon. If you haven't tried this place, take the drive you won't regret it.

With the shredded lettuce, cotija cheese, sour cream, and avocado. It had the perfect mix of freshness and crunch To drink, I tried cebada for the first time and I'm officially a fan It tasted like a mix between horchata and chocolate milk... such a good combo If you love tortilla soup, RUN don't walk ‍ it's a limited-time special! The tender chicken, crispy chips, and toppings like avocado, purple onion, cotija, and sour cream made it an absolute dream The barbacoa was super tender and flavorful, served with pasta salad, beans, and handmade tortillas everything tasted homemade and comforting The pork tamale was giving soft and tender on the inside with a slightly crispy, pan-fried outer layer. And they did not skimp on the filling...lots of meat and potatoes The machaca had so much flavor I loved the veggies and potatoes, paired with beans and rice. It was hearty and satisfying The ceviche was bright, fresh, and citrusy right up my alley! I would've loved a little more spice, but the homemade tostadas took it to another level Quesabirria tacos? Always a yes cheesy, tender, flavorful meat with consomé for dipping... say less paired with cheesy beans and rice = perfection For dessert, I got the corn elote soft, sweet, and delicious. I also tried it pan-fried and it gave caramel brûlée vibes so good! This spot feels like you're eating a home-cooked meal made with love and intention Great service and ambiance. "Las cosas buenas toman tiempo" and you can definitely taste that here
