Service is very poor. Not busy and took very long to be seated. The server came and we asked for 2 more minutes and was gone for like 20 minutes. We ordered and when we finally got our food it was wrong. Eggs under cooked hashbrowns under cooked and the patty melt had no flavor. Have been to this location twice and same experience both times. Breakfast was delicious and arrived quickly. Our server Kimberely was very attentive and on point. Checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything which was wonderful because we needed extra napkins and French vanilla creamer. Employees are more worried about cleaning tables then sitting down customers. We waited between 5-10 minutes and didn't even got sat down. Got tired of waiting and left. This Denny's location gets a zero rating from me. I stopped at the Valley Way location in Jurupa Valley, CA around 12:30 am and ordered the breakfast special to go. When I got home and opened my box I found hidden under the pancakes that the eggs were burnt and I had one broken pc of bacon. I had just been released from the hospital emergency and was not up to going back to request a refund. In the morning, I went to the Denny's on Valley Way in Jurupa Valley and had to argue with management to get a $7.23 refund. He refused to give me a refund until I threatened to call the Sheriff's dept. To all Jurupa Valley residents I encourage you to check your take orders before you leave the location. They may accuse you, as they did me, of picking up a box out of the garbage. read more

I regret giving them a tip during my online order. Instead I'll leave the advice of.... Adjust your pickup times for online orders. I ordered my meal 25 minutes ago and it's still not ready. I came to pickup during the time frame provided and still nothing. I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. The response I got was "in store customers take priority." So, eat at the restaurant and don't order out people, if you order out give yourself enough time, let's say an hour for your order to be ready. Update: received my order, went home to enjoy with family. My mom found hair in her food. WTF!!! Do better Dennys, make the establishment look good on the inside not just the outside. read more

My husband went in the evening time on 12/04/24 around 4:p.m. and ordered a classic hamburger and "french fries" When he got back to his room across the street (He's A Truck Driver) He opened the container and this is what he seen. A classic hamburger mixed in the box with some type of rice. He did not order this rice. He asked for fries. It's not even as if they put the rice in a separate container. They just threw it in there together. So nasty He went back to Denny's to show them and they were very rude! He was greeted by an unprofessional employee who goes by the name of "Superman" not his real name. He told him he was not there when the order was taken. That neither him nor any other employee there on the shift was able to return his money. They offered to make his food again, but after the attitude that he was given he didn't trust eating their food and they didn't want to return his money. He went back to his room, hungry, upset and without "His Money". He returned back the next day & was told the same thing again that no one there was authorized to return him his money. He didn't get the name of the employee this day, but she talked to him very condescending and rude! Just playing out nasty & so unprofessional! I was on the phone with him & heard everything! There was absolutely no customer service at this establishment! So till this day, they still have not been given him money back. We find it absolutely absurd that they tell their customers that they're not authorized to give a refund. We find that to be a lie and it's wrong that they keep giving him the runaround and just won't give him his money back. At this point, they're basically robbing him and we don't wanna see this happen to anybody else that's a hard worker. It's not even about the money at this point it's just about what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong! We will be contacting corporate! read more

We just left there Norma the assist manager was rude the first thing was when she was asking for our drinks I asked for hot chocolate but she walked away the second occurrence was when three adult got their drinks and our granddaughter who's four years old don't and wanted to drink everyone's else's drink which she can't have because she's on a special diet yet normally made eye contact with me at one point but I couldn't get you come over as I waved so I asked the young gentleman waiter if he would bring her apple juice because she's getting ansi and wanting to drink our drinks that she cannot have it was ten minutes that had passed by any that has waited on tables before know to always take care of the children first making sure they have what they ordered or making sure everyone got their drinks then lastly my eggs and my husbands eggs weren't cooked all the way the white part was still runny I don't eat mine but my husband picked at his around the parts that were more cooked I seen Valiant there tonight I should have spoken with him about it then when we went to pay I pulled my phone out so the Denny's discount code could be scanned as I pulled my phone out and show Norma she reached to grab my phone I asked her to scan it because I didn't want her to touch my phone she didn't like that then told me to scan it myself when she could have picked up the scan gun to scan my phone there's no reason for her or anyone to touch someone else's phone so when she told me it's right there I said so you want me to reach over the counter to scan my phone she nodded with an attitude and I responded by saying that's exactly why you're not getting a tip then I think she realized that her attitude wasn't appropriate especially her wearing a tag that reads assistant manager The young male waiter has also been pleasant and the service with him and Viliant aka (Superman) has always given excellent service with a great experience yet tonight was not read more

My husband and I stopped by at this location for the first time on our drive by there and we enjoyed it and we really loved the service out server was awesome can't remember her name but she had accent from Argentina anyways she was very nice and she even offered us options that no other Denny's has and she always had a smile on and greeted everyone she was helping, I wish every Denny's had someone like her! I don't think we'll stop by there again due to not being from that area but I recommend this location if near by. And food was great as well no issues but the iced coffee which I didn't like and she didn't hesitate on giving me another drink.
