If you don't know about this place, it's a must try, and this particular location is where it's at! I don't normally eat the skin on chicken, and, I don't know what they do to their chicken - but that flavor, especially in the skin is ridiculously good. Not to mention the rice, beans and potato salad! So delicious. You can order single meals or enough to feed the whole family without breaking the bank. We usually get a family pack that comes with a whole chicken, three large sides, tortillas and salsa for around $50. It's enough to feed our family of three with some leftover. And it's perfect for those busy days when you don't have time to make dinner but you want to avoid fast food places! read more

This place is dirty flies all over the place workers are dirty. Got the supper nachos and the chips were hard and stale. They need the health department to come out and give them a citation. Floors are dirty walls are peeling off paint and to see earlier comments and pictures this has been like this for approximately 9 years. They need to be shut down and condemned read more

Recently, I was working with a group of people and we all contributed towards the family pack at El Pollo Loco. It's been a minute or two since I had their chicken and it left me unimpressed. Why? Taste, texture, size maybe? What it did, however, is reinforce my preference for Juan Pollo, especially the consistency between locations. A longtime staple in the fluctuating tenancy in the Jurupa Valley, I finally popped in at the end of the evening, before they closed. For the first time I noticed that they have a nachos special on the menu and that sounded great. Great until the guy working showed me what the chips looked like at the end of the day, which I appreciated. Best ordered earlier, but I pivoted to my go-to: The 3 chicken soft taco plate. For $8.99 it's always loaded and filling, and more importantly, satisfying. Especially with their hot salsa. I took it to go since they were trying to close, but overall I thought the smaller dining area makesit feelcramped, the staff are very friendly here. read more

Juan Pollo - Nachos ($11.99) are an excellent choice and enough to feed two. - Mexican Near Me - Jurupa Valley, California

Juan Pollo never lets you down. I always get one of the big party packs for groups of 30+. Everyone goes home with food and feels satisfied. Always a great choice and a party favorite. read more

Customer service is a joke, they think the I wasn't listening to them making fun of me. For getting confused where to order and expect me to hear them ask me what else I would like with my order really fast and give faces and looks like come on it's Completely unacceptable behavior. They really need to work on there customer service read more

While on our way to the movies, we randomly chose Juan Pollo, expecting a fast-food experience. To my surprise, the food was fantastic! I enjoyed the hardshell chicken tacos, and my partner had the half chicken combo, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean--definitely a step up from typical chains in the I.E Missing star - small leg, big as my pinkie! hahaha read more

Best food and pricing! We ordered for a birthday party. From ordering, picking up and the quality of food- everything was so smooth and easy! And the food was so delicious. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend for parties! read more

Got a 10.99 meal when this is all the chicken they gave me for it. The chicken is smaller than the sides. Don't go to this location because obviously they are being stingy with the chicken. The chicken is the size of my spoon practically. Y'all are stingy as hell and as you package this y'all knew this was low and dirty. read more

Came here two weeks ago and ordered some food. When I got home I realized that the half chicken meal that I ordered was incorrect and they gave me two small pieces of chicken instead. Obviously I wasn't happy about this but when I called in and spoke to the manager he made it right with his great customer service. He immediately apologized (genuinely at that) and offered to redo my entire order including the sides and everything and let me keep what I had already received. The food was super good too. The person I ate with never had Juan pollo before and they loved it as well. Thank you! read more

Came here on Tuesday for the deal they have. In and out super quick. Love this spot. Workers are nice. Be back soon thanks read more

I've never had Juan Pollo before and it was very good. Chicken was flavorful and cooked at its perfection. I called to ask for family meals and they were very friendly and helpful. I picked up the food and the young ladies as well as the gentlemen were very nice and welcoming. It felt like a good and inviting environment. I will definitely come again. Overall, great place to eat! read more

I love this place. I just wish that they hired employees based on how hard they worked instead of the color of their skin. They only hire young Latinos, I applied for the job that is still posted in the window, they never called me. I'm guess it's because I'm blond and blue eyed. The help wanted sign has been in the window for months. I really love the food there, I don't like that they don't hire people that are older or not Latino. That kinda unfair, I really need a job, bummer they never called me back. I went by there 3 days ago, the sign is still in the window. The fact is that just don't hire older people or white women. To bad too because I'm a real hard working woman, who takes pride in a job well done. read more

Always on point at this location. From the chicken to the beans, rice, potato salad and even green salad.

I was eating my bowl and felt something on the sharp side, weird cause nothing in here is sharp or hard. Pulled it out of my mouth and what do you know, it's a piece of steel wool sponge, how did it get in here? Y'all washing the food with the sponge ? I'm glad i didn't swallow it cause that's so dangerous guys. Please be cleaner with going from washing dishes and prepping food. what did I do with it? read more

I like this location! Food tastes just like the original Juan pollo. Fontana is the next best location to this one. Fontana first though lol but this one will do because I live close. Exceptional! No other Juan pollo location come close. Thank you employees at this location! read more

Stopped by out of hunger and a fighting will to survive. The name of this restaurant makes you think they've got all their eggs in Juan basket (hehe). But the flavor is missing on multiple levels. I ordered the simple 2 tacos deal off the menu. With the right amount of taco mastery a person could salvage the blandness of the tacos that I was given, but I came here to eat not to rescue my own taco. The service was nice and friendly and very fast. I wouldn't necessarily recommend coming here if the chicken used in theses tacos is any indication of the quality of chicken used in their other dishes. Let's add some flavor to the recipe guys... read more

Best chicken in my opinion. The potato salad is definitely my favorite. For the price you can't go wrong honestly

Great chicken! I came in and ordered two chickens and they were good. One was a little over cooked but still delicious. The rice is also fantastic. They put carrots in their salsa and unfortunately I'm allergic but all in all it's good. Customer service is okay not excellent. Solid Juan pollo. read more

**WARNING FOOD POISONING** I've ate at Juan Pollo for years and many locations. After having the pollo bowl at this location I suffered severe food poisoning. Violently vomiting even after my system had been purged. read more

The female couldn't get my more order right. Two other employees had to explain that I wanted 2 whole chickens with sides. I ordered flour tortillas and a extra side of corn tortillas. I asked for Italian and ranch dressing. I was buying lunch for the guys I work with as a thank you. I got ranch only and all corn tortillas. I don't work close enough to drive back over there. I called. They said sorry. Everyone was nice, but it wasn't busy and there shouldnt have been a problem with my simple order. My mistake was trusting my order to be accurate and not verifying my order as correct before leaving. read more

Very disappointed with your Juan's Big Burrito cause the meat was grounded along with bones and I found a lotta small pieces on one of my burritos. That's unsafe and very risky cause eating one of this bones may cause an internal bleed in your intestines. read more

Juan Pollo - Juan's big burrito - Mexican Near Me - Jurupa Valley, California

Chicken burrito had bones mixed in the chicken, asked for no cheese, and got cheese. First time ever there, I will not be returning.

Juan Pollo is a great place to pick up whole roasted chickens cut into pieces fast. It is especially handy for parties. I find the way they season their chickens delicious and the service is acurate and prompt. The chicken is moist, tender and not greasy. Their pinto beans are also good, very authentic. The only thing I don't care for that they make is their potato salad. This is a chain and in my experience, there has not been much difference between locations. They are consistently good. Almost every one of my family potlucks has had Juan Pollo chicken over the last few years. read more

Excellent chicken always juicy! Love the sides too. So much food and completely delicious and I recommend for any occasion!

The food was ok not great. People say that this chicken is their favorite but it really doesn't have good flavor. The rice smelled and tasted like hospital rice. The chicken is too dry and the portions are small. read more

I always order the large or x large Shredded boneless chicken. Key word "boneless" I know in the back of my mind you might get one or two bones, but I walked in and I vented about it because i could have gotten hurt from it. ROBERT response was very dismissive and wrong for a company that values customers. He defended why it's there and said "it's expected" I would refrain from those words when speaking to someone about food. He should have said sorry man we i will do my best . In this industry it's about what you say. He then wrote the wrong type of sauce and gave me HOT instead of mild. Had to come back. He said he wrote hot and defending himself without just saying I am sorry. When someone is wrong you just say I'm sorry and that is it. Anyway the Food is always Amazing. But people come to eat to be happy not to dismissed especially when spending money. *He lied and said his name was Jordan unacceptable *** ** Now they are are trying to charge me 1:50 more for something that cost less.** Who's in charge here??? read more

I usually go in this restaurant and have a good experience. Get my food and leave no problem but today I ordered my burrito and as I'm sitting there waiting. ( I don't speak Spanish ) these two girls are making my burrito right in front of me you can see what's going on. They both start laughing so I start paying attention and then this guy walks up and pull something out of my burrito. And these girls just continue to laugh while handing my burrito to me. honestly made me want to throw my whole burrito away because I don't know what happened to it.
