The good my server was very nice . The restaurant was clean food was served hot. This is a 24hr IHOP which was built for Spires's It has been remodeled with a current IHOP decor package. However the large opening to the Vally and kitchen is odd. Only the front dinning room was open during my visit. . The eggs were fine. Hash browns were undercooked. Sausage was ok . I was hoping for more appetizers or desert options but the current menu offers few. It is not bad , I might have tried a omelette but I do not think mixing pancake batter with omelette mix is a combination I want. read more

Went to this ihop in the morning and tried their eggs Benedict. I ordered the spicy poblano eggs Benedict and the wait wasn't too long but they gave me the wrong one and I received the bacon eggs Benedict. Which usually I don't care I don't make a big deal about it but the poached egg tasted more like a hard boiled egg. The yolk was fully cooked at that point. Don't get me started on the orange juice. It was the worst orange juice I ever tasted. It's basically water but looks orange. I will say the roasted potatoes I got on the side came out tasty and the server was nice and even offered to get my proper order but the rest of my family got their food and didn't want them waiting on me. Our server wasn't hospitable. I tried to give him a few chances to make up for his cold personality, but it was wasted. Michael was extremely sweet to parties who were Spanish speaking, but he made it blatantly clear that he didn't want to serve my family and me. I speak and understand Spanish. He smiled with the Spanish speaking parties. We received a scowl more often than not. He asked if we needed anything, and when we would let him know what items we needed, his body language screamed, "Ugh." Normally IHOP food is delicious. However, today it was mediocre the waitress kept referring to me and my family as family or babe, or sweetheart, or hun... I find this wildly inappropriate and unprofessional as we are none of those to this individual but customers!! The waitress, spoke so fast we had to slow it down. She kept trying to push different foods and different drinks to my grandmother, and when we were out of our drink the hostess had brought over a drink and just set it on the table and I asked her what it was. STOP assuming it is annoying. we didn't understand half of what she said! I've gone to eat a couple of times, I like coming here but recently I've noticed a lot of things, it takes them a long time to clean the tables and sometimes even the servers have to clean the table. I'm not sure if they have someone to help with that but they're definitely not helping. Not just that the other day I was there and I saw a lady cleaning the bathroom once she finished mopping the bathroom she went and mopped the front of the restaurant. Very busy for a Friday morning. The menu is much smaller and the variety is less. I ordered the chicken strips and onion rings. My hubby ordered the Colorado omelet with hash hashbrowns. My chicken strips were burnt. I was given fries first and had to remind the waiter that I asked for onion rings. My husband's omelet was dry. His hashbrowns were smaller than a pancake.
