Yum. Always cooked to perfection. This location is very generous and it keeps me coming back. They are quick and always fresh.

Absolutely banger cheeseburger. Them boys in red did the damn thing. Their customer service could improve ten fold. Buts that's on management and training. Look at in n out. But god damn the burger and Cajun fries just hit so damn hard I didn't mind their nonchalant, "just a job" faces. - not terrible customer service btw just nothing at all... improve that and you got your self a 5 star restaurant and happier returning customers. read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Fontana, California

4/5 stars for food taste and quality, 3/5 for service. It took 20 minutes to get our food when there was only 1 order ahead of us and no one after us. The inside has a clean enough feel to it to eat here and feel comfortable. I think the food is pretty overpriced. read more

Five Guys - 2 Burger Patties, Cheese, Grilled Onions, Mayo, Mustard and Ketchup - Burgers Near Me - Fontana, California

5 Stars - Bougie Burger Joint, But Worth It! Five Guys might be on the pricier side for a burger spot, but trust me--it's worth every penny. My whole family loves this place, and honestly, it's one of my favorite burger chains out there. First, the fries. They cut their potatoes fresh, they're thick-cut, and they go through that double-fry method (low temp, then high temp) just like proper pommes frites. The result? Crispy on the outside, buttery soft inside--literally perfect. And the fact that they have malt vinegar? A whole vibe. Dipping fries in vinegar just hits different. Now, the burgers. I became obsessed with their burger bowls--extra grilled jalapeños, grilled onions, no bun, and I don't even miss it. When I'm on my cleaner eating kick or avoiding gluten, this is my go-to order, and it's still so satisfying. And with the fries? Chef's kiss. My kids go for the regular burgers, and those are always solid, but that bowl? So good. They also have a drink machine with tons of flavor options, plus hot dogs and milkshakes if you're in the mood for more. And yes, A1 sauce for the win--I love adding that to my burger bowl. Bottom line: If you're willing to spend a little more for fresh, customizable, and straight-up delicious burgers and fries, Five Guys is the spot. read more

The food is great, I usually online order and pick it up, and the food is always right, and fresh. Customer service is also great!

Took 15 minutes to make a single patty cheeseburger. Not because it took that long to cook but because they got two people's orders out who came in after me. Not mad just annoying, probably won't come back. I also had to wait at the register and awkwardly for them to finish arguing before placing my order. read more

I haven't been to five guys in a long time and was craving one of their burgers and fries Lettuce wrapped mini burger with bacon and Cajun fries hit the spot so good Had to show some love on yelp read more

Hit the spot. Fries better than in and you know what. Love the peanuts and A1 sauce readily available. I think they need a cheese sauce and thats it. Pound for pound adds up to the same as the other king of cali burgers. Will be back. A good amount of people on a wednesday night but not overly busy. Nice staff and good vibes. Seating just kinda normal. read more

This Five Guys is usually always amazing with their customers service, speed with orders, and order accuracy! I recently went in && order a bacon cheese dog with a ton of toppings && didn't get the bacon, cheese or half of the toppings on my hot dog like I ordered && I called as soon as I noticed && Michael E. was super kind about it, offered to remake the order for me && gave me a small fry && drink for the "mistake", I use quotes bc it happens! But the service was ABOVE && BEYOND!!! I really appreciate how great Michael's customer service is && how he was so great to hook me up with a remake && making my order even better! read more

Michael was the one who took my order, he was cry patience and nice to me, he explained everything and made me feel good and not rushed. The restaurant was very clean and fresh, and the rest rooms were clean as well. The food is amazing, i love burgers and the Cajun fires are to die for, you must true the Cajun fires Thanks for a good experience read more

Five Guys - 4/11/23 I ordered a little burger (no bun) & this is what I received, a partially cooked patty. Very gross, made my stomach hurt. - Burgers Near Me - Fontana, California

Everything was fantastic till I was just about finished with my burger that I realized "there's no bacon and I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger", brought the concern up to the employee that took order and partook in the making process. All I got was a "sorry", which then I said well since I was charged for a burger with bacon but didn't get one how about some small fries to make up for the mix up, employee walked away, assuming it was to ask the manager, no reply or service after that. During this visit not only did I observe a customer receive a cup (regular) in hand, walk away, come back and put it back with the other cups to grab a bigger size but then allowing individuals (not customer) come in and ask each table for money. I will take blame for not noticing there was no bacon in the first place, however how the situation was handled was uncomfortable. I already felt "sketchy" being in this town, coming into establishment took away those feelings due to how well kept and clean everything "was", then I was reminded of the key-word "was"... read more

This is on the customer service and the fries. Usually when one walks into any establishment, you get a greet. Did not happen this time, was more rushed to take my order then anything. Gentlemen at the counter (tattoos) seemed like he was having an off day, fine. I'll let it slide, we have all been there BUT this is where it went from bad to worse. Specifically asked for my fires to be put in a separate bag, for the obvious reason that I don't want to have to dig down to my burger and have all the seasoning and oil covered on it and myself. Don't know if this is all establishment or just this one. But this is the second out of three times I have asked for my fries to be in a separate bag. Both times is seems that they give you far less fries as oppose as having them dump them on top of your burger. For paying nearly $14 dollars, I would expect far better. Rather go to In-N-Out and pay half the cost. read more

Five Guys - Are these really worth $4 bucks - Burgers Near Me - Fontana, California

Today I went in and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and made one it's to a meal I was very disappointed because the big lady worker didn't check for order numbers and was being lazy let another costumer that was behind me wail I ordered. She took my food and then brought it back so I was siting inside waiting for my food I just watched this lady take my food that I ordered go to her car do who knows what and then take my food back to the counter when I siting there asking for my food and then she gave it back to her with the bags all messed up I asked them to remake my food and all they did was give me another cold small fries I was like did they just ignore me ? So I left and threw my food away and didn't even eat my food because it was cold what a waste of 40$ and I tipped just to be treated like this. Might be the worst experience ever I don't think I'll be coming back burgers looked like the were went thru don't go here when the big lady works she doesn't know how to do a simple thing like handing out food to the correct people and don't hire people with beards they don't where any beard nets and there hair is probably in yours and my burgers so somebody pls do something about this pls its vary sad I love your food but I don't think I will be coming back ever again your workers here really just lost a weekly costumer. And to the impatient white lady who took my food pls try and learn some manners and be more respectful of others and don't touch other people food and look at your darn receipt. read more

First time here. Just found a hair in my burger! It started great I was actually impressed! I didn't like to have to choose every single item so we went all in for 3 cheese burgers with grilled onions. After I found that hair I decided to stick to in and out! read more

Not real impressed by the service only one in the store and turtle could move slower. Food was average for a cheeseburger . And 11.39 for a cheeseburger and 7.89 for fries that's a bit much. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the cheeseburger was average and fries were ok. read more

Solid burger you can put any topping they have available. Hot dogs shakes everything here taste great!

This particular location is a hit and miss! The biggest issue is the consistency with the French fries! Sometimes they are perfectly cooked and been generous with the servings and some other times is not even worth paying the $16.00 for a cheeseburger and large fries plus the 25% tip I always add to my online order. I gave it 3 stars because for the most part the staff is friendly. One more thing management should take off the curbside service; once you arrive and call the number on the window to notify them that you're there, well no one answer and the reply back is that "the number you're calling doesn't have a voicemail that has been setup yet" Although this the closest Location for me, I will be looking for another place take my business, at least for now! read more

I was driving down the street, noticed a small sign that 5 guys just opened. I love 5 guys but have to drive either to Rancho Cucamonga or Redlands. They just opened up in what's going to be a burger Tri Fecta. In & Out, 5 guys, & Fat Burger all within a few blocks of each other! Shake Shack would make it a perfect world! Basically the restaurant is build a burger type place. You tell them what topping you would like and they build your mountain. The food is fresh and never frozen. Love this Burger chain! read more

This is a nice addition to the renovated strip mall on the south side of Interstate 10. The interior was relatively clean and the staff were friendly. The interior was mostly empty when we visited. Our food was made to order and came out perfectly. The only issue is that Five Guys' "perfect" is not as impressive as it used to be 10 years ago. Since then, competition has grown and Five Guys is outmatched in seemingly every way except for their fries. The cajun fries still beat just about any fries in the fast casual or fast food segment. read more

Quality food but the service at this location was terrible. They forgot our cheese on the burgers ‍

First and last time here! The chef was awesome cooks really good but the Alyssa is rude and disrespectful! I asked for ranch and she said go to Carl's Jr. They were cleaning at 8:30 pretty much kicked us out. Ever coming back read more

Fast delivery and burgers were great! My family loves their burgers that grill flavor can't be beat.

Really good burgers but the fries are over cooked. I'd recommend if you want a good burger at a reasonable price.

Good flavor but the food is wayy overpriced.. $4.00 for a regular size of fries and they come in an 8-10oz cup that's not even full. The bag should be heavy for this cost..Good taste is everything but it shouldn't have to empty your pockets for it .. read more

Food is aweome, Great burgers and fries. Have been here several times since opening, only issue I have is that there are always toppings missing on my burger, Sometimes no ketchup, sometimes no mayo....it happens quite a bit. I work up the street, don't have time to always come back if the burger is made wrong. I contacted corporate to see if there was a way to get a refund or coupons, filled out the form on the website and have not been contacted at all. Other than that the food quality is top notch. read more

Complimentary peanuts while you wait for your food, copious amounts of fries regardless of what size you order, and a burger that you can customize to your hearts content at no extra cost? What's not to like? I recently found out that they do a "protein style" option for their burgers. It gets messy though if you eat it this way. So if that's not your thing, then you may need to fork & knife it. read more

They messed up on our order we got 3 burgers, we gave them a piece of paper with what we wanted and they ruined it, couldn't go back to fix it cause i was on my lunch break, i called the store simply asking if they can just hook me up with 3 burgers since they messed up and the manager was basically saying that i was wrong and the order was right lol. If it was right i wouldn't be calling to complain, she's was very rude and hung up on me as well. Really disappointed in the customer service that was provided at this establishment. Like how do you mess up on an order that is printed out and says what we want. read more
