Freshly made burgers and fries hits you in the best possible way smell wise. Cashier was a professional young man, who answered all my first time patron questions with ease. He then handed me the number plus number stand. Extremely simple but great method. Number goes on top of the stand so servers can see you quickly. After our chat, Went with the original cheeseburger plus a parm fry & drink. Had the hand made fruit punch drink very tasty. Oh remember to ask for their spicy ketchup or moo sauce for your fries!! You'll thank me. Burger was hot tasted as good as I've ever had. Fries were freshly cut, overall crispy but some on the softer side. Actually the mouth fill was prefect with that ratio. Easily some of my favorite fries in the IE. Burger just lost complete control of myself. Think it was gone in a couple of bites. Literally licking my fingers after. So full, as well as treated so well. Price could be friendlier but quality is just that quality. No skimping on quality here!! Def. Be back and recommend to all in the IE and anyone just visiting. It's a life changing moment when you get a burger like this. Much love peeps Fyi, honestly this place deserved 4 1/2 stars based on the quality alone.

The sandwich is decent, chicken is juicy but was very bland even with the cole slaw and sauce. Fries were all over the place, some looked fresh, some looked like they had been recooked a few times. They were also insanely bland, no seasoning at all. The mac & cheese is well, terrible. I don't think there is any real cheese in it at all. It's very watery and honestly a box of Kraft is better and cheesier. I paid 75 cents for a side of sauce and didn't even receive it. My order was not complicated so not sure how that was overlooked. This place has work to do to improve quality. Will not be returning.

WHAT HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! To the manager: Okay so I go into your establishment I place an order and your cook gets it wrong. I waste my time, gas, and wear on my car to come back just to be ignored and then laughed at by the empolyee who cooked my food. Some skinny Latin guy. Didnt get his name. (But never had this problem when the women worked there) I ordered extra steak on my signature plate and low and behold rice with the thinest layer of steak Ive ever had from any WaBa Grill. Keep in mind I ordered extra streak to begin with. I paid extra for extra and didnt even recieve it. I have pics of the food and reciept. If interested in proof, Ive got it. But to be laughed at as though I was lying or that it was some sort of joke or game. Im insulted. Besides that it isnt the first time this has happend! I feel he picks and chooses who he gives what to. Its blatantly obvious. Check your cameras he eyeballs the people. And serves what HE feels is suitable. He reflects on you as a whole and you will NOT gain my business again until this is looked into and he gets the message through to him. Ask Stephine. She wasnt happy about it either. The chubby guy with a bread and green eyes stood there and heard him laugh out loud at me. Like I said check your cameras. Im a regular customer there and it wasnt like this until he came along. What a dissipointment. Now my foods cold. read more
