This WabaGrill has been pretty empty in my last 6 visits, but I'm not sure if it's just the shopping center that lacks business as a pizza parlor just recently closed which apparently was popular in Fontana so that had me wondering. The lacking of business shouldn't really even be a thought since Costco, Lowes and other large companies operate within Sierra Lakes and drive tons of traffic. So before you get scared away dont be, this is good for quick in and out food. Now on to the food, the quality is good. The meat itself isn't 100% fresh, they cook it and put it in a warmer which you don't know how long its been there, and then reheat and serve you it. I'm not going to knock them for it, I understand it's likely typical for restaurants like this but the good news is I've had fresh meat from there as well, so it's just a matter of time. The service is good, they constantly clean their flat grills (I see them use water, and use the scrapper) and cover their food at all times to prevent insects from landing on it. read more
