I love pick up stix. We always make sure to stop by when we are in California. Lots of options to try.

Thought I give Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors (biz name is a mouthful) a chance to impress me with their dishes. It is located at Sierra Lakes Village in Fontana. Huge parking lot. First time here. Great indoor space with some outdoor seating. I was the only customer at the time. Lady staff was very friendly and helpful. Wow, menu has a great variety with appetizers, fried rice & chow mein, noodles, specific protein entrees such as tofu, chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon plus salads, family value packs, and dishes under 400 calories. I ended up getting the Drunken Noodle Chicken and Thai Basil Cashew Chicken Rice. Both dishes were made to order. They were very fresh. Portions were adequate. Unfortunately, flavor on the noodle missed the mark. Noodles needed more soy sauce and spice. Chicken was limited. Rice dish had more flavor. However, I felt there was more rice than the other half. Next time I'll try something different that has more flavor and spice. Thank you Pick Up Stix! read more

Ordered a "family meal" and this is what we got. Supposed to feed 4 to 5. You can see the bottom of the container and we haven't even touched it. Where's the rest of the food!? Family meal? Totally unacceptable! Food tasted great but definitely did not provide the proper amount of food for this family meal. I've ordered this before at other locations and I'm positive they did us dirty with the amount we received. Very disappointed. Unacceptable. read more

Pick up sticks is ok. Nothing special from the service to their food. Very overpriced and super skimpy portions. I'd much rather get Panda Express. read more

I love Pick up stix. When my husband goes to church I often have him stop and grab their delicious bowls. They always have great meal promos. Their location is a NICE part of town. Service there is always great. read more

This review does not reflect the service. The service was perfect. The lady that took my order was nice and easy to order from. She even brought me my food when it was ready. Reason for the 1 star is the price/food quality, quantity, and taste compared to your reg Panda Express in which is a perfect comparison to this place. Ordered orange chicken she offered white or brown rice and said fried or noodles would be 2.50 more. The white rice as you know is blan so I wish I would have just paired the extra for the flavor cause it kinda ruined my meal only getting one item. For the price. $17.16 for white rice a scoop of pre frozen orange chicken and a small coke is kinda crazy when I could have went to panda and got two items, fried rice and chow main with a small soda for less and a better taste. It's basically an expensive Panda Express with less flavor. That's all. Ambiance was fine. Nice clean place and it should be. read more

I have ordered delivery twice and it was picked up but delivery was canceled by uber with no reason or refund. I have not been able to get my money back by either party. That's about $80 wasted. And of course I can't get ahold of anyone at Uber. read more

Food is always fresh and a great way to eat healthy for those who are trying to be a little healthier this year.

It's actually a 4.3 stars from me and I'm only putting five to help get the outdated reviews that Apple still considers for some reason and to help the ever evolving rating evolve. The grilled chicken salad was AMAZING and the drunken noodles were pretty good read more

Great food and friendly service ! Thank you London and Rudy !! We will definitely be back again !

What in the too much salt is this?! Came here for dinner recently. I was craving some Chinese food with tofu. I ordered one of the tofu dishes with chow mein and an order of cream cheese wontons. Chow mein was VERY salty. Like too much soy sauce. I couldn't even eat it. And I'm usually not one to complain about salt. I love all the salty things, French fries, pizza, breads, etc. I love it all. But this............. This was salt overload. So much so that I couldn't even eat it. Now that is bad. I ate the tofu and threw the chow mein away. I would honestly prefer it to be under- soy sauced, rather than too much soy sauce. You can always add more, but not take away. My body felt like the Sahara Desert after two bites of that chow mein. Ya'll trying to dehydrate me and put me in the hospital with a water bag or what? lol The cream cheese wontons were good. That was about it. Pretty sad. read more

Ordered a family meal. Got home and it looked like the family already had the meal! Completely unacceptable. Might feed 2 if you like small portions and plan to eat somewhere else an hour later. Incredibly disappointing. read more

I'm gonna start with the negative bc I only have one complaint it's that the water is egregiously bad. On my life probably the worst water I've tasted at a restaurant. Truly my hose water probably tastes better. Which makes me wonder if they can't make sure their water is properly filtered what other corners are cut? Not sure if the noodles are cooked in the same water but we did think they tasted off too. That aside the person who took our order was super friendly, really warm energy. The two chicken entrees we got were pretty good and same with the fried rice. I haven't tried this place in probably like 10 years, decided to give them another try, just please please fix the water and I would come back. read more

Wanted to give this place a try , sadly to say we are not impressed with their food . Kids and I agree that it seems like they used the same sweet sauce to make all their dishes . The beef and broccoli, the fried chow mein and all other dishes we ordered had the same exact distinct flavor . We definitely will not eat here again. read more

I'm leaving this review because of the excellent service we received the other day. Our family has been customers for a couple years, but received exceptional service from an employee named London. She thoroughly explained the menu options when we had some questions and she went above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers and delivered the best service with a smile, which is rare these days it seems. We want to thank Pick Up Stix for the great food when we don't feel like cooking, but most importantly want to thank London for being so knowledgeable and helpful. She is a great asset to this location. We will be back soon because of her. Thank you. read more
