Food is always good. I enjoy the chicken sandwich combo. I usually substitute the fries for corn. I like that there are some workers that are bilingual like Sofia and Lucero. The workers always greet me and are friendly. The place is always clean and so are the restrooms. They recently went cashless. I think this is not a good business model since many people still carry cash, especially people who get paid with cash or tips. I carry cash and like paying with cash. How would any business turn away cash-paying customers? I hope Wingstop reverses this policy. read more

Boneless means you can eat with a fork and keep your hands clean . A little tang and robust flavor. Pricing is reasonable. It would be nice if they had more promos Fries are a little salty so I order mine light on seasoning. Enjoy them so much better. Lively music plays and some tvs on the wall playing various sports makes it a good environment. Since most orders are take out, seating was plentiful Service was on point. Worst customer service ever. My sisters order was taken at 12:16 pm this afternoon. This was one chicken sandwich combo, with veggie sticks and soda. Second order was an eight chicken tenders fries and drinks. We were told the order would be done within 15 minutes. Well within the 15 minutes, there were several door dash orders that were being picked up and plenty of regular orders being taken and served before my order. So the question was asked why is my order taking so long? We were told that the sandwich takes extra time and with an attitude. A tall Cau·ca·sian female with no name badge. As a matter of fact nobody wore a name badge. I did take the young woman's pic, and I'll send it to corporate if the photo is requested. Now my mom is very irritated and she is wondering by 12:49 where in the hell is her sandwich because she is a diabetic patient and she needs ro eat. So I then tried to speak to the young lady and she was ignoring me. I then asked for management and Ms. Karina explained to us that the first chicken sandwich fell on the floor and that they had to make another one. My question was why did they not say anything about this. I also asked could they be compensated for the hour long wait. 12:58pm the tall lady comes over with the order with a smirk on her face as if this was funny. We could only be compensated with another order of fries and that's it. If it was me I would have made the chick refund me for all that stuff, but mom needed to eat. We rushed to the car and the sandwich was plain not like the picture was displayed and the fries and strips were warm not hot. Mom was pissed. This establishment definitely needs new staff and management. Communication is key and this is something that they don't have. It was not our fault that the sandwich dropped and the worker lied about it. Point blank period. UNPROFESSIONALISM at its finest. I had to leave a star to leave this review. I took my grandkids in over the weekend and we just had to leave a review! The food was delicious, the staff was so kind and very attentive. It was also nice to see management (a young gentleman) not sure his name but he helped my grandson with the soda machine after he spilled everywhere. He didn't make a fuss but instead helped us out. Decided to leave an update after experiencing great customer service still after a whole year since my last review. Went to order the 20 Boneless Meal Deal special and the cashier I believed named Max recommended me another special when I wanted to add 5 boneless to my order saying there was a 25 boneless pack with an extra dip and fried corn. It's nice to know that they still care enough to recommend deals that help out my wallet when he could've just not recommended it to me. Store still seems really clean especially when you compare it to other Wingstops nearby and the wait was only about 10 minutes for my order! After seeing the 4 star review I decided to give this place a try, ordered three meals and didn't receive the correct flavors. Instead I received half the order completely wrong hot buffalo, hot buffalo, no hot lemon anywhere and no veggie sticks anywhere. Told him over the phone I drove 20 minutes there expecting the wright order, picked it up and then I drove 20 minutes home. I called and told the employee my issue then he had me wait for a manager, I told the manager what happened he had to keep leaving and coming back to the phone for 12 minutes just to tell me he can only refund me if I bring it back. I told him I'm not driving back tonight on a Friday another 20 minutes. He said I can wait till tomorrow to bring back food that has been sitting on my kitchen table overnight and it would take 3-5 business days for a refund. I don't understand why I would wait until tomorrow to drive another 20 minutes to bring back food to be thrown away when I can do it here at home and save gas after I just waisted my money.
