She was rushing us and repeatedly trying to tell us what we wanted instead of actually listening to our order. I simply wanted to take a moment to decide what I wanted, but she made the interaction feel rushed and uncomfortable. I asked for an iced coffee, and before I could even ask what flavors were available, she immediately asked, "What flavor?" Since she was rushing me and I didn't get a chance to look at the available flavors, I said mocha. She rudely responded, "We don't have that!" At that point, I matched her energy and asked, "Okay, then what do you have?" She listed chocolate, caramel, and another flavor. I chose chocolate and ordered a chocolate iced coffee. When we pulled forward, she handed me a caramel iced coffee. I told her, "This is caramel." She responded, "No, you asked for chocolate. You just need to mix it." I mixed it, but it was still clearly caramel. At this point, the manager came to the window and asked if we could park while they brought out our food, which was completely fine. However, after the entire interaction with this employee, I was already extremely frustrated. Of course, she ended up being the person who came outside to bring us our food, and once again, she had a rude and unpleasant attitude. Unfortunately, the way she spoke to us and handled the entire interaction made the experience very unpleasant. I understand that people have bad days, but there is no reason to make customers feel rushed, frustrated, or like they are an inconvenience for simply trying to place an order. I hope management addresses this employee's customer service because customers should be treated with patience and respect, even during a busy shift. The attitude and lack of communication completely ruined what should have been a simple drive-thru experience.

The sandwich is decent, chicken is juicy but was very bland even with the cole slaw and sauce. Fries were all over the place, some looked fresh, some looked like they had been recooked a few times. They were also insanely bland, no seasoning at all. The mac & cheese is well, terrible. I don't think there is any real cheese in it at all. It's very watery and honestly a box of Kraft is better and cheesier. I paid 75 cents for a side of sauce and didn't even receive it. My order was not complicated so not sure how that was overlooked. This place has work to do to improve quality. Will not be returning.
