Always love a good Wendy's breakfast. Their food is usually spot on and a good way to start your day. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich w seasoned fries and orange juice (gotta have my Simply Orange - plus im not doing soda for the month of May ). This particular location is very clean and extremely well kept. The cashier (Genoveva) even escorted me to use the restroom. I decided to give Wendy's another try after not going for a while, and unfortunately, it was still a bad experience. I was surprised to see that Sebastian was still working there, and once again, the customer service was extremely poor. I ordered the new chicken strips along with two junior cheeseburgers. After I got to the window, I was told the chicken strips would take about 10 minutes to cook. That information should have been shared when I ordered, not afterward. Had I known there would be a long wait, I would have chosen something else. That's just basic courtesy and communication. I was then asked to pull up and wait, which I declined. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Sebastian consistently shows a lack of customer service skills, and at this point, it's surprising that this hasn't been addressed. It'll do in a pinch! It was close to my youngest daughter's black belt testing location and we had to grab something quick so I could get to my other daughter's dance performance. The drive thru was a bit slow for only two cars in it, but their orders could have been causing it, for all I know. My youngest inhaled her 10-piece nuggets and fries combo. My oldest didn't love her burger, but she also doesn't eat much prior to performing. She prefers the nuggets, so I'm not sure why she ordered a burger. I loved the apple pecan salad with pomegranate vinaigrette. I also decided to try the blueberry pomegranate lemonade and it was super refreshing! Perfect balance of tart and sweet! Manager Maria worst manager ever. Everyone check your receipts she is over charging with the intention that customers won't notice to boost sales. We just went through the drive and ordered a kids meal she charged my card $28. When we went back in side she said she knew we would come back in for a refund. But why would you charge your customers incorrectly. First she refused to provide a receipt and when she gave us one it was for someone else is order. Seems like Wendy's is under new management. I'm a regular and have never had an issue but considering since their seems to be a new manager- I have had nothing but issues running into her. I've had an instance where I mobile ordered a single burger and drink (not a combo mind you, no fries), waited like 15 minutes to pick it up, got in the drive thru line, told them I had a mobile order and gave them my name, got to the window, and had the manager tell me it's not even started and that I need to wait in my car for 10 minutes in the parking lot then I need to get back in the line and it will be ready. WHAT? It's not even started? And this instance the drive thru maybe had 2 other cars ahead of me and no one behind me. Whatever man everyone gets busy and behind right? Well, I came a few weeks later except I didn't mobile order. I thought maybe I would avoid that problem by ordering at window. Same thing burger and drink, nice and easy nothing to crazy. I don't usually post reviews but here we go. I walked in the first thing I noticed was the floor being sticky and it got stuck to the bottom of my shoes, I ordered though the kiosk and the guy handed me my drink, I walked up to the soda fountain and there's dried gunk all over interior of the fountain and I was grossed out. I waited for 15 minutes for a biggie bag and nobody else was in front of me or in back of me in line. The workers in the kitchen just stared at me and didn't any questions. Finally a worker asked me "are you placing an order" which I already had 15 mins ago meaning they didn't know what was going on and didn't even get started on my meal. I had a very long day at work and just wanted a simple burger and fries and was very disappointed with just about everything. It seems like nobody in that place takes pride in keeping it clean or running a smooth customer flow. I work next to another Wendy's on Summit and that place is kept clean, the workers are always attentive and it's wayyyyy busier than this location and they still get me right regardless. Whoever is the owner or supervisor needs to get a talk about keeping this place cleaner and taking care of a single customer accurately. Take some pride in the place that pays you your paycheck. I'm sure the place has some good workers but this was a pretty shitty first experience and I won't be coming back. I still have sticky soda on the bottoms of my nice shoes and I seen a worker sweeping but didn't care to mop up the dried sugar soda off the floor. Like come on bro, take some pride. I'm sure it's not the first time the floors been stick, clean the dang soda fountains every few hours and maybe ask if the customer has been helped out if you see them waiting around for a while. I have been coming to this Wendy's ever since I was a child and it has declined over the years. I just ordered a number 10 that's basically just chicken nuggets and fries. the fries were so cold soggy and brown and the chicken nuggets were so chewy and uncooked. I was very disappointed zero out of 10. And Melanie the one who gave me my food at the window was a very rude not sure if she's a manager or not but if so, she does not need to be a manager. Such a terrible experience every time I visit this location. They're remodeling inside but they should really just bulldoze the entire place. The manager is a rude nasty lady who can't even accept when her employees mess up. I asked for two sandwiches with cheese, both the same and a large order of fries. I was not given a total or anything, simply told to move to the window and when I went to pay, I wasn't charged for one cheese so instead of simply fixing the issue for the customer, she held up the line and charged me 75¢ when I had already paid! Twice because they also didn't write down that I ordered fries. Food is burnt and dry. Fries are over fried. Terrible all around. This was the worst experience that I've ever had at any Wendy's location so my bad experience began whenever myself and my wife decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat we got 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos we got our food and didn't think much of it. Whenever we actually started eating our food we noticed that the chicken sandwiches we rubbery and stale like they've been sitting for hours the fries were cold as well so we threw the food away because it wasn't edible at all reason I didn't bring the food back right away is because I'm a truck driver and I had limited time left on my clock so I called in and explained my gripe on our food was told that I could go back and get a replacement at any time before they close. So after my 10 hour rest break I try to call this is around 11:30pm I called 3 times back to back no answer I knew they were open because they don't close until 1 am So we decided to drive up there we first go to the door to go in to the dining area but we couldn't go in due to the doors being locked then we proceed to go to the drive thru because my truck wouldn't fit so immediately we get weird looks. The staff ignored us locked the windows as if just because we are African American that we were going to rob the place so when we finally get to the window with it being shut a fat Hispanic women stared saying you need to have a car which I tell her my truck won't fit and her and a skinny Hispanic guy lie and say we are closed when more cars came up and got food even after they said that they read our receipt and still turned us away don't come here if your minority because you won't be treated fair and the food was flat out terrible 26 dollars down the drain read more

I've visited multiple times over the past year and have tried ordering it every time but they've told me "our chocolate isn't working" yet whatever other seasonal flavor is working just fine.
