I went to this restaurant in Fontana foothill Boulevard and Cherry today in the morning. I went to get something to eat and I decide to get a chicken quesadilla combo to go. I get my food and everything and I standby on my truck to start eating my quesadilla when I get the first piece everything was good. Most times l visit this Farmer Boys on Foothill Blvd, - the service & food is okay. This afternoon, l dined-in, & placed my order with a familiar-looking cashier (a taller, heavier-set young lady - "Jenny" was the name on the cash receipt) took my order. I ordered a dine-in breakfast, and a "To Go" burger & fries order. This cashier screwed my order to high heaven. When my order was ready, she delivered the burger & fires as my dine-in meal,- l informed her, No - this order is my To Go, order, - my breakfast order is for dine-in. . After about (10) minutes, l went to the counter to learn what the delay was. This lady, now packed both my breakfast & burger orders TO GO ! I said, No - she really screwed-up, & l'm getting frustrated as my lunch-break is now running short. After getting that straightened-out, l pickup my burger To Go order, took it back to the office for my receptionist, to NOW learn that that cashier now screwed-up the burger order. Arrived at 8:30 pm to have dinner with my family (3 adults). We waited about 5 minutes for the person taking orders. When he came, he told us he could take our order but that we couldn't eat in their dining room because "he was short-staffed." A couple of other people were eating in the dining area. The dining area closes at 10:00 pm. It didn't make sense that, although it was 8:30 pm and the restaurant closed at 10, we were not allowed to sit and eat inside. 01/22/26 Came into this FarmerBoys on Foothill & Cherry. Ordered the $12.19 Hog Heaven 3 egg Burrito. I added Guacamole and Hashbrowns on the side. I was give a tiny burrito filled with Pico tomatoes and sliced cheese. athe hashbrowns has a very small undercooked portion. My husband and I went through the drive thru, first of all it took forever for us to give our order. Then we placed our order with the young lady we ordered the farmer burger with cheese she asked combo? We said no. I asked for light onions and to be cut in half. Then placed an order for bacon avocado cheeseburger side of crispy fries, onion rings and I wanted a 7up. She said they did not have 7up but gave me a choice the compatible one was starry. I chose Pepsi. She said our total price was $38.22. When we got to the window to pay the price went up to $44+. We were like what upon looking at the receipt she charged us a combo! Fresh food fast . A bit more expensive than other fast food but such hearty portions. The wife and I often "share " a salad or burger . The staff is always very eager to help and friendly. I got the run around after their mistake. i just wanted my money back because they put unions on my burger after getting home and finding them all over my burger. I drove 20 minutes one way to this place. I was told they would have to ask the owner if they could reimburse me. Um you f***** up, not me. I am very allergic to unions and could not eat my meal.
