Was in the Fontana area for an event and made a quick stop here before getting on the fwy. Jenny who took my order was very nice and professional with a smile on her face. Don't eat here! You're gambling with your health, at best! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo meal at 10:15 am and by 5pm I had the worst stomach cramps, and felt nauseous! I should have known better and demanded a refund after receiving cold food that early in the day. It was right before lunch time so how is the food cold and not freshly prepared?! This place is the absolute worst.. I work nights right down the street & have a 30 min break, not sure why I even bother at this point. Every time I come here for breakfast at 6:30 AM , I'm always first in line and always end up having to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes before I speak with someone on the intercom. they never have all the items on the menu, I've only been able to try the chicken biscuit once before, half the time the biscuit machine is not working. The managers their Ashley & Gladis charged us for our order and didn't tell us we were going to have to wait in the parking lot for 7 minutes then go back through the drive through. We didn't mind the wait or having to go back through the drive through but the manager Ashely decided to talk to us like we were slow and have a huge attitude with us and was being very disrespectful. I typically don't review fast food chains, but I just have to give these guys some recognition, simply because they exemplify what drive thru convenience is all about. I've never been to another fast food place that churns out the food like this place. If I'm ever in the need to grab a quick bite to eat so that I can take it back to the office, I always come here. I can pull up to the drive thru, order, and be on my merry ol' way in minutes. Yes, minutes. Their management team has definitely done a good job maximizing the efficiency of their drive thru team. Literally the slowest Wendy's I have been to. Consistently super slow. Every other Wendy's I go to this is not an issue, the one on Foothill & Carnelian = fast, the one on Daycreek near the 210 = fast. This one is turtle speed. And this is the same whether it is drive thru or inside. It has happened maybe a half a dozen times over this last year.
