Okay, my husband LOVES Wendy's. Seriously he's in love with their grilled chicken sandwich..lol. Rarely does my order come out with more than a 5 minute wait..actually I'm positive I haven't even waited that long. They are friendly, fast & their screen by the menu board is always up and running since for some reason I'd rather see my order on the screen instead of you telling me..lol. Only a handful of times I had something missing from my order or my lid wasn't on tight enough (and they fixed the problem with no hassle when I went back) which is the reason for 1 star missing. read more

I've eaten their breakfast combo's which are pretty good. But last night, I was feenin' for some chili. Then I remembered, Wendy's got chili. Went there, ordered a small cup and took it home to enjoy. Boy. Was I disappointed! I've had Wendy's chili before and found it tasty. Their chili always had plenty of meat, adequate kidney beans and good flavor. The chili I received last night had NO MEAT. But it had plenty of beans - both kidney AND WHITE BEANS. Seriously the WORST Wendy's I've ever been too. Sooooo SLOW! Poor Felix at the register (i don't know if he was new) seemed flustered and confused, the register wasn't for him. All i needed was a gift card, he went and told who I assume was the manager (Michelle) who just seemed to walk away without saying "I'll be right back" or "just a minute "...we both stood there like "uhh ok is she coming back? Did she hear you?". Michelle and prob 4 or 5 other employees were there just looking at the line. One other girl was just standing there scooping fries into a holder. That's all she was doing. Just moving fries around n scooping them. This place was ridiculous. No hello when u walked in. No hello what can I get for you when u ordered. And no thank you or have a nice day when u left. This Wendy's restaurant is horrible! I came in on a Friday night to order a bacon burger and well-done fries. When I placed the order I told the customer service rep that I need the french fries to be well done as well as the bacon. When I got the food, the fries were not well done. I asked who appears to be a manager, Angel, to please make sure that they re-do the fries because they were not well done like I asked. He was so annoyed with me that he snatched the fries out of my hand and told one of the workers there with him to refry it. I was a little skeptical because they didn't choose to ask me to pull over or wait elsewhere. rather, he just had me wait there with five other cars waiting behind me. That told me that he just threw it into the oil what I just handed back to him. Perhaps a minute later he comes back with fries and didn't even ask me if I needed anything so I had to wait and ask him for ketchup. He became more annoyed. I told him at that point that the fries were so soaked in oil that it wasn't even well done. He told me, well you wanted it well done so it'll be soaked. I told him I wanted it well done but not soaked in oil. Guys, it was literally dripping in oil. I have the receipt here with me and it was soaked in oil. He tried to educate me by telling me that when you ask for something well done that it was going to be soaked in oil. Those were his words. I told him that everywhere we go we ask for well-done fries and yes they will be oilier than others but it's not going to be dripping in oil like this one is. He asked me, what do you want? At that point I don't want to argue anymore I just told him that I didn't want my food anymore. I want a refund. Never again! I don't care if it's free food but I will not go to this Wendy's. To the Wendy's management team, you need to train your people better because this guy is supposed to be a member of management. He was rude and arrogant and should not be holding a position like that if he cannot deliver customer service where his employees can see the example he's setting. Unbelievable!!! read more

We had lunch today at this Wendy's and Ashley was our cashier. She is friendly and gave great service as the rest of the crew. The french fries were crispy and fresh. Lunch was great and we used the coupon sent in the mail too. So thanks again Ashley for the great service. read more

I visited this Wendy's (drive-thru) in a rush to pick up lunch for 10 people after DoorDash had cancelled my order from another restaurant without any notice. The order was prepared perfectly and quickly, employees were super friendly and they hooked me up with big bags to carry the large order into the office. I regret not getting any of their names, but my "host" on the receipt was Genoveva. Everyone I interacted with was amazing. Saved the day! read more

This Wendy's is generally OK. Their customer service is fair. They have fast service and maybe that is the issue. The last two times I went through the drive through my order was WRONG. Either they gave me a size too small or shorted me an item. Can you work a little harder or take a little more time so my orders aren't messed up? Thanks! Sincerely, an annoyed customer. This Wendy's gets 5 Stars for Excellent Service, Hot Food & VERY FAST DRIVE THROUGH Service. I thought the first time I drove through the drive through it was a fluke, pulled up ordered, drove to the window and paid, drove to the second window and was handed my drink and asked if I would like Ketchup, my order was in hand within 1 minute after that (maybe less, don't want to sound like I'm exagerating). The second trip confirmed that they are really good, the third trip I was surprized with the same fast service. On my forth trip I had to go inside and commend the Manager. My favorite Wendy's location. I've been coming here for almost a decade, and it's only gotten better. The service is quick, the food is fresh (for fast food) and tasty, it's pretty cheap, and it's super convenient since I work across the street. Their food is always hot, and they don't make you pay for extra ranch :). They have a decent variety of items as well. The one thing that I don't like about Wendy's is that they don't serve breakfast, but thats pretty much it. read more

Don't get apple slices! I come here basically everyday M-Fri and order the same thing each time and always ALWAYS have to check to see if the apples are bad!! Today was my second day in a row since 2+ months and I received Best by: August 27th on Sept. 7th... I mean they were brown and starting to get slimy and mushy! It's ridiculous that jI've received more bad than good ones. Often times the concern is none when I complain so I had stopped coming after I received bad ones 3 days in a row (after complaining.) I've put off leaving a review in hopes that something would change in 2+ months but NOPE. I guess I'm mostly mad because what if that was my child's meal? But besides that, they're drive through is SUPER fast and efficient. They're pretty easygoing but you can't feed people, especially kids that! Sure I could stop getting the same order but why? I don't what happen to this place service use to be so great. I went through the drive through and literally was stick behind a guy at the drive through for more than 10 mins. He was waiting that long to get his food. One of a worker was in a freaken jersey! I wanted to get out right there. On top of that my order was incorrect so i had to go inside to fix it. The poor workers looked so lost. She asked if i wanted anything. I told her it was ok and left. I guess everyone quit or something must of happened because i didn't recognize any faces.
