We love this taco bell, the employees are always kind and patient. The food is always fresh and even visually pleasing compared to other taco bells. We came on august 19th around 4:30 and the young girl working drive thru was hard working and nice! When we opened our bag we giggled bc the sauces were all packed neatly, I have ocd and also work in the food industry so this made me smile lol! Whoever was in the kitchen made the new pepper jack burrito and crispy taco and it's our new favorite items! read more

Worse experience ever! Instead of eating my food since it was cold and had no sauces, i'm here to tell you to go to a different taco bell. My quesadilla wasn't cut properly, nacho fries were so cold like they were sitting out. And told us it would take longer for the chicken nuggets?? I hate leaving bad reviews, but this honestly took the cake ‍‍ read more

Annoying becuase the food was fast. We ordered three of the same product but two were steak and one was beef and they labeled one taco which wasn't legible and assumed it was the beef. It was a steak and messed up the entire order making the only labeled taco one of the two steak tacos. How dumb can one store be to mess that up. Very frustrating and widest make sense. read more

Ah, Taco Bell... a modern cathedral of questionable choices and glorious regret. Five stars? One star? Nay--this review is written in the gray purgatory between ecstasy and ruin. Upon first bite, I was bewitched. The taco, humble in stature, tasted like a fiesta conducted upon my tongue: seasoned beef that sang like a mariachi, lettuce crisp as a fresh dollar bill, cheese that melted like the smile of a tavern maiden. For a fleeting moment, I thought myself transported--"By Jove!" I cried, "This is ambrosia fit for gods and time travelers alike!" Yet as I pressed onward, a curious transformation befell me. The salt revealed itself in sinister waves, each bite a briny tide dragging me further out to sea. It was no longer a taco, but Poseidon's own handshake, pulling me into the abyss. My lips puckered, my tongue cried mutiny, and still I persisted, for hunger makes a fool of us all. And then--ah, dear reader--the aftermath. My body became a battleground, my innards staging a rebellion fiercer than Lexington and Concord. I assure you, the porcelain throne did not survive the skirmish. In fact, I daresay Taco Bell owes me reparations for the shattered remains of my toilet, which now lies in ruin like Rome after the Visigoths. My bathroom still bears the echo of that fateful night, and visitors avoid it as if it were Chernobyl. Was it worth it? Aye, for the memory alone. Taco Bell is like French kissing a carnival ride--thrilling, chaotic, and destined to leave you dizzy and a little broken. I shall return, for fools are drawn to fire, and I am but a moth to their neon flame. read more

This review is only for the chicken nuggets! Chicken nuggets are trash!!!! These things are tiny (hardly any meat on them) and burnt!!! Worst idea Taco Bell has had!!! Also the jalapeño honey mustard sauce was a no go for me. Service is always good and all the other food is always good also. This restaurant is renovated, clean, and food always comes out quick! There system went down and still charged my card. Then they proceeded to act like it was my fault. WAITED AN HOUR inside while they contacted their manager for them to tell me to reorder the food or wait til the transaction approved. 3 days later my transaction went from pending to approved so I came back to get my refund. Miguel the manager, blamed the whole situation on me and didn't take any accountability for the situation. Very unprofessional. read more

I pulled up to Taco Bell at 1 am thinking I had a full hour before they closed at 2. As soon as we hit the drive-thru, the voice on the speaker asked, "Do y'all have a mobile order?" We told them no, and after that... nothing. Just dead silence. No "Welcome to Taco Bell," no "What can I get for you? they straight ghosted us. Like, the second we said we didn't have a mobile order, they just stopped responding completely. We sat there for a minute, confused, then drove off hungry and annoyed Like if you guys cant work that late just call off weirdos. read more

10/5 stars? I'm surprised by how low the the ratings are because I just the best fast food service EVER. Jim AKA Jimbo made my day just from his energy and enthusiasm. I rarely get a craving for Taco Bell, but I was in the same shopping center so I decided to get in the drive thru. Waited 10 mins without any movement, Fortunately, I was the final vehicle in line, so I backed out. Came back today, this time I went inside because a truck was stuck in the drive thru and waited 26 minutes for my food. There was maybe 5 others inside when I placed my order! Top it off, they messed up my order. I guess fast food doesn't exist here? The staff appeared very unorganized, but that was probably the issue with the time. Yet, On the positive side, the Place appeared clean. read more

I went here last night around 9 PM in the drive-thru. I first ordered a #5 nachos Bell grande combo with no beans on the nachos. And then I continued to order a Chalupa box. I then asked if they could separate everything on the nachos because I do not want my chips to get soggy. They mentioned that they already started making the nachos and I said it's OK that's fine. I should have said something to them because what if I decided to cancel that #5 order and order some thing else. They should not make your order until your order is complete. When I got to the window I got my order and proceeded to go home. When I got home I checked my order and noticed that there was beans on my nachos and I was missing my crunchy taco supreme. Luckily I only live five minutes away so I went back to the drive thru and notified them of my wrong order. They should have at least offered to give me a refund because they messed up my whole #5 order which cost me almost $8. When I got to the window, they didn't even apologize for getting my order wrong and just handed me my order. I checked my order before leaving. And again they did not give me my crunchy taco supreme. They handed me the taco and I proceeded to go home. When I got home they gave me a regular taco instead of a crunchy supreme taco. I was not about to waste my time going back and complaining that they messed up my order again!!! I ate the taco. It was stale and had no crunch to it. They probably premade a bunch of their foods and just let it sit there until someone ordered it. At this point I was so over it I didn't even eat the nachos. I do not see what the point of them rushing to make my order right away when they were not even busy. They definitely need to improve in the service and quality of their food! I would give them negative stars if I could!!! read more

Ordered ahead on the app, 2 hours before I came, showed up when my food should be ready, and I still had to wait over 15 min. What's the point of order ahead, if it's not going to be ready. The cashier, Ana, could not have been more uninterested in being there. There was no greeting and no smile. The cook, who I'm pretty certain was the shift lead, was very friendly when she handed me my order. Since the store is brand new everything is in mint condition, I hope it stays that way. I normally don't even bother rating chain restaurants. I think in general we all know what we get from them. But this Taco Bell is exceptionally bad due to the consistency in which there is a shortcoming for every visit. I have been here probably 20 times or so due to convenience. And probably 17 out of those 20 times something was wrong. Issues include but are not limited to: non-working credit/debit, not accepting cash unless exact change, drink machine not working, slushee machine not working, out of the promotional item, out of nacho cheese, out of fries, getting my order wrong, order missing items, etc. The times I've been inside it looked pretty clean so I'll give them that. read more

I'm giving it 2 stars for GRACE only because they seemed a little short handed and it was all teens and young people. I placed and order on the app at 5:03pm. I arrived at 5:30pm. My ordered had not been started and at that time they told me the freeze machine was down. Had to spend another 10 minutes waiting for a refund and for the food to be made. The side told me ( we have a lot of people in drive through) Duh, hence the reason I did the app. So I didn't have to wait in the drive through and order. Needless to say, the app is pointless. Employees are all young and could careless. This generation of kids are punks. Unless of course you go to CFA or InNOut. They have higher expectations of their employees. Probably also why their chains are thriving better. When you lower your standards, you're lowering your overall quality. They also pay their employees better and have a lower turnover. I wonder why? read more

This location is absolutely horrible. Considering the fact that they are in a location that is very commercial you would think that they would be much more efficient knowing they are serving people on their breaks and lunches... I went here for breakfast, and none of their breakfast items were ready... It's 7:30 AM, I asked what time they open and they said 7 AM... And that their breakfast items wouldn't be ready until 8 AM... So they are unable to serve the first hour of their open of business. The first day I went a few days ago I went for breakfast as well and they did not have any thing that is fried. so no hashbrowns for breakfast. It seems that management is lacking planning and prepping. read more

The kid at the window didnt complete my order, then when I asked for a receipt I never got one. When I went home and saw that I was missimg items, I went back and the kid asks me if I have a receipt. I tell him he didnt give me one, he says I didnt ask. This repeats 3 times. Like, how are you gonna ask if I have my receipt and then tell me I didnt ask for one? Be consistent. Someone lets me know I didnt pay for those items because they didnt end up on the ticket, which happens. She asks what I ordered (Two items), I paid, and then still messed up the order.
