Had a great experience at Blaze Pizza. Definitely a 5-star visit. We have a family member with a nut allergy, and the staff were extremely careful about cross-contamination, which we really appreciated. Everyone enjoyed their pizzas. Blaze is my favorite place to get pizza but this location has gone to the dumps, this was my favorite place to eat at before this guy started working there, as soon as he started working I think as a manager the pizza has been so underwhelming. Furthermore, i've had to walk out numerous times because they just refuse to take my order and sit there chatting it up. Lastly, and I don't know the story behind this but the employees there knew me because i came once a month at least, I often complimented their skills as pizza makers. They are all gone, I don't know if they quit or were fired but they've been replaced with poorly trained employees who are clearly inexperienced. read more

First time trying Blaze Pizza. I absolutely loved the pizza. It was a perfect choice to break my quarter fast of no pizza!!! I choose the Herbivore build your own with artichoke, roasted garlic, feta cheese, and fresh spinach. The customer service was excellent. You pick your pizza topping, sauce, cheese and it's put together then placed in oven. Fresh and hot pizza delivered right to you just in time!!!!! read more

Just wanted to come on here and give this place a 3 star review. And for these reasons. 3 being that the quality of the ingredients were really good and the crispy crust was delicious! The negative about the 3 is that I got this through a delivery service and when it came it looked so weak on the toppings and to be honest I was very disappointed here is a picture to show you that don't do a door dash or anything from this place just go in person so you can see what you're getting. I feel as tho I got ripped off by the establishment ***UPDATE*** Went today in person the day after my order and spoke with Aaron and Hazel and they were so understanding and were able to make things right by remaking my pizza to the Blaze pizza standard that we have all come to love with there quality and satisfaction of why we keep coming back! This blaze is not the same as it used to be. I used to be able to load up the toppings, but now it seems like they're limiting the quantity of each topping. I had to ask for extra cheese 2x to equal to the usual amount they put without adding extra cheese and same for all the other toppings. And to make it worst, when I asked for extra chicken or spinach, they just add 2 little pieces... It's not much of a "build your own" pizza if you're limited. To pile it up, service attitude is not pleasant from the girl that made my pizza. I used to feel more welcomed when I go in there, but definitely the opposite this time. They've also increased the prices... so mid service plus limited the food. I don't think I'll be back again. read more

I went in last weekend and it was not busy to my surprise. A male worker with curly hair covering his eyes seemed to be bothered helping the family infront of us and my family. He seemed to not want to listen either as I never salt, I said oregano. He did not hear me and walked away to throw it in the oven. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that it would not be a lot. Got my order and it was very salty. Walked up and ask for it to be remade since I never said salt; the curly hair worker told the middle-aged male to make it and walked away. This worker threw it in the oven, threw it in my direction when done with rudeness. Some of the dough was overcooked and hard. I rather go to this location than Ontario to not deal with the mall, but might be going back due to this rudeness and showing horrible customer service. read more

One thing that I really can't stand as a consumer is online ordering and still waiting over ten minutes after I get to the pick up at or after the estimated time for the pick up. It's a shame I have to give this establishment a one star because the food and quality is great, the issue seems to be the staffing, more than four associates and still such a delay in service. read more

So me and my mother come here a few times a month and, to be honest, the service can be pretty hit or miss depending on when we are here. It's never been terrible, just sometimes the wait can be long or the staff isn't really "warm". It's become a sort of running joke between us if they will ever spell my mom's name correctly , I've never seen so many different spellings of the name Janet in my whole life. Anyway, we hadn't been here in a while but we came in at around 6:30 pm on Sunday night and there felt like a noticeable difference in the greeting and engagement from the staff. More smiles, more conversation and, for the first time, they got my mom's name right! Ry and Kevin were great and the rest of the staff was attentive and quick and we barely had to wait at all. Also, I'm sure the restrooms get cleaned but this was the first time I've seen them cleaned while we were there. They also had more clean up and "table touching" in lobby while we were there too. Second time I have ordered on line and they fail to complete the order a requested. Picked up the pizza and get to the car. We decided to check and neither has the drizzle or the basil. Went back in and got drizzle on the one but still no basil. He puts the drizzle on the other and then ask about the basil, by this time I just want my pizza and get home.
