I've been coming to this Subway for six years, and today was the most disappointing visit I've had here. I came in around 2:50 PM on Sunday, November 7th. Usually the owner/manager (the friendly Indian lady) is there and the service is great, but today it was all younger employees who seemed to have little customer service experience. We ordered two footlongs -- a Cold Cut Combo and a Turkey. The Turkey had barely any veggies, and when we asked for extra olives, the employee added just a few and said, "That's all I can give." When I mentioned that we always come here and have never had issues with getting a bit of extra olives, she responded by saying olives are expensive and hard to come by, which made no sense. I've always liked this location, but today's service was not it. Very disappointing experience. read more

My only complaint is this subway does not stick to its hours. It says they're open to 8:30 but they close sometimes up to an hour earlier on said days. Very inconvenient. The workers are great and the food is great but please stick to your hours! read more

Great clean and friendly subway store! Quiet little subway on the end of the business complex. The person making my sandwich was very friendly and told me all the special they had it for the day, she also was not in the hurry, which I like since to me it shows more care while making a sandwich! They have a nice little outside patio that you can use while enjoying your sandwiches. Make sure to download the subway app prior of ordering, so you can scan it and accumulate points towards rewards for a FREE subway sandwich or other goodies! Wow! Such great service at this Subway. I ordered a few weeks ago online and when I got my sandwich home realized they forgot my avocado. So I called and let them know and they said they would give me the avocado on my next order. I thanked them and forgot about it. Today I placed an online order and they called me to remind me that they owed me avocado! I couldn't believe it. Customer service at its best. Thank you Subway, super cool of you guys to do that. This place really confuses me. I order a sandwich but I asked to change out one of the meats for another. I was told that they can't switch out meats. I offered to pay for the change and once again I was told that they can't do it. I just left. I just don't understand what the big deal is if I'm willing to pay extra for the switch. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience today. I walked in and ordered a 6" sub picked out all my topping and completed my order. When I went to pay they refused to honor my coupon, because of "supply chain issues." To their credit they did have a tiny sign by the cash register. But where was the sign when I walked in. This took my sub from $3.50 to $7 $7 for a 6" sub?! I really should have walked out! I could have gotten a much better quality sandwich at sprouts next door for cheaper! They screwed up my pick-up order. Various items were missing from the sandwich. What do I have to do? Stand around and babysit these people? I gave them feedback via an email explaining that ingredients to the sandwich were missing. Here was part of the response that was given to me via email: "At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers."  What does that have to do with the very specific ingredients that I requested on my sandwich? The Titan Turkey sandwich was good. I customize it, had a Italian herb and cheese roll, and added red onion, bell pepper, and black olives, with peppercorn ranch dressing. My sister ordered the same sandwich, and thoroughly enjoyed it. My only complaint was the soda, Dr Pepper, was watered down, too much soda water. read more

This subway is the best location I have been to. Coming from someone that has a sub every morning for breakfast I rather stop in even if it's out of the way because Maria is working. She is always so nice, she makes the sandwich quick and is very welcoming when anyone walks in. The restaurant is always clean and everything is perfect. I called subway ahead of time because grubhub didn't have BLT sub selection so I ordered a cold club but custom made to my liking. I called the store ahead of time and the gal was kind enough to make my order just the way I wanted! thank you!!!!! However the ubereats delivery driver took a drink out of my coke bottle... it arrived opened and still carbonated so there was no mistake he took a drink out of it. Dear Subway, NEW VEG POLICY!??!! Please read this ALL because I llove you too much to be ignored. I understand you are a franchise company and every one is different but SINCE WHEN am I no longer allowed 3 handfuls of olives on my sub? Not to mention what this man considers a handful is about the comparison of my 7 year old child's small hand. I've been loyal to you since you became my NUMBER ONE pregnancy craving for a full 9 months. I had two subs a day--veggie delight made to my liking, and a carne asada meat creation I can't even remember because it was weird pregnancy cravings. that was nearly 9 years ago!! I've been an avid subway supporter ever since. My son even asks for subway gift cards for his birthday that's how much we enjoy our time with your food together. I understand something like those pictures floating around of people making ridiculously wasteful inedible concoctions could cause this rule to be enforced BUT all I was asking was for my usual 3 heapings of olives and extra pickles. The girls who work there have never given me any inkling that i was crossing a line. They've been so helpful and make the best sandwiches ever. But this guy....I don't know if he thought that's going to cause the place to go out of pickles and olives for the night, or go out of business. I feel like I was just betrayed by someone I love and hold so near and dear to my heart. I also feel veggie shamed. Who tells someone they can't have more olives!? I've been to this particular franchise on 19TH and carnelian in Rancho Cucamonga CA 100s of times and this is the first time I have ever had someone break my heart and not make me the sandwich I have been dreaming about all day. Not really into reviewing franchises/chains but I have to comment on this one employee and his service here at this Subway. I don't know his name. He is a tall-ish 20-ish blond-ish geekishly optimistic young man who I swear is happy as a pig in slop to be doing his job. Every time hubs and I go in here, we pray that this young man is working because I LOVE his attitude toward his job. He makes our sandwiches with just the right amount of condiments/extras. And face it, any of you who have ever worked at a 'fast food' joint for a living know that there is not a whole lot to be overly excited about. He is so excited and eager about helping you.....well, now that I think about it.....he is almost TOO eager to be doing his job....like a Super Subway Robot Spy...programed and sent here by Jerod ( you know, the formerly chunky now thin spokesperson(?) for Subway)...to ensure the paying public gets superior customer service. Or maybe my fave worker is just minutes away from going postal and we will see him on an episode of Snapped or some other Reality TV show. I always forget why I should not patron this location until I go here. Really any other location in Rancho is better then this location. Sadly, this one is down the street from my house. Just went for a couple of sandwiches. One was a footlong tuna. I asked for 3/4 of it to be just plain tuna, no cheese just tuna and bread and the other 1/4 of the sandwich (this small piece was for my 4 year old) to have just tuna with American and shredded cheese. I was then told I would have to pay extra for the shredded cheese. Really? I have to pay extra for 1/4 of a sandwich to have 2 kinds of cheese when the rest of the 3/4 of sandwich has no cheese? I asked this question to the women making the sandwich. No answer of course. Serious customer service issues at this location. I can't even blame Jen who was the one who made the sandwich and said she would have to charge extra because I have visited this location before and all the employees I have encountered have this type of attitude, my guess is this comes from the owners. read more

Honestly, many times with "fast food" I am faced with careless people and crappy attitudes, but I was pleasantly surprised with Karina's service. Even 15 min before closing she greeted me with a friendly smile and patiently did my sandwich. She was truly amazing and I told her how much I appreciated her kindness and patience. I must say, every single time I come here with my boyfriend, Jacob is always smiling and ready to give us excellent service and great sandwiches. The place is always really clean and there's enough of every ingredient/fixing, and he continually honors the coupons we bring in. Today we did the survey on the receipt and he gave us the cookie on the same visit. This used to be our favorite Subway location because the food was always fresh and people were always nice. We went in today and they were horrible the girl Sarah behind the counter looked irritated because we were ordering sandwiches she look like she didn't really want to be there nobody in that place had a smile on their face nobody in that place was friendly because of this I would not go back to this location unfortunately I will look for another location to make my favorite Subway restaurant. This review is not for the food itself but rather for the staff and their lack of concern for their customers and the fact that there is a pandemic going on at the moment. I was there last weekend and the manager wore a mask which covered her mouth but came just below her nose and did not cover her nose. I was there again today and one of the young female employees was also wearing a mask which did not cover her nose at all. They are preparing food and it's not very reassuring to see them breathing over my sandwich while preparing it while there is a pandemic going on in the world. Even though we filled in our order online so it was written down, the sandwich maker messed up our sandwiches. One sandwich had no sauce - two sauces were requested! Another had no jalapeños - extra jalapeños were requested. And the last sandwich was missing several veggies - all were requested. I guess if you don't stand there watching them make your sandwiches, they don't feel they need to be as requested/ordered. I will not order online again! Don't go to this place period. First, food preparation area was not clean, then, the server gave me an attitude. I showed her my coupon on my phone, which has 5 mins time ticking. I got ripped off...I think there was maybe 2 slices of meat in my sandwich. The girl kinda struggled making it. She was really nice though. In true Subway fashion the attempt to cake on the lettuce and onions was strong. I went at about 7pm, and the place looked kinda dirty. Food that should have been covered was uncovered. This subway is the best subway I've ever been too! Ive gotten to know the owners (husband and wife) on somewhat of a personal level and they are the sweetest people I know. We use to drive to this subway from Upland, because they always made a good sandwich. Sadly we drove all the way over there today for the skimpiest sandwiches ever!!!!! Management must have trained these girls to make a really lousy sandwich. Putting so little of each item requested, as if it was coming out of there paycheck. We always tip a good sandwich, but this time we didn't!:( I did try asking them if they usually paint the tuna on, but they did nothing to correct the concern.
