I finally came here yesterday. Really enjoyed my visit! I ordered the brisket & Swiss 4 inch sandwich and I made it a meal with a Coke Fountain Drink and a small bowl of clam chowder soup. Everything was so tasty. I was also able to get a pickle with the sandwich. The sourdough bread was great, fresh, and soft! I was really excited this place finally opened, but realistically I'd give it 3.5 Stars. We waited a bit for the hype to die down and dined in a couple weeks after they opened. I guess it was still hyped because it was pretty busy. I ordered a sandwich and my husband got a flatbread and we each added drinks and chips. We decided to dine in and didn't think it would take too long, but our food took FOREVER. 30 minutes later we finally got our food. The staff were super friendly and apologetic, but the wait definitely sucked. I know they were busy and there were a lot of people, but was hoping after a couple weeks it wouldn't be this busy. I downloaded their app and joined their rewards program and we were able to get a discount on our meal. Even with the discount though the price is just too expensive in my opinion, $35+ just seemed a little steep. The flatbread was really good and so was my sandwich, but the sandwich is very small. It is definitely quality bread and good ingredients, but the portion size is just lacking a bit. It is clean inside and lots of seating. Parking is not bad either. If you haven't been it's definitely worth trying, but I don't think it's somewhere I would come often unless they have a deal because it's a bit pricey. read more

This was one of the worst things I've ever eaten. As someone who must eat a gluten free diet, my expectations are never too high. This was practically inedible. The "wrap" was an old stale tortilla that was hard and cracked. The wrap was so hard it was crunchy and I eventually pulled out the couple slices of meat and cheese and ate that. There was nothing to the wrap. Hardly any meat, hardly any sauerkraut, and no dressing. Don't even get me started on the prices. I will never return to this place. read more

I do like this place, but I wish the employees practiced better food handling hygiene. I've noticed that staff use the same gloves for multiple tasks like making sandwiches, leaving the prep area to grab chips from the dining area, and then returning to handle pickles. Since the chips are kept out in the dining area where they are accessible and handled by everyone, it seems odd for the same gloves to then be used on ready-to-eat food. On one visit, the pickles I received tasted off, which made me think they could have spoiled from how they're handled. I think this could be improved by using utensils for the pickles, encouraging customers to grab their own chips, or simply changing gloves when returning to the prep area. read more

I'm pretty new to this franchise, but from what I can say so far, I think there's a lot of potential, maybe just not for this location. We regularly get simple sandwiches that often come out pretty bad. They are sloppy on the condiments when you specifically request "easy." The sandwich is never cut evenly in half. They only cut a quarter of the way, and they don't even go all the way through to the end, leaving the bottom bread still attached. Then, at times, the lettuce they've included doesn't seem all that great. Overall, the execution for the price is just not worth it. I'm headed back to Panera, thank goodness I still have the Unlimited Sip Club! Sadly, there's no good alternative so far in this area, maybe Jersey Mike's.
