I wanted to leave a 5-star review for the team at Wienerschnitzel. At first, I was upset because other customers were getting their food before me, and I didn't realize my order was taking longer because it was being made fresh. I brought it up to the employees, and they were very polite and apologetic the entire time. After I completed the survey, the manager Ms. Aggie personally called me to apologize and explain the situation. Once I understood the reason, it made complete sense, and I really appreciated the professionalism and communication. The fact that the manager even followed up afterward to make sure I had a good customer service experience says a lot about how much they care about their customers. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!! On Sunday, March 22- 2026 at around 8:28 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. First, I waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes with only two cars in front of me, but the line did not move at all. So I decided to go inside to order instead. When I went inside, there were no customers, but an employee saw me waiting and didn't even acknowledge me or say he would take my order soon. I waited another 10 minutes. When I finally called him ( Black young men) and asked if I could place my order, he came up to me and started yelling, saying, "Can't you see I'm working alone?" When I told him he shouldn't yell at me, he responded with extremely offensive language and said, "Who cares about you?" and insulted me. When I asked for his name, he said he didn't care and that I could do whatever I wanted. He then claimed he was the manager and said his name was Sean. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I felt disrespected and shocked by how I was treated. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and addresses this issue read more

Love the food but sadly this location didn't have the Veterans freebie this year. Otherwise, great service and amazing people. Location is tough with the exit of the drive thru meeting the entrance of Starbucks. Watch out for cars when leaving. read more

Horrible customer service to order an ice cream. I ordered a chocolate dipped cone, the cashier was having a problem with the machine and said that the chocolate was hard, she continued to make the car. I went out to my car, and after the first bite, the entire chocolate shell fell off in my lap. And all over my car, I picked it up and brought it back inside-she wanted to give me another cone that would fall apart in my lap again and get all over my car no thank you! I had to tell them to put it in a cup- and the same exact thing happened in the cup, but at least it was not all over my lap and in my car The service was horrible obviously the food was horrible too! read more

I work in Anaheim and I live in Rancho Cucamonga. After working a long day I went here and I ordered thru the drive thru. As I turned the corner there was a white Charger with 3 guys inside the car. They were talking with the window person. They definitely knew each other. Then all of a sudden the driver got out of the car alone with one of the passengers and started to pretend fight. I was very tired and was trying to ignore them but it was difficult. This went on for several minutes. The passenger ended up on the trunk of the car and didn't move very much he was just talking very loudly. I ended up backing out of the drive thru and went to The Hat. As I was getting out of there one of them yelled "Where are you going? We're almost done!". What a shit show. I don't think I will ever go to a Wienerschnitzel again! read more

People are nice, but the service is extremely slow. They also clean up/close an hour to 30 minutes early. I have went multiple times where it's not even close to 10 till closing (drive thru and dining) and they're locked up.
