Been here a handful of times and every time it's clean, organized and the sandwiches are great. Was watching a TikTok and saw someone order a sandwich bowl, sans bread. Decided to try it out and got club sandwich-bowl. It was actually very good and I didn't feel super full afterwards. I added pickles and pepperchinis and it did have more of a sour kick towards the end, but overall I'd get it again. I mobile ordered using their app and when I arrived the sandwich bowl was already ready and the girl behind the counter handed this and the drink to me. She was cleaning in between time and it really paid off because it's always spotless in there. read more

Hadn't had Jersey Mike's in years, but a friend mentioned it the other day and the mention started a craving LOL! I placed an online order for pickup and it was ready in about 15 minutes. I was greeted immediately and they informed me they were finishing up the order. Contrary to the website, I did not see a specific online order pick up area. The employees were so jovial and friendly! They asked us what we were doing for the evening and then said they were trying to figure out what to do after work since it's a Friday night. I asked what time they get off work and they said 10pm. I laughed and said that's when I'm usually ready to go to sleep! He said the night is still young at that time. Oh, to be young again! LOL! The cashier was joking around with another customer while I was there as well. Seriously, it was quite an enjoyable experience coming in here this evening! I'd come here again just based on the service experienced! The place was clean as well as nice and cool compared to the heat outside. They have room for dining in and also offer gluten free options. It's weird. Sometimes when you go to a restaurant one has an attitude and the other team players are nice. This location none of the team wanted to work all had attitudes. They had no desire. I wish I could say this was a one-off, but unfortunately this Jersey Mike's has become remarkably consistent at one thing: terrible bread. Placed a mobile order Saturday around 4 PM for two sandwiches. The bread showed up rock hard on the outside and somehow soggy on the inside, like it had been sitting out all day and then baptized in oil and vinegar as a final insult. The lettuce was slimy, the oil and vinegar were wildly overused, and the whole sandwich experience felt less "freshly made" and more "assembled in regret." What really makes this frustrating is that this is the closest Jersey Mike's to me, and somehow it's always this location where the bread misses the mark. You'd think bread would be the one thing a sandwich shop would nail every time, but here we are. To add salt to the wound, this also appears to be the only Jersey Mike's that doesn't carry Hot Cheetos, which is my go-to side. Small detail? Maybe. But when the sandwich already sucks, it matters. I would've turned back and had it remade, but circumstances didn't allow the time--so I ate it annoyed, disappointed, and wondering how this place keeps fumbling the basics. First time trying Jersey Mikes. I ordered the chicken honey hot sub I couldn't even finish It. It was made incorrectly missing the pepperonis and the sauce was all in one spot of the sub not on the meat it was in the crack of the sub so it was no flavor and then a bite of really hot just sauce and bread. I called and was issued a refund which I appreciate. My husband's sub looked ok but it just very dry subs in our opinion and the pricing is a little much for quality/size. I appreciate that the manager handled the situation by issuing a refund. Sad to say not a fan. read more

I came here on Thursday night for a quick dinner because every other restaurant was basically a ripoff since it was in the Ontario Mills Mall area. Fast food costed more than coming here. I ordered one of my favorite sandwiches: Philly cheesesteak. The workers knew I was in a hurry to go to a movie and finished my order quickly. TL;DR: excellent customer service I unfortunately have celiac disease, which I only found out a year ago, so I always feel bad when I tell corporate places that it's an allergy and not a preference. I feel bad that it takes a longer time to prep my food and that they have to go through extra steps. While they were preparing my food, I wanted to tell them that what they're doing was too much...but they're really going the extra mile to avoid cross contamination. They honestly care more about my health than I do. The manager on duty 11/13 around 1PM did a great job of training staff on allergy procedures and informing the other guests on extra wait times because of me. I honestly really felt so bad and wish I came during a less busy time. The staff was so nice and made me feel like less of a burden. Thank you thank you thank you!! read more

Today there was a little wait because it's lunchtime and they were extremely busy working on large online orders! BUT that didn't take away from Breanna and Kyle's professionalism! I absolutely love the sandwiches from here! I love the basic deli sandwiches and my husband loves the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. The veggies are always fresh and love the juice but I get on the side otherwise the bread can get soggy. Their rosemary bread is so delicious and I'm not a huge rosemary fan but for whatever reason the bread just has a special place in my mouth. I attempted to get food there 5 times, once their grill was broken, understandable, things happen, but the other 4 times I was told it would be at least 45 minutes before they could even take my order (I was the only one in the store @11:30) the reason was because they had phone or online orders ahead of me. This makes no sense to make a customer in your store wait that long. Now you might say "Why didn't you order online dummy?" I work in the medical field and not always sure when or if I could break away, and the one time I tried to order online it would not go through. Stopped by here last night for the first time ever and had a good experience. Upon walking in, we were greeted right away by the employees. They weren't busy with costumers inside but did have many takeout orders to fulfill but they were on it. We've never had jersey mikes sub before but figured it's similar to subway so gave it a try. I had a chicken bacon ranch and my fiancé had the philly sub (Both half subs) We also weren't sure if we were able to customized them bc they didn't ask us (maybe we were supposed to tell them but we didn't know lol) so we just went with how they were originally made. Brought them home and they were still warm and omggg guys!!!! The cheese melted inside was bomb! We were hungry so didn't get a chance to take pictures but my fiancé devoured his within 5 minutes (or maybe less lol) and then went on to "try" mine but ate like almost half it lol 0_0 Overall, the subs were pretty good. I mean if we are able to customize them then I'm sure they'll be even better but we loved it. The employees working were all nice and fast so thats always a plus. Will definitely be back to try more. I wanted to share a bad experience at Jersey Mike"s today, 9.28.22 at 1:06 pm. Location: 10877 Foothill Blvd. Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. 91730 (all details from "dine in" receipt see photo for proof) Giving this review a no star, but I can't finish review without clicking at least one star. Total spent $26.56 I ordered a Club Sub regular. My wife ordered a Club Sub, Gluten Free. I was talking to the server. I asked "how did you make the Gluten free Club Sub". I thought you would make it on the side. Jersey Mike's has a Gluten free sandwich maker area, that confirms that the bread and other ingredients are Gluten free. She said "I don't have to do that because there is no bread involved". I said either way it should prepared in a Gluten free area. She said no. My wife weighed in and said that these meals should be prepared in the Gluten free area. The server said no, and if we insisted she would do it over, but that we would have to wait, and it would take longer because she had other customers. Well it turned out that she did not do it over, she used the same club sub, and insisted and guaranteed that the order is Gluten free. And all of the other servers backed her up on this bad service. We are concern of the ramifications of the poor sanitary conditions shown by the staff. I ate my sandwich, but my wife was hesitant on finishing hers. She mostly had the chips and a fountain drink. The server's name is "Karina". She was rude, arrogant, and lazy. She put us in a bad situation. This was a very bad eating experience. If you, Karina do not want to work, then find another job.
