I have consistently had a good experience @ this Waba Grill Location and have enjoyed is so much than I have twice ordered catering for two events we have hosted for work. The food is delicious, well cooked and the portions are plenty. The environment/ambiance has never been an issue & the service is on point. If you have not tried WaBa Grill you are missing a high quality fast food experience. While not on the same cult level as In n Out, The Hat, Portillo's or the like, WaBa offers consistency from location to location, decent value and very healthful and tasty options. You can tailor your meals to fit your particular tastes and junk food / health food preferences. 90% of the time, I order the same thing. A salad topped with grilled chicken and a small cup of brown rice which I mix in. I'm obsessed with the mixture of textures, the hot and cold combination, the sesame dressing/teriyaki sauce/Sriracha trio and the fresh fresh ingredients. Listen, it's not a double double animal style but it's a large portioned, reasonably priced and healthful meal that fills you up without too much guilty. This particular location has a drive thru window which, in times of a pandemic, is a true benefit without the french fries. Service was okay but they forgot my fork and I had to go through the drive thru a second time, so they lost a star. Being so close to my office, they will get a few more chances for me to raise my rating. read more

The best thing that could have ever happened is that Waba Grill offers a drive thru! Either I go at off times, or many people don't know that this location is a drive thru because it is never crowded and I love that it's not! No matter who helps me, every time I come to this location every employee is always super nice and friendly (the employees at the Milliken and foothill location are kinda snooty sometimes). I have a few modifications that I get to my chicken and veggie bowl and it is never a problem, and it is always gotten right. My food is always fresh and tastes great from this location. The chicken has never been dry, and the veggies are cooked just right. I have read that other people have had a problem with the avocado here, I get it every time and I have yet to have bad avocado in my order. Half of the menu is not working and when asked for a paper menu they said they don't have any. They need to provide some kind of menu for those who don't know the menu. I've always used this drive through and Apple Pay to get food from this location. I had to come inside for the first time for this visit. I ordered my food and assumed I'd be able to use my Apple Pay. I had $20 on me and had to cancel some items because I was a few cents short. Rosario went above and beyond to help out.
