This place is great. I love the people and the food. It so new and bright. I'm glad they opened this restaurant as it is close to my home.

Big T's Pizza - Body slammer! Good for a big group

Big T's: Where pineapple and ham make the best combo of a forbidden toppings on a pizza…read more If yin and yang decided to reincarnate as food, it would be the Hawaiian Pizza from Big T's. The Balance. Harmony. Inner peace... in pizza form will satisfy the hunger monster inside. The star of the show: the by far the Hawaiian pizza. This pizza is a masterpiece of contrast--the sweetness dances, the ham kicks back, and neither one steals the spotlight. It's bold without being loud, comforting without being boring. Honestly? It should be studied. Big T's is one of those true mom-and-pop gems--the kind of place that puts soul (and let's be real, probably love and a little magic) into every pie. Even their classic pepperoni and cheese isn't "just" pepperoni and cheese. If young need a big party pizza the body Slammer is the way to go. Thoughtful. Like someone actually cared while making it (because they did). And the crust? Oh, the crust. Soft on the inside with that perfect crunch on the outside--the kind that makes you eat the end instead of leaving sad little crust bones on the plate. The service is always warm, friendly, and welcoming. You walk in hungry and leave full, happy, and slightly emotionally attached. On top of that, Big T's is affordable, which makes every bite taste even better. Totally worth the trip, gas money included.

I called in a to-go order from this pizza spot my family loves, and I'll be honest, the lady who…read moreanswered the phone wasn't the most pleasant. But since we really like their pizza, I just pushed through and placed the order anyway. When I got there, though, my experience completely turned around. The woman at the cashier was an absolute sweetheart, total opposite of the person on the phone. I was in a bit of a rush and kind of panicking while trying to figure out if I had cash, and she was so calm and reassuring. She told me to take my time and check, which I really appreciated. We ended up having a small conversation, and she even mentioned that she has anxiety too and understands how it feels to be rushed in situations like that. That really stuck with me, her kindness and patience made a big difference in my visit. Honestly, I'd come back just because of her customer service alone. And of course, the pizza itself is always good! We usually order the huge one with the tiny slices that barely fits in the trunk lol.

Total: ~$60 incl. tip…read more The atmosphere is unbeatable. If indulgent breakfast/brunch is something you're looking for, you're at the right place. Parking is abundant, musicians will come in and play sometimes, and the environment is welcoming. Be warned it may take a while, but art takes time. If you're looking to eat breakfast, skip iHop and Dennys and visit Forum Blues. Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Waffle - I cant find this edition of their forum waffles online, regardless, it is a great cake-like waffle that is a headliner on its own. The waffle itself was soft and plays well with all the toppings. Definitely was on the heavy side but made up for it with the addition of fruit. 4/5 Brunch Boogie: Always get the country potatoes. Not traditional country potatoes but I can only describe these as a decadent, smothered, melt-in-your-mouth mash. Hennessy Wings! Sounds great but they did end up being a little on the dry side. Really great sauce regardless. 4/5 Black Mamba Sandwich: If I'm gonna be honest, I'm writing this review about 7 months after coming HOWEVER I remember loving this sandwich as well. Everything here is great. 4/5 Another thing to note, you could try ordering ahead. Their staff seems to operate on the slower side. We waited around 20 minutes to make an order. And it took anywhere from 15-20 minutes to get our food. This is an afternoon after church lunch extravaganza not something to grab before your daily 9-5 commute to work. Also they sell these drinks on the side called 'Fat Tuesdays' I believe. Sweet as all hell but they come in amazing flavors.

We assumed it was because it was inside a food court... it wasn't. It's at a train stop, which was cool, lots of seating, simple but strategic decor. Did not play blues music, which seemed odd to me for some reason. Service: Overall, a good experience, friendly, quick, and helpful. It was only a few of us in the place, so everything went fairly smoothly. Food: I got the brunch Boogie with a "No you didn't" waffle upgrade ($7 upcharge). There were no substitutions for eggs, so I only got the one side of smothered potatoes, some bacon, and the southern hot wings. Overall, the meal was ok. Nothing really stood out. Decent meal. Plenty of parking available!
