Instead, I had to leave a review on Yelp before being asked to contact Waba Grill directly. I did reach out, and now I'm being asked to follow up again. This process is completely unreasonable and reflects poorly on the company. Based on this experience, I will not be patronizing this establishment again. I will not accept being treated this way as a customer, and I will take my business elsewhere. In today's competitive market, if customers consistently made that choice, Waba Grill would risk losing its loyal base and potentially closing its doors.
