This was a new place for me to try coming to this area. I walked up here just to get out of the house and saw this place. I was wanting some Chinese food and was hoping it was good. After walking in I wasn't sure if I was going to get anything, I just wanted to see what they had. The lady was super nice and the food looked good as well. The area where the food is located seem to be covers with some sort of shield of plastic, I'm guessing it's like that because of Covid and they never took it down. After seeing their food I knew I wanted chow mein and orange chicken and I was able to add a small scoop of fried rice in my bowl. Price was ok for the bowl, I believe it was $7.99 or something. Well it not all that bad but not all that good at the same time. I order 1 item Combe with fried rice, steamed vegetables and the black pepper chicken. Rice was bland, veggies been sitting to long but the black pepper chicken was pretty good. The food is not the greatest, but for $2.50 it's a good deal. The Orange chicken is tasty and one of the best for fast food compared to other spots. That's the only thing I ever order from here with fried rice. Tried the egg rolls and they were tasty. Service is slow and the workers are not friendly! Have eaten here a couple times and at Chinatown on Foothill so these are only my two points of reference in the immediate area. If you want a slightly cleaner bit of food and don't mind getting a little less then this is your place. If you're looking for a LOT of food for your buck and don't mind it being a little greasy then Chinatown might be more your thing. I can't speak for the display case since when we go we get the house fried rice/noodles but those were superb. They can kinda half-arse it though from time to time depending on the staff which brings me to my final point. The staff here are eh at best.
