There was no line when we got there. The service was quick and easy. I prefer this location over the other location because they mix your ingredients for you. I really enjoyed my Poke Bowl. I get the Poke with all salad, Tuna with onions & avocado, salmon, tuna, and shrimp w/ spicy house & eel sauce. Toppings, I get everything except ginger, wasabi, and extra avocado. I top it off with crispy onions and furikake. It's a big bowl and definitely shareable if they like what you like. The drinks are also good. I enjoy the guava but my oldest enjoys tropical so we got tropical today. The ambiance is casual. It really nice and bright. They also keep it very clean. Customer service was fine, I walked in with no line and served almost immediately. But this is just not good. Am I eating a spam masubi or just spoonfuls of teriyaki sauce at this point. I ordered a two scoop bowl. Opted for half rice and half greens. Got the ahi tuna and octopus. Toppings were edamame, cucumber, avocado, and topped it off with the garlic soy mirin. Average is probably the best way to describe it. Portions are pretty small. The ahi was decent. The octopus was super chewy and rubbery. The best part were the toppings and sauce. It's a great healthier alternative than fast food, so I'd probably come back and try different combinations. Also, as much as I enjoy the greens I'd probably opt for all rice just so the meal can be more filling. Service was all just fine. The young lady was just going through the motions. This location is nice and clean. Has some seating if you're looking to eat inside. The portions are a lot smaller than other locations. Prices are a little on the high end. Customer service needs improvement. Employees should make customer feel welcomed and not an inconvenience. read more

So I was in the area and decided to try ahipoki for the first time , let me tell you I give this place a 10/10 ! The food was exactly what I was expecting the staff as well had great customer service they were very helpful and was willing to let me try samples of certain things I asked about but just went ahead and ordered it and it did not disappoint! The recommendations they made were also on point the spicy musubi was a 10/10 as well first time trying those the Guava drink 10/10 ! It's nice little quiet joint tucked in the Rialto shopping center if your ever in the area and enjoy eating poki come try it out they also have other choices of bowls available incase your not a poki fan ! read more

Came here for a late lunch with my daughter while we charged the car ... I was pretty disappointed with the portion and price. My daughter got the small bowl - tuna and salmon. I tried the tuna lava and spicy salmon, both were pretty bland. They were also out of the most of the toppings but instead of refilling it (like cutting more jalapeños for example) the staff just said "we don't have it." Overall, it was a pretty disappointing visit. There are better poke places in the area for sure. read more

I wasn't happy with Ahipoki at all. I'll start off with saying this was my second time trying this location. I gave it 1 star because of the amount of protein given for the price. The first time I ordered from here, I thought maybe because it was a new location so that may be the reason it wasn't the best, but unfortunately that wasn't the case because my second time around it was just as bad. If you look at my picture you can clearly see just how much protein my bowl lacked. Not only that, but I feel that they aren't very generous with their sauce which left us with a dry bowl. Another thing that bothered both my husband and me is that instead of mixing the protein with the rice in one bowl they separate the protein from the rice and gave us 2 containers each. I don't understand this. It just seems like a waste of products. Only positive is that this is a new location so it's nice and clean. But overall, no I will not return to this location due to the portions of protein and amounts of sauce given for the price. read more

The food is great. The service OK until now. I came and ordered a 3 scoop bowl. I got a coupon in the mail for a free drink with the purchase of a 3 scoop bowl. The employee decided that I could only choose from the colored sugary stuff that they have in the big containers on too. I wanted a diet coke. I asked them to show me where the coupon said that it was only for those sugary drinks. Of course they couldn't tell me BECAUSE THE COUPON DOESN'T SAY so. I asked one more time, and they insisted in not honoring their coupon. So, I told them that I didn't want anything and walked away.
