Unfortunately, the service experience started off a bit disjointed, as we felt noticeably rushed by our waitress to place our order. ​When it comes to the menu, be aware that there are no sushi rolls without cream cheese. This is a significant limitation that makes selecting food difficult if you prefer a cleaner, more traditional sushi profile, effectively forcing you to pivot toward the mariscos. ​Despite those constraints, the kitchen generally delivers excellent flavor balance and solid execution: ​Tuna Tostada: A standout. It's a simple dish, but the flavor profile is fantastic, showcasing an exceptionally well-balanced mix of spice and lemon citrus. ​Aguachiles Ranch: Another strong mariscos dish. It packed a great amount of spice with a highly enjoyable, vibrant flavor profile. ​Fish & Shrimp Tacos: The kitchen's frying technique was spot-on. Both proteins were perfectly battered, and the portion sizes were generous. ​Aguachilito Roll: A bit of a mixed bag. The accompanying salsa negra was absolutely perfect, hitting that ideal harmony of lime and spice. However, the technique on the roll itself fell short--the sushi rice was noticeably hard on several of the cuts. ​Kids Meal: The chicken nuggets were solid. The toddler ate without a single complaint, which is always a win. ​ Strong flavor profiles, perfectly battered tacos, and excellent mariscos, but the overall experience is held back slightly by rushed service, hard sushi rice, and a frustrating overreliance on cream cheese in the sushi rolls. read more

My husband wanted to checkout this restaurant and I'm so glad he found it . The ambiance is very modern inside with modern kitchen , drink area , bathrooms were updated and everything was extremely clean . Mitzi was our server the weekend of Mother's Day and I was truly impressed with her customer service and let me tell you she makes the best drinks . Try the passion fruit mojito , Pina Cold-a Aguachile , stuffed peppers and the fish and shrimp tacos . The tacos plate was delicious with a fresh slaw , and lightly battered which I preferred. The only thing that I feel needs improvement would be the chips and salsa . Chips could be fresher and I wasn't a fan of the salsa . read more

This newly opened restaurant caught my eye while grocery shopping in the area!! Restaurant color theme is black made it elegant ! Restaurant's front windows and door are kinda tinted or covered with dark material to block the heat i suppose! A lovely lady greeted me as I entered and asked me if I speak Spanish. She explained menu was in Spanish so I said I will try to read it.... Food is a universal language anywhere! Menu had very colorful food photos and everything else were written in Spanish. I am a chile relleno kinda person so my palate said "YES"! The choices were shrimp, beef or crab! I prefered beef. The 2 pcs of rellenos were breaded and deep fried chiles with seasoned beef fillings and some cheese. It was served with white steamed rice. I just hoped they will have an English written menu for the non Hispanic customers! I believe this restaurant only caters primarily to Hispanic clientele!!! VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I arrived to pick up my order just as they were saying it was ready (on doordash)- but it wasn't. I showed the cashier the order, and she looked completely confused, as if she didn't even know the order existed. Then she told me it would take 20 minutes to get it ready, I waited another 30 minutes before they final handed it over, but the clamato mix was missing. They took another 20 minutes just for a simple clamato mix to be made. Seeing the delay, we decided to go ask what has happened to the drink; they then stared to prepare it right there as it turned out it they didn't get started on it when they said they did before. It was such a bad experience I would NEVER go back. Since the change of owners, this place has went downhill. read more

My family ordered the guamuchilito roll and the botana gerente, let me start by saying the food is really good. But the service is terrible, having to wait over 45 minutes for our food when there was only another couple in the restaurant is a bit ridiculous. Having to keep asking our server for the drinks over again was very annoying. And I'm not sure what was with the attitude of the server but I wouldn't come again solely based on service. I do not recommend . They promote 2x1 sushi on Wednesdays and even let you know about the promo before taking your order however they forget to mention only the mar y tierra and cielo mar y tierra are the rolls included in the special so we paid full price. They're margaritas have no flavor and are not even made with real tequila it is agave wine. I ordered a shusui roll that was supposed to inlcude shrimp and cucumber inside but they mistakenly only made it with cream cheese and avocado I had to send it back. Couple of things first of all for two things that we ordered. It was almost 60 bucks just crazy second we got apparently the most popular dish. It was something that was deep-fried with beef in the middle and maybe a piece of imitation crab and cucumber and cream cheese, and fried shrimp on the top Low-key not appetite. We got the salmon Cito and that was very overpowering with Ginger and cream cheese. it just doesn't go together. Water comes in a bottle and sodas come in a bottle. Also the beers it's not the waitress's fault but she was very nice and pleasant. I just really don't think it's worth coming here for the food being like this. The restaurant is located in the El Super shopping center. It's a small location but has enough space. We went on a Friday night to have dinner and the food did not disappoint! We tried the botana culichi and Nami roll. The sauce of the mariscos is soooo good . They also had a 3 for 1 drink special which was well worth it. The cherry on top....our waitress was amazing. She was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about their menu. Will definitely return. read more

Never tried the place every time I come they aren't open I can 2 days ago to at 11:30 for some lunch and they weren't open and today I went again at 12:40 and still nothing they aren't open idk when they decide to open but it says they open at 11:00a.m but doors are always locked any nobody answers the phone. food looks phenomenal!!! read more
