Twenty-six years ago, my wife celebrated our wedding rehearsal dinner here. The food was excellent,…read morethe service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Last week, I ate there again. It must have been nearly a decade since I had last dined there. The food was still good, the service was still good, but two things changed that led to my rating; 1) The price for a single diner, regardless of what you eat, is AYCE. With a tip, my dinner cost $30. 2) The sesame biscuit, perhaps my favorite part of the meal, was inedible. Instead of a crispy pouch, it was a flat doughy mess. When I complained, the manager brought me a warmer one, but it wasn't any better. (She explained to me that the biscuits are fried in a different kind of oil that doesn't cook the biscuits the same way.) Parking is wide open. The ambience is the same as it was before the pandemic. I'm not telling you to eat elsewhere. The food and service are still good. I just don't recommend eating here if you are on a budget or prefer a better biscuit. If I do return, it'll be for the lunch special, not the AYCE dinner.

Food is always delicious and you get large portions…read more Service is fast and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ambiance horrible. Restaurant needs a total makeover...so much clutter, boxes on the floor, mop and mop bucket in plain site, spray bottle on floor, booth cushions ripped and some covered with something that they used a staple gun to hold the covering with the staples in plain sight, drink machine covered with paper, and hasn't worked for a long time, and apparently they don't turn on the air, or it is broken, as it is very hot and they use a free standing fan. They use folding tables you stand by to order your food, that are cluttered with items and have papers taped on them with their hand written items to order. Lastly. there was no longer a health inspection letter grade posted in their window like normal! Before covid, they were fixing up the interior and then stopped and never finished and gotten worse. I give it 3 stars because of the great food and service, but if the interior was better I would have given it 5 stars!

I definitely recommend this place and we'll absolutely be coming back! very relaxing place too and clean :)

They give you this large rectangle box. Ordering on Grubhub was seamless. There were no errors with our order, and my babe was super happy with her food. My food was good too, I'm just not a huge meat fan, it has flavor, and you can add your own. We have been there before, if I remember correctly, you walk in grab a bowl and whatever you can fit on your bowl is what you get. On Grubhub it's was $61 including tip. Each portion cost about $25 each, but it's enough for like 3 meals honestly. So I had it for dinner last night and will also have for lunch today. It's fresh and doesn't feel or taste greasy.

Don't want to be sweating while you're eating. Coming from highland/redlands, I am happy that there is a ayce kbbq spot in close proximity. Starting with cons: the parking is absolutely terrible. Parking spots are cramped and there's simple not enough spaces, especially during peak times. Pros: now as a long time ayce bbq lover, I understand that red castle quality is not top tier and I don't expect it to be when I go. I view red castle as an affordable joint to get my brisket and beef belly fix, which are the only two items that I basically get. It's odd reading about others experience with service, because every time I go, the service is always fast. I don't need to ask for the grill change because they are fully staffed and consistently checking in. Sure, the hospitality could improve a little but realize what you're going in there for. To stuff ya face! If you're coming here and comparing this place to other kbbq joints, you'll surely be let down. But to enjoy ayce protein for ~25 bucks without having to clean and prep a solid meal, many would realize the true gem that is Red Castle. I remember when their ayce was 13-15 bucks when they opened. Those were the days. I'm also glad that they allow single dining during the week. Not something that I'm able to take advantage of most of the time bc of work but I'm glad it's offered. To all the kbbq snobs (I'm one of them still). Go pay 40 for ayce somewhere else and be happy. Red castle is my go to for a quick fix that is close to home and affordable.

I wouldn't call this place BEST in the IE even if call it a place that's somewhat budget friendly in addition to a service fees and adding on the tip for service that's bare minimum. Quality of meats very fatty & poor & the ban chan (side dishes) are extremely overly saturated with sauce and Kim chi that wasn't fresh it was more on the SOUR and just disgusting in flavor , texture and color it doesn't seem Authentic if you know the difference of real Kim chi from other restaurants. Made several attempts to flag our server which seemed flustered and overwhelmed just for ordering extra meats and replenishing our beverages was such a huge in convenience. For KBBQ definitely in this order I'd say .. local restaurants I'd rather go to Wang Cho in riverside or chino hills U grille 2 spots in Rancho Cucamonga and As far as ayce self serve Koreana grille Riversde . If you wanna travel out hit up Orange County , Rowland heights , LA , SGV for the real deal . Would i dine here again , negative it's disgusting and poor quality of meats very fatty and rubbery texture and ban chan & soups that aren't authentic this restaurant is catered to a particular budget demographic and everything isn't just poor quality. Absolutely Incredible Experience at Sierra Noodle House!…read more If you're looking for one of the best hidden gems in the Inland Empire, Sierra Noodle House deserves a spot at the top of your list. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere. The restaurant is spotless, beautifully designed, and unlike any noodle house we've visited. The massive Hollywood murals featuring legends like Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Elvis Presley, Humphrey Bogart, Captain Jack Sparrow, Audrey Hepburn, Bruce Lee, The Beatles, and many more create an unforgettable dining experience. Combined with elegant crystal chandeliers, colorful LED lighting, and comfortable booths, it feels both modern and welcoming. The food was just as impressive. We ordered the Beef Bánh Mì, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside while staying soft inside, and the fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, and tender beef created an incredible balance of flavors. At only $10, it's one of the best values you'll find. We also enjoyed both the Large House Sake and Small House Sake, served hot in beautiful ceramic bottles with adorable paper umbrellas. It's a fun presentation that adds to the experience. The menu has an amazing variety, including authentic pho, bánh mì, pad thai, garlic noodles, fried rice, chow mein, chow fun, Vietnamese rice plates, spring rolls, smoothies, desserts, and much more. There truly is something for everyone. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. Between the outstanding food, beautiful décor, excellent service, and reasonable prices, Sierra Noodle House has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants. We'll definitely be back to explore even more of the menu. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Highly recommended!
