I called in a to-go order from this pizza spot my family loves, and I'll be honest, the lady who answered the phone wasn't the most pleasant. But since we really like their pizza, I just pushed through and placed the order anyway. When I got there, though, my experience completely turned around. The woman at the cashier was an absolute sweetheart, total opposite of the person on the phone. I was in a bit of a rush and kind of panicking while trying to figure out if I had cash, and she was so calm and reassuring. She told me to take my time and check, which I really appreciated. We ended up having a small conversation, and she even mentioned that she has anxiety too and understands how it feels to be rushed in situations like that. 1 star - I want to be fair: the pizza looks like pizza. It has the right shape, the right color, the right amount of toppings placed in the right spots. From a distance (or in a Yelp photo) it could pass. That's the worst part, because the moment this pizza hits your mouth, there's nothing there. No flavor. Terrible sauce, cheese that exists solely as a structural layer. Pepperoni that somehow manages to taste like the idea of pepperoni rather than actual pepperoni. I sat there eating a few slices waiting for something.. heat, salt, anything, to show up. It never did. The "Body Slammer" 28-inch pizza gimmick should've been my clued me in. It had been a few years since we last visited Big T's, so we decided to give it another try when my son offered to pick it up (delivery isn't available in our area). Overall, everything was really good. The pizza was very tasty and reasonably priced. The sauce is on the sweeter side, so just something to be aware of if that's not your preference. The wings (garlic parm) were a little undercooked for my preference and the flavor was just okay, nothing special, definitely needed more salt. The mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly and very good, but the real standout was the garlic cheese sticks. Super cheesy, packed with flavor, and definitely the star of the order. Had Big T's bookmarked for a while. I saw there body slammer 28" pizza. So ive been wanting to give them a try. Hubby was craving pizza so I was like its time to try Big T's! I saw that the body slammer 28" pizza is usually cut into 45-55 square pieces. So I called to see if they'd be willing to cut it into regular pizza slices. The young man who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. He told me he'd definitely be able to slice them in regular slices:) So I proceed to order it ordered on their app. Super fast, simple, and easy to use. You also receive pizza points to use for free stuff. I ordered the body slammer with pepperoni and spicy sausage. I also got a large order of cheese bread. The body slammer is huge AF:) and the large cheese bread is like a large pizza. We went to pick it up and everything was hot and freshly made. I love how everyone here was working hard. They all had a job and were doing it like a well oiled machine! Just banging out pizzas and doing it with love! The fam enjoyed everything. We'd definitely order from Big T's again! You definitely get good pizza for the value. PROs: The pizza is good for value pizza. The portions are large for the price. The ingredients are fresh. The pizzas are made to order. The staff is very nice and professional. CONS: The dough is pretty chewy even though the bread part isn't too thick. The crust is on the dryer side and doesn't have any flavor. It is not flaky, crunchy, buttery, or anything really, it's kinda just plain bread. The store front can use some work. The cash registers and ovens appear to be newer...tablets and modern tech, but the walls and ceilings can use some love or basic cleaning really. The walls need a wipe down and maybe paint. Who cares since we're there for the pizza not the looks. However, the ceiling is layered with filth. You can see the dust hanging from the vents. The dust hangs over the cooking area. That part is unacceptable. Visit the store and see for yourself. BOTTOM LINE: Good tasting pizza with fresh ingredients based on the price. Better than Pizza Hut, dominos, and little Cesar's especially with the pricing. But if money isn't the issue, you can spend a little more getting gourmet pizza that should be made in a cleaner kitchen. Yikes , I used to love this place but idk if management has made a change or something but it's gone completely downhill from the quality all the way down to the amount of toppings on the pizza , barley any . Not only that but the last 3 times I've ordered they get my order wrong I'd understand 1 maybe 2 times but 3 times in a row is crazy and my pizza wasn't even cut through all the way I had to use a knife to slice each piece , I really hope they go back to the way they used to be because this is sad and disappointing :/ read more

I ordered the pizza with bacon and sausage and pepperoni, but it was almost closing time, so I felt bad about ordering so late. I went and picked up the pizza and it was a good balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings so I was impressed. I do think the dough was a bit undercooked, but I think that it was fine for me - I'd like to try more of their options in the future but I'll have to order their non-pizza options as well. Maybe it was just a bad day! Either way, I'm not impressed. I even seasoned the pizza and it had no flavor. The cheese bread was not a big hit either. One piece and I was not convinced that I'd return. The salad had piping hot chicken chopped on the top in a styrofoam container. I'm sure you can take it from there. A nice size just not a great mix. Withered lettuce and soft bell peppers....you got it....no bueno! My family ate all of it like their lives depended on it so this review is totally my recap of a very expensive Monday night dinner. Suggestions: marinara sauce needs flavor maybe more oregano or Italian seasonings. Pizza could use more of improved marinara sauce. The ambience is non-existent. I used to love this place, but my last two visits have been horrendous! Recently, I placed a phone order and they told me it would be an hour and 10 minute wait. I show up an hour and 10 minutes later and the worker tells me it will be another 7 minutes. I wait in the lobby 25 minutes, just for her to tell me they're going to refund me because they didn't have my order! Like what! Outstanding! The sizes offered for pizza is great. My kids love their own personal pizzas and sometimes we opt for a big family pizza too and it's all just really good. We've also had their fettuccine Alfredo and for $8.99 it's not a bad deal! You get salad and breadsticks with it too. The potato wedges are good our family could go through a few lbs of those easily. Customer service is outstanding too. Everyone is always so friendly and they call you when they aren't sure about the orders to make sure it's done correctly. Do NOT trust this place with your card. I used my debit card here, and next day there was another "in-person" charge from this same location -- while I was home with my card in hand. My bank confirmed it as fraud, refunded me, and had to replace my card. When I confronted the staff, they denied everything. When I arrived to pick up my order they welcomed me in and then once I was waiting for my order the employee that helped me brought me the bags but the way she put them on the counter was not professional and made me feel disrespected, that's when the customer service began to go downhill for me. So now let's get to the food I love lasagna but they way y'all make it is not the lasagna I get in different establishments. I've never had lasagna like this it barely has any meat in the layers only on the top and then there's this white sauce on one side that doesn't taste good, not sure what that is and the bread sticks are mid.
