This has always been my go-to Wingstop, but I left disappointed this time. The staff seemed like they were dragging their feet when helping customers, and I even noticed frozen wings on the floor and other trash (as shown in the kitchen photo I took). The food itself was still pretty good especially the wings flavor, which never disappoints, but the service really missed the mark. On top of that, I was only given one ranch for 20 wings, which felt a bit inconsiderate. I ordered a 20-piece bone-in wing combo, along with some French fries and corn on the cob. Let's start with the small glimmer of light in this culinary darkness: the sides. I went in to pick up my phone order in the evening and there was 2 girls that weren't busy just standing talking and didn't even acknowledge the fact that I walked in an had been standing there waiting to get helped. Ordered from the Wingstop app. Not Doordash, Wingstop app. They missed a full bag of our order, about 40 wings. We called and were told that the bag was still in the store, they wouldn't deliver and we could pick it up. Mind you we'd paid for delivery. THEY made the choice to assign delivery to Doordash. We were told to complain to them however we had no information about the Doordash delivery. Spoke to manager, no help. After I picked up the order, I requested the name and number of the district manager. They said no but took my information and said they'd have her call me. Crickets...no call. We complained on the corporate website and got no response. We spent about $100.00 that night. There are many excellent restaurants that want our food dollars. We won't be giving Wingstop any further business. UPDATE: They wanted a chance to "make things right". I contacted them again and left all my contact information...crickets again. Wing stop review. July 11, 2025 was my first ever and last visit to a Wing Stop. This location is a health violation in the making. My wife and stopped in to grab a bite to eat. After we placed our order we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait for a simple order of a six piece bone in wings combo and a chicken sandwich combo. We opted to eat in which was a huge mistake. Although they have table seating a majority of the seats were being occupied by people waiting to pick up orders. Only two tables were being used by people dinning in. The rest were occupied by people waiting for orders. As we waited for a table to open up we grabbed our drinks from the drink machine in the corner. While we waited we noticed trash being left on the tables and not one staff member came to clear or clean a couple of tables that opened up. I located a table to sit down, to speed things along I grabbed the trash from the table to throw away only to find there were no trash bins in the store. I asked a staff member if they had a trash bin. She did not answer the question but offered to take the trash from me. I inquired if I could have a table wiped down. This request fell on deaf ears. I returned to my table to chat with my wife and still no one came to clean our table. My wife and I used some disposable wipes to clean our table. As we sat there I could see dust particles floating in the air. I then began observing the rest off my surroundings, from the appearance of the restaurant, staff interaction with the customers, and the customers coming in to place and pick up orders. It seemed like more priority was given to pickup orders than the people that walked in. Twenty minutes went by and our order was not ready. Then then thirty and eventually forty minutes had past and not one call out to inform us our order was ready. I observed a couple of people still waiting from the time we had arrived and got up to inquire about the status of our order. There seemed to be some confusion from the staff member in locating our order. By now, we had been waiting for 43 minutes. Apparently our order had been misplaced and was sitting in a bag with the to-go orders for god knows how long. I was handed our food and politely said thank you and sat down to eat. I sat down at the table that we cleaned and we began unboxing our food and took a few pictures before eating. We first tried the "seasoned fries". They were "SALTY" "af"! I tried a bite of my "chicken sandwich " which was dipped in their traditional hot sauce. After two bites I was done eating. The chicken sandwich was dry and slightly undercooked. My wife tried her bone in "Hot wings" which were also dry and soaked in sauce. I tried one and confirmed her experience. We then cleaned up our table for someone else to sit and handed our unfinished meal which was now deemed trash to a staff member to discard. July 12, 2025, I woke up feeling nauseous, having stomach pains and bubble guts. I have been bed ridden for a majority of the day with the exception of my frequent visits to the batroom. I feel like I've been food poisoned. Food quality: poor, undercooked chicken, overly salted fries. Wait time: an abominable lengthy 43 mins. Restaurant cleanliness: Needs improvement!!! The floors, table tops, and windows were dirty! The tables and counters needed to be cleaned. Staff: cashier was friendly yet dismissive, kitchen staff lack of maturity. No presence of a manager/supervisor. Restroom: I did not enter but did notice a couple of staff members go while we waited. One staff member was in the restroom for at least 20 minutes. My post of this establishment warrants no stars. My post albeit negative in nature, let it be an instrument for change for this establishments corrections that are needed. read more

I always go to the Wingstop off Citrus they always make the wings crispy. Unfortunately last night I ordered the new Hot Lemon flavor and it is extremely salty. I mean if you don't have high blood pressure you will if you get that flavor lol. Needless to say I tried one wing and could not continue I called and the manager told me to bring the food back the next day to be re made. The next day I was greeted by the manager for that day named Aj. He was by far the best employee and interaction I have ever had with wingstop. He listened to what my issue was and without hesitation said he would make me a new batch. Aj was professional, kind, and informative with giving me information that the new flavor can be a bit salty to pallets that don't eat much salty food. I really appreciated how he treated me as a customer and the staff for that day was also pleasant. This is my first time leaving a review for any restaurant ever on yelp. I go to this location very frequently maybe 3/4 times a month it's right by my house, but ever since this location got a new staff in the past month or two their service and food has been straight trash! First off I walk in after placing an online order to the order pick up counter just to check if my order is ready. This girl with the glasses ignores me , helps other people that came in after me and even after she helps them she just goes back to work still ignoring me when I've done nothing to antagonize her or the business I'm just standing there. Then a different lady comes and finally asks if i've been helped and checks my order. of course it's not ready yet which is to be expected at this location. So I wait an additional 10 minutes and it's done. No biggie, then i come home and realize they forgot my fries! I had to drive all the way back to the wingstop to pick up my fries that they forgot and the lady that helped me threw in a few free wings, cool. I finally get back home and open my wings just for them to have ZERO seasoning I ordered lemon pepper and hot honey they both look PLAIN. This location sucks now I'm not going back until they change the staff again or train them how to properly run a wingstop.
