It's been a while and o forgot about why I wrote this review but now I remember. This locations staff are incompetent and do not know how to follow basic instructions. I ordered my fries with extra seasoning and well done/extra fried. Of course when I get home and give them to my son they are not seasoned correctly and they are not well done/extra crispy. Soggy and limp. Instead of a tip I should leave them a learning app suggestion like ABC mouse. Maybe next time I'll get my order correct. read more

Wingstop - Soggy fries. Not well done. No extra seasoning. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fontana, California

Located in a shopping plaza, you can't miss this corner gem. I've ate at Wingstop in Glasgow, London to California, USA and it never misses! Every time I order from Wingstop, the wings come out hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. The variety of sauces--from classic Buffalo to Lemon Pepper--is unbeatable. The fries are always perfectly seasoned (seriously addictive), and the ranch dressing deserves its own fan club. Service is fast and friendly whether I dine in or pick up, and my order's always spot-on. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I'm craving wings done right. I will say there's plenty of parking, and if you plan to eat your meal there, the air conditioning is always running strong. That said, the place feels more like a takeout spot than a dine-in restaurant. While there are several tables and chairs, I didn't notice a trash can anywhere. It seems you're expected to leave your trash in the paper bag provided, and the staff will take care of it after you're done. read more

Went to Wingstop after hanging out with my cousins late at night. The wings were actually good and the fries were fresh, but we waited way longer than expected for our order. The workers looked stressed but they were still nice to us. 3 stars. read more

This is the best food ever. The chicken tenders are bomb 10/10 ate i would recommend. The place is also always clean

Their food is pretty good. It's hit or miss sometimes it's undercooked but what they really need to work on is their customer service

Ordered 3 days prior to the Super Bowl for pick-up at 2pm.. not only did they delay the pick-up for 3pm (30 minutes until Super Bowl start time) but I didn't receive my food until 4pm!! If they knew they were going to be understaffed or have a lot of orders, they should have stopped online ordering ahead of time. Once we finally received the wings, they were under- seasoned with 0 FLAVOR. The fries were also burnt and brittle- making it unenjoyable to eat. I hope this Wing Stop learns from their mistakes and better prepare themselves for future events. read more

fry's are good nd wings all the time I come once a week taste the same everytime. will definitely come back everytime

June 1, 2024, around 6:49 PM This place is clean, the air conditioning felt real good! Our Host: Alejandra was very helpful to my husband and I. We had questions about the menu before we placed our order and she and also the manager were able to answer all of our questions. The staff was funny and friendly. Including the staff that were showing up for work while we waited on our food. Honestly don't know how long we had to wait for our food because we were too busy laughing and having a good time. As for the chicken, we ordered a 20 piece, Classic, plain. Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce on the side. Our chicken was hot and delicious. We started eating before we made it home. I read some of the reviews before I made my post and based on our visit, we recommend this Wingstop and we're glad that our visit was fun. The staff was polite and funny. read more

Wingstop - 20 Piece Plain Classic Chicken. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fontana, California

great service, efficient staff, quick service food came out within 10-15min I suggest everyone to come n get them wings

I ended up throwing away my wing after 2 bites. My pickup order had me waiting 30 minutes after the pickup & I almost missed kickoff. It still was somehow cold & overcooked. The boneless wings are obviously smaller now too. This was the last time I am wasting my money on winsgtop. read more

ROACHES inside my french fries! BUGS! BEWARE! I ordered from DoorDash and I found multiple Roach pieces inside my french fries. I am very disgusted and have yet to have this problem solved or refunded. Either way, clearly the kitchen is dirty and infested with Roaches. The dead bugs are probably cooked and fried with all of the food. I am completely grossed out and will never eat from here again. read more

Be careful going to this wingstop. They do not take accountability when taking orders. If they got your order wrong and want a refund, don't count on getting it back. They say you have to wait to get your money back, what business refuses to give a refund right then? You have to wait for the refund to come from their corporate office. Nad business move! This location, will be reported to the BBB. They have young kids working who are not properly trained in customer service. They have not heard the last. read more

This location is horrible. The employees do other things instead of prioritizing the customers in the restaurant. I would be more considerate if I seen them working on online orders but they were restocking for 30 minutes. By that time my lunch was over and I had to go back to work. The food was dry and cold after a 30minute wait, insane. read more

Ordered curbside 1 hour in advanced, got there was told 15 more minutes, TWICE! Their excuse is that they were busy. Ok we put the order in an hour in advanced! Then when we get home, items were missing! It was the carrots and celery but still! An hour and a half to still miss things ?? I didn't go back for them! So disappointed. read more

This place is dirty, the bathroom doesn't have paper towels. They do not have napkins at the tables. You have to go to the counter to get paper towels. We had to clean our own table and the floor was so sticky I almost lost my flat. The bathrooms were worst. The wait is sooooooo long too! No wonder people are ordering delivery instead. We have been waiting for over 1/2 an hour for food and no tables have been wiped down. read more

Today was my first time going to this Wingstop location. I hate I did not look at Yelp before I drove over there. 1. The fries were not cooked all the way but dark like they are being cooked in old grease. 2. The wings had no flavor and not cooked too well. The health department needs to make a visit to this restaurant. read more

I walked in, waiting for 5 minutes while all the people in the back just stared at me. Not one of them tried to help me the entire time. So since I had time just waiting around, I noticed how dirty it was in there. The counter had sauce on it as well as crumbs, idk if they just never clean or were eating straight off the counter so I just left. Hire some people that actually want to serve customers like tortas sinaloa next door which is where I went and had a completely different positive experience. Tortas sinaloa next door had the best Fontana sandwich with carne asada avocado etc, the place was clean, women working were very nice, greeted more than once as I walked in. My husband ordered food for carry out for one of his big customers. He ordered online and he received an email that it would be ready in about 16-21 minutes. When he arrived he had to wait an additional half an hour. Mind you this was a Thursday at about 11am. It's very disappointing when you spend $141.00 and you have to explain to a customer why their employees lunch is late. read more

Horrible customer service, horrible accountability, never got to try the food. So I decide to get food for the family. Call in an order and pick it up. Take the bag and drive about 10 mins home. I don't even make it to my driveway and my families entire dinner busts out of the greasy bag. The bottom of the bag was covered with grease and so weak that the food wasn't supported. I call the store and explain what happened and the manager doesn't offer a replacement, refund, or even an apology. He just kept saying "I understand but once the food leaves the property it's no longer our responsibility". I offered to show him pictures and bring back the food but he just kept repeating that it was no longer their responsibility. This was $45 worth of food and not even a sorry. Now I have to go get dinner somewhere else. I'm never coming to this location again. I know it's not much of a dent to them but they need to fix that store and it's people's customer service skills. read more

I order from this location frequently via their app and my order is always on time if not early. The wings are fresh and and their ranch is so good I always order extra to keep in my fridge. The bottled one from the grocery store just is not as good. Their rolls are also really good when they're fresh. I'm not the biggest fan of their fries, but I'm pretty sure I just don't like any fast food fries. Every now and then there seems to be a portion consistency issue when it comes to their veggie sticks but it's not a deal breaker for me. I will continue to order from this location. read more

I haven't even ate the food yet and I'm gonna make a review on how horrible this place is re customer service. I came in to this place with two other customers ahead of me and we all proceeded to wait for over 10 before any of the workers acknowledged us. One was on the phone with a customer the entire brine never one looking up to say she'd be right with us. Meanwhile this other guy kept coming out announcing other orders but then would go back to be with the other 7 people cooking again not acknowledging us. Finally I had enough and had to ask if we'd be acknowledged. Then I over hear them getting orders wrong from online and not even having a record of two other orders. Pathetic read more

30 minutes for 2 orders of fries is crazy, especially when there's only 4 people in the restaurant when I placed the order. Workers are slow, lazy and too busy yappin. 12/08/22 8:30pm ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I have been to this wing stop many many times and have always received bad service but it is close to my house so it was convenient to come here. Today I ordered my four items over the phone and half of it was missing after I waited an extra 40 mins. I usually don't mind waiting bc I know they are busy but it is ridiculous that I waited soo long only to find half of my items missing. I called to see if I could get a refund and I treated them with the utmost respect since I know how annoying it is to deal with this since I've been in customer service before. The whole time a male manager was very rude and about asking for my information. At the end of the call I said "Thank you very much for your time. I appreciate it. Have a great night." All I got was a mmhmm and he hung up. Not even a bye. Very unprofessional Save yourself the trouble of going here. It is not worth it at all. read more
