The fries are always perfectly seasoned (seriously addictive), and the ranch dressing deserves its own fan club. Ordered 3 days prior to the Super Bowl for pick-up at 2pm.. not only did they delay the pick-up for 3pm (30 minutes until Super Bowl start time) but I didn't receive my food until 4pm!! If they knew they were going to be understaffed or have a lot of orders, they should have stopped online ordering ahead of time. Once we finally received the wings, they were under- seasoned with 0 FLAVOR. The fries were also burnt and brittle- making it unenjoyable to eat. We had questions about the menu before we placed our order and she and also the manager were able to answer all of our questions. The staff was funny and friendly. Including the staff that were showing up for work while we waited on our food. Honestly don't know how long we had to wait for our food because we were too busy laughing and having a good time. As for the chicken, we ordered a 20 piece, Classic, plain. Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce on the side. Our chicken was hot and delicious. We started eating before we made it home. They say you have to wait to get your money back, what business refuses to give a refund right then? You have to wait for the refund to come from their corporate office. Nad business move! This place is dirty, the bathroom doesn't have paper towels. They do not have napkins at the tables. You have to go to the counter to get paper towels. We had to clean our own table and the floor was so sticky I almost lost my flat. The bathrooms were worst. The wait is sooooooo long too! No wonder people are ordering delivery instead. He just kept saying "I understand but once the food leaves the property it's no longer our responsibility". I haven't even ate the food yet and I'm gonna make a review on how horrible this place is re customer service. I came in to this place with two other customers ahead of me and we all proceeded to wait for over 10 before any of the workers acknowledged us. One was on the phone with a customer the entire brine never one looking up to say she'd be right with us. Meanwhile this other guy kept coming out announcing other orders but then would go back to be with the other 7 people cooking again not acknowledging us. I order from this location frequently via their app and my order is always on time if not early. The wings are fresh and and their ranch is so good I always order extra to keep in my fridge. The bottled one from the grocery store just is not as good. Their rolls are also really good when they're fresh. I'm not the biggest fan of their fries, but I'm pretty sure I just don't like any fast food fries. Every now and then there seems to be a portion consistency issue when it comes to their veggie sticks but it's not a deal breaker for me. I will continue to order from this location. read more
