Was told our order would take 43-48 minutes....1 hour 15 minutes later our order was ready. We should have checked our bag before we left (big mistake not to)!!! Drove the 5 miles home only to see that they forgot an entire 10 piece order!!! We weren't going to drive the 10 miles round trip to get our missing food. Tried to call...no one answered the phone. Will NOT be going back to this location again. read more

Food is good, service not so much... shorted me 12 wings and a fri. When i take it back they ask to see bag, come back and say you actually are only missing a fri. When i open it there was a third box. Instead of just admitting they lie and then forget about me... dont go to this location read more

I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before and when i came in they told me to wait 5 more mins. After waiting for over 15 minutes people placing there in person order we're starting to received there orders before me. This showed me that they did not even start on my order and I wish I could give them less then a 1 star. When i received my order and got in the car I checked it and I noticed I did not get my fries I PAID FOR. I quickly went back in and demanded my fries. I feel that if you're gonna be taking your time completing my order then there should be no missing items. I recommend everyone not to come to this specific wingstop it is terrible. The customer service sucks. read more

Order from this location yesterday night . They messed up my order. I had a mix of classic and boneless. I got all boneless, so when I call the manager Jorge he was very rude and said we have to bring them back. Why would we bring them back? It's so unsanitary to do so. I asked could I just send a picture and a picture of the receipt he said no. I asked if I could get a number to speak with customer service he replied " go online ". This place need better management. They are very unprofessional. Also the wings have very little sauce. read more

NEVER FAILS!! My order is messed up! MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! More the. Likely missing something. Employees stay on their cell phones even when near food. Never consistent . Either not enough seasoning or not cooked long enough. The sodas is usually watered down and they don't know how to count the wings. I ordered a 10 piece and got 9 wings. Wonderful service from Amy! Loved that she tried to make my visit as great as can be!

Honestly was having the worst of days, tried buffalo spot and was disappointed. Brought my husband and kids in today and wow the wings here are to die for. Literally the best waitstaff as well. And as we're still surviving through covid, choosing places to take my kids to is hard. But with such sweet, helpful, and caring staff this is somewhere I'll come anytime. The wings we ordered were crisp and full of flavor. They were bathed in sauce and seasonings, Wingstop is definitely invited to the cookout and the church bbq. This is the place for family, for friends, to do some schoolwork as you get to enjoy some of life's joys. I bet even the chickens walk in line just to become the wings they deserve to be. 10/10 read more

Placed a large order for pick up. When I picked up the food the bags seemed light. I asked the employee working at the time if this was everything, and they stated yes. After a 15 min drive I opened the bag and it's contents and over half my order was missing. I then drove back to the location to get the food I ordered and management did not offer to comp anything. Moral of the story, If you do order from here (which I don't recommend doing) , check your food before driving home . read more

Yesterday was my first time at Wingstop. I had placed an order online 20 minutes ahead of time and the wait time was about 20 mins so by the time I went there I was hoping it would be ready however I waited another 20 to 30 minutes. Then they forgot to put my cajun fries, then they fixed it but it was the wrong fries. They had the WORST FRIES I have ever tried in my life, how do you mess up on cajun fries? They were EXTREMELY SALTY and tasted like top ramen powder with 10x saltier. Not only was that bad but the hot and bbq boneless wings were disgusting... I bit into the bbq boneless wing and it was hard like a rock. Honestly poor food quality and taste, buying some frozen Tyson wings definitely taste 100% better than this place. All the hype about this place was just a waste. So disappointed about this place, worst wing place! read more

Came in on a solace night, craving some wings. You know as a connoisseur of fried delicacies, wing stop isn't my first choice. Although tonight was the night. As I entered; hospitality was down by the book and couldn't Believe I was getting Michelin star level service at this Wingstop. Stuck between choosing what flavor to chose the cashier guided me up the stairs of wingdom. Garlic pepper and Cajun with ranch and blue cheese, Bone in. My heart jumped from glee as I waited for this magical ordered. While getting my Fizzy Pop, I could hear the wings crackle and burst; such titillating noises. Finally as my order was handed to me with a warm goodbye, my venture was coming to an end. Sitting in my car and opened this fresh bag of wings, steam entering my nostrils and pupils dilating, the moment was here. That first bite took me back to my first time eating that one wing that just changes your whole perspective on life. The summer of 1996. Astronomical, heavenly and down right flamboyant. These wings are to die for, No. To live for. I Digress. read more

Some of the dumbest people alive work here. They have the music blasting and they just mumble your name, right after you checked in and they know who you are and if you don't hear them mumble your name your food sits there and gets cold. They are always 20 min behind schedule and couldn't care less to get you your food as soon as they can. I'd be embarrassed to work here or be in management here. I'd rather drive further to wings and rings in Rancho Cucamonga where people with more than half a brain work. read more

Who wants frozen chicken dropped in out grease and the inside of your chicken has black stuff from frozen grease

I have placed three orders from this location in the last two months, and had issues with all two of them. When I attempted to fix the issues with the store I was met with resistance each time. The store has significant process issues that they cannot figure out, and are all too happy to blame their delivery vendor (Doordash) for orders placed through the Wingstop app. On the 1st order delivery went fine. The fries were a little bit soggy, but this could be due to a difference between cooking time and eating time, or could be poor cooking technique. In this case I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. For the 2nd order we only received half of the products that were ordered. When I attempted to call the store to verify that they had the rest of our order and that there had been a delivery mishap, they did not pick up the phone. I attempted to call them 4 separate times But each time the phone rang through until it disconnected. At this point I physically went down to their store to attempt to resolve the issue, and while I was waiting in line I called from inside the store and could hear the phone ringing... and no one picked it up. The phone was being ignored by the staff, even though there were idle employees. When I talked to the employees about the issue with my order they stated that the doordash driver made an error by not picking up alll of our order, stating that the bags were plainly marked and that it's on the doordash delivery driver to make sure they pick up everything peris everything. Fine. They remade my order and I was on my way, more than an hour after my food was scheduled to be delivered. I was not refunded for the delivery fee or the doordash tip. I filled out a survey from wingstop marking down my concerns and also marking down that I would like to be contacted regarding this order, but I have yet to receive a call text email or other form of communication from wingstop as of today. 3rd delivery was very much like the 2nd. We only received part of our order. When I attempted to call the store for assistance they did not pick up again. When I contacted Doordash they said it was an issue with the store. When I contacted wingstop corporate they told me to take it up with the store. The store refuses to answer their phone. These are not difficult problems to solve.I can seeOn other Yelp reviews that the issues I've talked about here are very common for this location. The fixes are simple: train your staff to answer phones; When employees are handing out delivery orders have all of the bags marked with number of bags in the order (bag 1/3, 2/3, etc); and accept accountability when your team fails. read more

Kickin hot food Erica helped me with my order and was very nice and I highly recommend to come eat here!

I love how they follow my instructions all the time , I'm always satisfied with my meal

Put in a mobile order using the app tonight to have a pick up at 10:15pm. I had ordered two sets of 15x boneless wings(plain) extra well done with a ranch and a honey mustard, two fries with extra seasoning, and some sides of sauce. First issue: We had picked up the order right at 10:15 and I figured this late at night on a Tuesday it wouldn't be super packed and it wasn't. However, when we got home the food was cold, and I live less than 3 miles from this location. So, it seems like our food was done way before our scheduled pick up time and left to sit on a rack. Second issue: Other than the food being cold, I was not provided the honey mustard I had ordered, the wings were limp, soggy, and not extra well done, and lastly, the fries were soggy with little to no seasoning. When we had picked up our order we were just handed the bags, usually if I remember correctly, a staff member goes over the order to make sure everything was there. It might have come in handy. Might be worth it to drive over to a different store in a neighboring city. Tonight just wasn't a good experience. read more

Marianna and her team always do an awesome job.My orderbis always fresh and on time... Great job!!!

UPDATE: Upon further looking into the order, we realized that the ENTIRE order was incorrect. At that point we basically gave up. What they don't realize is that most of us splurge when we decide to eat here. $50 for a dinner is a lot for some of us. I have no interest in going to this restaurant again and the generic responses that we all get on our reviews make me want to go even less. No thanks, I'll just get my wings from somewhere else. I will stop coming to this place. Every time we come here there is always an issue. This time, we decided to have our order delivered and although I had my doubts, I wanted to give them another chance to make it up for the bad experience we had last time. Sure enough, one item was missing. Called the store and they told me I could either drive there and get the item or bring the entire order for a refund since they cannot just refund the one item because it was delivered through door dash....we will just be avoiding this place from now on and getting BWW which is a longer drive for us but they have never given us this hard of a time before. read more

I will never go back to this location again. I was having guests over and we ordered the all in bundle as well as some chicken sandwiches on the side and the order was all wrong. When I got home the flavors were all mixed up and it was missing boneless wings. There were also supposed to be strips but instead of the strips they gave us 2 strips and a few boneless wings. When I called about the order they said they would give me a credit that I could use within 2 weeks to replace my order. I called about a week later and gave them the name of the employee I spoke to and they said there was nobody there by that name and that there was nothing in the system about my credit and therefore nothing they could do about it. I would ad vise to never go to this location. Customer service is horrible!! read more

The staff needs help. How is there only 3 people working? Management needs to do better with their employee's. There is about 7 people standing around waiting for their food for pick up(I'm one of them). I can imagine the pressure they're feeling. I have pizza in my car, I'm pretty sure it's cold now. It's been 20 minutes since the order was set to be ready. What a shame. First timer here too. read more
