Over the years I have noticed wing stop has gone down no matter the location, they don't cook your wings like you request and don't clean their chicken well (if at all). I make my wings at home until I find a new wing place. read more

Food was good , the service was fair . I wish that the pick up times would align with what it's said at the time of order . Other than that , I'd return. read more

Thieves! I ordered delivery and they couldn't resend it because their incompetent delivery system. So my food went to someone else. Then Wingstop tells me they will try to refund me and try to call them back? What? Just hit the refund button! What?! You guys are the worst! Just refund me! I never got food! Thieves!! read more

Worst wingstop ever, they'll have me on hold for more than 45 min just for them to hang up. Food always burnt, the chicken never cooked right. They throw the food in the bag like if they're in a hurry and ranch spills everywhere. Really BAD customer service. Workers have a stank ass attitude when you ask them for things. They'll basically throw whatever you ask for at you. Always rude and they roll their eyes at you. The manager needs to hire new people !! read more

Service was TERRIBLE I dont understand how they can accept order when they can't even pull them out in time I waited 2 hrs for wings there was no space between people the whole inside was packed like a concert no ice in the drink machine such a disappointment and disorganized establishment don't go there worst service ever guess I'll be choosing BWW or another place for wings this is ridiculous read more

Wow this is sad with prices being so high to serve raw food.. the fries were greasy soggy and cold not cooked nasty.. and they want 20 dollars a hr then take pride in the food you serve read more

I normally don't leave reviews but my experience tonight was terrible. I waited nearly 40 minutes, when the worker told me 15, only to get home and realize Ive been handed the wrong order, less food than paid for, cold wings and fries, and no utensil. Still love Wingstop, but staying away from this location. read more

We ordered online, it was ready quickly, the employees were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was great!

Not my go to Wingstop but not one order I have ever placed here has been ready by the estimated time. Always an additional 30min to 1 hr wait after estimated time. I've gotten here and usually my orders are not even started yet but they show completed and ready for pick up. Restaurant floors, tables, and surfaces look like they haven't gotten cleaned in some time. Only two workers, one in kitchen and one in register. Ordering here to save time because it was on my way home totally backfired smh. read more

Great service every employee there positive and helpful. Food was made fast and free It was clean Appreciate the great service read more

I will give this place five stars the wings are always off. The hook and sad is the customer service. They have nine employees are always talking. Ignore the counter and just keep talking if they had better customer service, they would be a five-star spot where there's always customer service is what brings you back or you just find another Wingstop they probably has better service. I don't think Customer Service is on the top of these companies priorities, I think making chicken wings is Little do they forget that you need to customers to come back to make a restaurant a winner read more

Jess is the absolute best. Very sweet! Amazing cashier and made my food so well. My order was so good will definitely be coming to this certain wingstop. Wonderful service and the food here is made well. The atmosphere was also great. read more

Not my usual go to when it comes to wing stop locations but decided to give it a try since it's the closest to me.I received most of fries not properly cut so they it was a basket of under cooked soggy fries that were cold to top it off. Wings were soggy as if they had been sitting there for a while. Safe to say I will not be going to this location. read more

HEADLINE: TRASH BUCKET posing as a Wingstop Been in service less than a year and just like everyone else has said in recent reviews.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!! The first time I came here - order was butchered, Ariana gave me attitude and horrible service to the point I had to call the manager Jackie. BUT she did genuinely apologize and gave me free food to make up for it before I left. So I figure.. what the hell.. let's give it another chance since my bf & my bro didn't wanna drive to the one on Easton after a 15 hour shift. WOW DID I REGRET IT!!! First of all - ordered through DoorDash since my 2 year old twins were asleep. I checked the order in front of them and guess what? They had it wrong but they told me that's how they picked it up and even mentioned their bad experience and refunded me. So I call, 11 pm and of course Ariana answers. Immediately she says she doesn't have the order and never placed it at their location. LIE! So I go in and show proof and magically the receipt was right on the shelf in plain sight. Was this the worst part? Absolutely not. IT GETS WORSE I realize they're all NOT wearing their masks correctly, cleaning the floors and countertops while ONE other person is cooking AND someone else walked in with a Popeyes bag and went to the back of the kitchen but still in plain sight eating/talking while orders were being made. Don't believe me? I have pics!! But where are my pics from? The outside of the door because they kicked everyone out at 11:13 pm so they can clean. Several ppl complained about this. Waited at damn near midnight 30 minutes to get my order WRONG again. Missing 2 fries. But because my kids were crying at home with my exhausted husband. So here I am, at midnight writing this review in bed pissed off. When did common sense, decency and excellent customer service become a thing of the past? PLEASE DONT GO HERE UNTIL THEY LET EVERYONE GO AND COMMIT TO DOING BETTER. read more

Got very sick me and my mom don't recommend this wingstop unfortunately the fries were cold & wings were cold !

I think this is probably the worst Wingstop I've ever ordered from. Every single time, without fail, something goes wrong. Currently, they are only doing online orders and the delivery is through DoorDash. I got an email saying my order was completed but I have yet to receive my food. When I called to notify them, they told me that it was MY doordasher who was responsible even though I ordered through their website. I waited an entire hour for no only to be told the refund my $55 order in the next 3 to 5 business days. If you owned this Wing stop, you should either close it and start all over or at the very least fire every single employee there and hire competent people. read more

you guys need to stop reheating the wings i have no problem waiting for something that taste good. instead i get bland soggy wings read more

One star? More like receiving 0 star if I could I would have. The worst wingstop out of any other wingstop. I ordered before coming in which was around 10pm and they are close at 12am. I made my order very loud & clear and she also repeated my order. I came in to pick up after half an hour and she told me she forgot to put in my order. Insane. I guess her name is "Marlene" according to my receipt orders. Horrible service not only that but they take the foods way longer than 35 minutes. Fries that I asked for extra Cajun...did not have any seasoning. I asked for 10 boneless wings which was half hot lemon pepper and hot garlic. Don't even dare to try it. They shove me with some veryyy salted seasoning and it taste completely like salt. Disgusting. Services and foods wise are pathetic. Disappointing. read more

Waited an hour for my food after getting told it would be 20 minutes. A worker came and asked why we were in the lobby after 30 minutes I had to show her my receipt to show I was a customer we were just sitting there waiting. Finally at 40 I asked what was going on and they told me they hadn't started my food yet but it would be ready in 10. Another 20 later my food is ready and I'm given attitude by the workers. I'm sorry you have to do you job. If you don't like it maybe find somewhere else to work read more

Love the wings but this particular location is always dirty/ sticky I didn't feel comfortable fully sitting on the chair or walking since the floors/seats did feel sticky and associates tend to talk a lot and will have you waiting until their conversation is over for her to handover your order. October 30 8:30 pm read more

As with other Wingstop locations, the service is bad. By service I mean, order was made incorrectly. (carry out) and they're slow. Not all the staff is bad, they have kind cashiers, but the system and management is pathetic. Got home and half the order was wrong. I called back to let them know and they said I needed to go back and bring back the order and then they would remake it again. I have no problem with that, but to wait another 25 minutes for them to make the correct order and not offer a refund or partial refund or credit on the next order or even a simple apology is terrible service by the manager/supervisor on staff that day. Tip: Expect a longer than expected wait time and double check your order before you leave and ask for napkins, since they refuse to add them for to go orders. read more

Probably don't need the shitty review since its already poor. I'll just add a lil more fuel to the fire. Fuck this Wingstop. Ordered through the app in order to have it jotted down. 18-25 mins turned into an hour and 10 mins. All to find out they messed up the order. Every employee here has their head up their anal cavity. Unbelievable. I really don't know where they find these jackass incompetent employees. read more

This WingStop is the closest location to where I live, I've ordered food from here maybe 5-6 times total and have never had an issue. I order for carry out and when I go pick my food up it's always ready and when I get home it's always fresh. I make sure to check that my food is correct BEFORE I leave the store and 10/10 always is. Thanks guys! read more

Really it makes no sense to go based off of the app/website if they're still going to have you wait another 10 minutes after you arrived expecting to just pick up your order. Terrible service! read more

Our family are loyal Wingstop customers. If you're looking for the number for this location, this is it: (909) 371-0170 We have been visiting the one in Rialto off Easton for the last year and then the one on Sierra. This one is extremely close and more convenient for us. We ordered 10 each (mild, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper) and a large fries over the phone with an estimated 18 minute wait time. Once we arrived, we saw the lobby, which is a smaller dining area, but still clean and wasn't packed. This restaurant has only been open a few days and I know it's only a matter of time before it is thriving considering the location. Our only complaint was that there was not a lot of seasoning on the wings, which we will bring up next time we order. Other than that, we had good customer service and the cashier was very friendly. read more

Piss poor, piss poor, piss poor. Slow and unorganized and terribly inefficient. It shouldn't take more than an hour and 15 minutes to prepare and deliver an order. That whole location along with its employees, supervisors, and district manger should be retrained, demoted or terminated. ***ALERT*** if your going to order thru the app, be sure to place your order at least 3 hours prior. read more

This wingstop is literally my fav location. Food is always fresh & the quality is consistent. Compared to other wingstops this one is my favorite, other ones usually have inconsistent quality & rude workers. But the workers here are always nice. Also usually clean and nice inside. read more

Terrible experience today! Ordered online today and online order said it would take 20-30 minutes for pick up. When I arrived 30 minutes later my nephew got off to grab the order and the girl inside told him it wasn't ready, it was going to take 20 minutes for them to make the food. So I go inside and the girl in front was very rude and said to me that she already to my nephew it was gonna take 20 minutes and there is nothing she could do, she told me she just clocked on for her shift and told me I'm gonna have to wait. Spoke with Major attitude. This girl does not have people skills and should work in the back so no one has to deal with her attitude. She should be cooking in back and you should put someone in front who can communicate with kindness! Other than the wings are always good here. Customer service needs help. read more
