The worst service ever! I got my wings at 7:30 pm with a drink well let me just say all three flavors I tried from the fountain was nasty! So I told the employee that there machine wasn't working and I overheard another employee say "what does she want"? So I patiently am waiting! Now it's 8:02 so I tell the employee who made that comment if she can just throw the drink I had already since there machine is broken and she said you can throw it over there I already fixed the machine so I told her well I wished someone would have told me. Then she goes towards the machine and opens it to "fix" it so not only was she very hostile and rude she lied about the machine being fixed! So I asked her for her name and she said "why do you want it" and I told her because you have been rude from the beginning and would not provide me her name after i continuously asked for it. I told her "if you don't like working fast food then don't work here" and she ignored then walks towards the back into the kitchen and I go ask another employee for her name and was told it was "Aracely" in a whispering voice. So not sure if that is even her name. I left with No drink and now cold food. I contacted customer service for my refund. I work in healthcare and this experience was extremely horrible! Surprised to see the low stars for this location. I'll agree that other wings stop locations have below average customer service, but my experience here has always been positive. Staff always friendly orders always correctly and timely. Tip: They really don't have super spice wings. Even their highest spice level wings " atomic" are not that spicy. This review is based off of our second visit here. We did an online order and asked for our fries and our wings to be well done. Neither of them were, though that isn't the basis of why I'm giving them three stars. I felt like our fries were under cooked. It wasn't just one or two fries, but I would would say it was about 1/3 of the tray or more that was underdone. It was hard for me to want to keep eating them. The wings we were still good though and I am willing to give this wingstop another try. I'm hoping next time our fries are cooked thoroughly! read more

First the app told me my order was ready, but when I arrived many people were waiting and things were not in order. I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. Food is good, or course. But they can take a while. Usually just for one person it's about 20 minutes. Over 4 people can be an hour or longer. One of the girls in the staff (didn't catch her name.) short, always wears black crocs. Long brown hair. She always looks mad/irritated.
