So I stopped by George's last night for a very late dinner. Like they literally closed in 5 min and they still took my order and a car behind me. Kudos and much appreciated for doing so. The ladies who work in the evening are amazing. They're always so friendly and they get your order right all the time. Tonight we ordered a chili cheese fry and a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger. The chili fries were a solid 10 out of 10 for me. I think they're the best in Rialto. They're always fresh and they don't skimp on the chili and cheese. They also use thinner French fries than most places. My lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with grilled onion and extra pickles was ok tonight. I usually get the Swiss burger but wasn't that hungry and settled for this. It was good but it had way too much sauce for me. That is a preference but if I get a cheeseburger again, I'll probably get it with no dressing. I ended up deconstructing it and only eating what wasn't drenched in dressing. Stopped by here after work, always pass by and never got to try. Got me a lil bacon cheeseburger with fries. Took a bite, decent bacon, they use cheap patty's not the most savory I've had. Be prepared, if you order fries, you'll be in comatose for days. They give you so much. Burgers are a good size, and actually taste like a burger and stays hot as well. Came in s couple nights ago. Ordered a large fried zucchini and a large onion ring because my grandma had a craving. Those two items alone without anything else were over $18. And each one only came with one ranch. We asked for one additional ranch for each as that's a reasonable amount of ranch for that amount of food, and they wanted to charge us an additional $2 per container of ranch! I brought the food right back in again and asked for a refund, at which point they finally gave us the ranch, but we will never be eating there again. My family has been coming here for years and we've never in had any complaints or issues. Today was not the same experience. Lady at the register had very poor customer service off the back (which I ignored because although it was not pleasant She could have had a bad day) but once I get home my mom finds a dark and very noticeable hair in her plate. I called to inform them and was offered a new plate. My mom said she didn't want anything so I asked for a refund once I arrive and was informed they don't do refunds. Rude lady turns her back without saying a word but is speaking to someone inside then just hands me the money without a word. I understand mistakes and accidents happen but it was upsetting that she didn't even have the decency to apologize or approach me with in a better manner. read more

Every time I go through the drive through my order is wrong. I have to repeat myself many times. Usually I take the food anyway because I'm too nice to say something. This time I call to respectfully notify them and everyone is upset. The manager Rosie gets on the phone just to yell over me and say they didn't do anything wrong. She offered to give me the missing items on the side if I go back. Since I came home the food was getting cold and asked for them to remake everything the way I wanted. She said to take the food back for a full refund instead. I come here very often and there is never a line. The inside is usually empty as well. Very disappointed. Will not be going back. read more
