The smoked brisket was juicy and tender, and they were definitely generous with the portions. The brisket egg rolls were one of my favorites--such a good twist combining Asian and American flavors. The lemongrass skewers were also juicy and flavorful, and the Nom Pang was packed with flavor. The service was outstanding too. On a weekend I saw that they popped up at a place I wanted to check out - the San Antonio winery in Ontario. Thought it would be a perfect time to go see them. I was able to grab a glass of wine to pair with their delicious barbecue brisket nachos. The serving was generous with some of the jalapeños to bring a little bit of acid and heat. So after trying it scale from 1/10 I give it a 6.5 I felt that the brisket was a bit dry nonetheless the flavor was def there I can see way more potential out of this spot I definitely would try it again on a day maybe where it's packed and foods being cooked fresh not saying this wasn't fresh but I mean I think you guys get what I mean. They put just a little line of bbq sauce on some of the meat, but not too much, which gave nice variation.
